Hello AJIO team,

This is Chinna Praveen kumar and mobile [protected]. I ordered 2 products in Ajio app on 1st March 2024. Order ID is FN[protected].when we received Parcel top side on cover mention that 2 products.
But when we open and seen its only 1 Inside.
I given complent but no body solved
And I receive SMS given below

(Hey chinna! We have an update against your Ajio Complaint ID COM[protected]. We investigated the concern and after careful consideration it was found that all your products are delivered. Hence we are closing this complaint.. You can also check the status of your complaint by visiting https://ajio.page.link/trans_SMS)

You can check my product cover size it fit for only 1 product they how you guys close complent.- check attached photo.

Please gain do investigation send my product or give my money back.

    I have ordered 3 items on March 3 2024.
    One is Net play pack of 2 solid vests of size L. But I received size S. I need to exchange or return. I tried exchange option. Since L size is not available i couldnt do that. Then i tried Return option but it is not available. Then i tried to contact them using the number provided in website but call is not connecting

      I recently purchased a shoes pair from them and it's quality was really bad. It was on 50% discount but it's quality is third class. I'm very unhappy with it

        I placed an order for two culottes from AJIO of sep 8 2023, Friday. I received the conformation mail also. On the delivery day When I received the package there was only one item. Seeing that, I emailed AJIO customer care. They replied asking for image as proof. And I did sent the image. But unexpectedly, They responded saying the package was intact when it was sent for delivery so it is not their problem. and later they closed the complaint. I was really furious. Later again I emailed them asking for the proof image that they are claiming they have and was in perfect condition. but for that also they said just the same like the package as intact!!! no image or proof was shared with me!! and they again cancelled the complaint!! When I emailed again, They called me one day and said the that they package was intact and we are closing the complaint. But How?? I mean I didn't get any proof of the package. Why can't a consumer get to see the proof???? they don't even bother to ask us before closing the complaint. The issue is still not resolved. They are just blocking me. How can this be done??? they are the service providers and is this how they treat the customers??? Even after mutiple mails they just kept giving same reason. How insane. Its lose of my time, money and unwanted mental disturbance. How can they insult us like this?? AJIO being such a big company how can they be so irresponsible??

        I have attached the images of parcel received and the screen shot of the email correspondence.
        As I kept saying them, I need my money back.

        I recently got a call saying they will send a mail on receiving the re-fund. but the mails never came. I doubt that even is a legit call.

          I purchased campus shoes online thorugh ajio on 29th jan 2024 and delivered to me on 3rd feb. I used that product specifically from 14th to 18th in my vacation but the quality of the product was not good. Within a week pasting started coming off. I purchased the shoes as they claim quality assurance 100% but definately the claim is false and misleading.

            Date Problem Description
            09-Feb-24 Placed an order of size 'M' ARMANI EXCHANGE - Printed Slim Fit Crew-Neck T-Shirt. Order ID: FN[protected]
            The product was not a good fit, hence, I ordered size 'L'.Kept the large size and decided to return 'M'
            13-Feb-24 Raised a return of Size 'M" with Return ID RT[protected]
            15-Feb-24 The delivery executive refused to accept the return with a reason that QC needs to be done. The customer care told me that the delivery executive has cancelled the return and I will have to raise a fresh return.
            16-Feb-24 Fresh return request raised with ID RT[protected]
            16-Feb-24 The delivery executive again refused to accept with the reason that the color of the product is slightly different from what appeared in the photograph. I immediately called customer care in front of him. The delivery person asked customer care to raise a return with QC. The delivery person told me upfront that had he known that it is the same return, he wouldn't have even visited. The CC asked me that they will raise a complaint against the representative and asked me to create a fresh return
            18-Feb-24 Fresh return request raised with ID RT[protected]. Th CC asked me to raise it with a reason that wrong product has been delivered and color is different. I also uploaded the product photographs.
            21-Feb-24 No show from delivery executive. Return automatically cancelled
            22-Feb-24 "I called the customer care and they asked to raise the return request again. I requested to connect me with a senior representative but he was also not of much help. He said that the photo of the tag is not clearly visible in the return order.
            I raised a fresh return request being on call with CC and the representative confirmed that all details are fine and the return will be picked up definitely this time. Return ID RT[protected]"
            03-Mar-24 No show from delivery executive. Last date of return 01-Mar already gone. I called the customer care and they are asking me to raise the return once again. This is happening for the nth time. I asked them to return my money and pick up the order at their convenience. But hey have the sam procedure to convey that the customer has to raise a fresh return request. I asked them to connect to a senior but he/she was not available. Hence, I asked to schedule a call back from him/her

              Two return products were picked by deliver partner shadowfax. Even after 48 hours of pick up AJIO has not updated the return status and hence not issued the return. The delivery executive has updated the status on their tracking link that products are picked up and yet AJIO is not issuing the refund. The return ID is RT[protected] and tracking ID is R[protected]AJI.

                Hi,

                I bought Nike Winflo 10 shoes from Ajio platform. After using for 2-3 days, loud squeaky noise starts coming inbetween of sole of right leg shoe.
                Since I have crossed the return policy period, so unable to get support from Ajio.
                Is there a way Nike can look into this and support. These arenew pair, I dont want to waste them.

                  I ordered the saree which cost about 2500 and received a different product and I raised return request twice ..And my return got cancelled..I called the customer care but they said they have done the quality check and they have sent the same product so I will not be able to return this product..They are scamming consumers.. the product was entirely different and used.There were stains in the product..The have mentioned the pictures below ..What I order and what I received..

                    We made a purchase of Rs 8384 vide order number FN[protected] on 27th Dec 2024 using our IDFCFirstBAnk debit card

                    However, we returned most item and was supposed to get refund of Rs 6936.25 vide return ID RT[protected], the amount has not been credited into our account. We have checked with bank and they have told that they don’t have any transaction code as provided by your customer service. (Reference number [protected] dated 10th January 2024). Mode of transaction not informed to us.

                    We have been running behind bank and Ajio for the money but none of them have given proper feedback on the refund status.

                      Hi Team.

                      I placed an order from Ajio Nike men air trainer sneakers due to size issue I raised a return request on the same day of delivery which was 27 Jan’24.

                      Then your pathetic courier service putting a false statement that due to incorrect PIN code my pick up is not done how could it be possible that on the same address you guys can deliver but not pickup.

                      I requested to cancel my return request so i can place an exchange for the same but ur customer service and pathetic software u guys r failed to help the customer.

                      Every time u share me a new tat for a simple cancellation request. I want the resolution on my issue asap or else i will send this email to CEO n twit on ajio page for the pathetic customer service.

                      I can’t wait more for the resolution.I hope u get the details from attached files

                          I am not able to order anything on the Application

                          Whenever i try to place an order on the Ajio Application, it pops-up a message "sorry, you can't place an order".
                          Also, I have 800 rupees in the Ajio Wallet, that i am not able to transfer to my Bank.
                          I tried calling the customer service, but no response.
                          Please lodge my complain....

                          Order ID #FN[protected] - Not delivered.

                          Orderd on 18th and got a mail that product shipped on same day through Bluedart.

                          After 10 days spoke with Bluedart and they confirmed that no package received from Ajio.

                          It's a prepaid order.

                          Ajio saying product will be delivered and can't cancel now and reject during delivery and post they receive refund note they'll initiate refund in 7 business days.

                          They can't even confirm when the product will be delivered and its not even shipped yet but saying it's pending with Bluedart.

                          It's a total scam and they'll not say when it'll be delivered.

                          Avoid Ajio/JioMart at all cost and use Amazon always.

                            Unable to place new order

                            I had ordered a jacket last week and since the size didn't fit well I returned the jacket. After returning I received the refund in my account but since then I have been unable to place a new order. I even tried adding stuff in my bag but when I click on the icon it shows. 'Sorry, You can't place a new order.'...

                            I have been emailing and calling Ajio regarding the above mentioned return id, which was picked up after me sending the pictures of the product and confirming by the ajio team that it can be returned successfully and then, when the agent came to pick it up checked the product and confirmed the pick up just like various team members involved in organising the return. I was advised that the refund will be done successfully back to the source account by last month but since then, I have been emailing and calling you people on customer care number and email id as well as grievances email id..

                            Where the members started off by placing a few complaints with COM#, about the pick up, then about reaching the warehouse, then calling it to be nonajio product, then re. Shipping the product, then delivering the re shipped item to someone in the apartment when it's not an apartment I am residing in, then delivering without OTP when I was specifically told that it is OTP delivered only, and now, with a new excuse that it's been refused ????

                            I am forced to email you as well as Mr Ambani about the act as it's not a small amount involved, it's RS 45029/- for something that I dint get at the first place and now, not being refunded for too.

                            It's not a joke that I can take it for that amount of money and forget about it...!!!

                            Me being a senior citizen can't try to track my money on and on all the time by emailing and calling you people

                            I will forced to reach out to ombudsman and courts after non satisfactory response from Mr Ambani and you.

                            You might be very rich to leave that amount of money BUT I CANT LEAVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY LIKE THIS...!!!

                            Pick up done in early december and it's Jan 10th now..

                            KINDLY HELP AND PROVIDE A REFUND ASAP!!!

                              I am Shriharsh Dhamodkar from Pune. I had ordered a running shoes of Campus Rs.1267 including delivery charges(Order ID - FN[protected]) from Ajio on 16th December(Saturday). I received it on 20th December with a well packing with CAMPUS labelling outside the box. But when I opened it after reaching home there was a dirty chappal inside instead of shoes. I was really disappointed with seeing the product. I thought I have been scammed. I immediately called the delivery guy that called me.I explained that I had been scammed and delivered a dirty product. He was from SHADOWFAX courier service. He replied that he doesn't know anything.Their company only delivers the packed parcel provided.He told to contact AJIO Customer care service.
                              I called at Customer care service of AJIO and explained the issue. They guided to place a return order and explain the issue. I completed the procedure with providing images of product and the reply and verification was to be provided till 23rd Dec and my return request was been rejected. I again called the customer care they once again told me to do the procedure and it kept rejecting. I tried 3 times but the reply from AJIO is the same (Hey Shriharsh! We have an update against your Ajio Complaint ID COM[protected]. We have reviewed your return request. Unfortunately it doesn't meet our current criteria of return hence, we will not be able to proceed with the request. Please be informed that correct product was shipped and delivered from our end.)
                              This is the exact reply from Ajio 3rd time.
                              My friend told me to register a complaint on consumercomplaints India.
                              I hope I had provided every information needed from my side and will provide the information if anything is missing.
                              Please help me with the issue as I am a student and has been scammed with a big amount for me.

                                I have ordered a floral flared kurta and I have returned it due to colour issues . my recent return of floral print flared kurta set with return id #RT[protected]. I have not received my refund to the entered account and it shows that refund has been done on 21 December. The account number i mentioned is [protected] and it say that refund has been done to account number[protected]. Which is clearly not my account. I have proof when I'm entering my account number i have recorded it please look into this matter as soon as possible. This is the 2nd time from ajio transferring the refund to unknown account or account which is not even related to account of the user. Please look into the above matter.

                                  I have order a shoes of size 7uk and i received a size of 9uk and when i talk to the customer care they are saying that i have order size 9uk only where as i have a prove that i have order size 7uk..this is how AJIO is doing and solving the problem of the customer by saying we can't help

                                    I order a shoes of 7size uk but received the size of 9uk AJIO is saying i am the one who has selected the size 9 only it's not their mistake but its not my mistake on the screen still i can prove that i have selected the size of 7uk but they are not ready to do anything on this matter they stick to that from my side only i have selected the size 9... this is how AJIO is doing and solving the problem of the customer by saying we can't do anything...i am sending you the screenshot of the order and i have selected size 7uk.
