I ordered three products which is
Product 1 - fig tropical print a line dress with neck tie up size xl
Product 2 - fig printed round neck top size xl
Product 3 - fig crew neck pullover with puffed sleeves size xl
Order on - 2 december 2023

Amount - 1314.68 cash on delivery
Address laxmi nagar dabki road akola Maharashtra 444101
Product 1 delivered on 10 december 2023
Product 2 and 3 delivery date was 13 december 2023 but on that day only product 2 is present in the parcel product 3 is missing.
I exchange this delivery with complaint product 3 is missing.
Bt at time of exchange/pick up delivery boy ask product 3 how can this possible if product is not delivered. Do something otherwise refund my amount.

    I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration regarding the unresolved matter of my return and refund of my puma jacket. I initiated the return due to fit issues within the allowed timeframe, but unfortunately, the scheduled pickup did not happen on the promised date. Contacted and complaint them multiple times but these guys are fooling by giving same general statements “Mam please wait for 24-48 hours, our team is working on it”
    Seriously I’m totally fed up calling customer care.
    I’ve never faced such issues with other retailers, and we're disheartened by the experience with AJIO. I kindly request your prompt attention to initiate the return process, conduct the quality check, and refund the amount at the earliest. Below are the relevant details for your reference:

      I received the product in question on[protected], and upon inspection, I found that it matched all the specifications and tags that were included in the original packaging. However, when your logistic partner to initiate the return process, and was unexpectedly denied to take the product. Despite presenting the product with all the tags intact, the logistic partner refused to take the item back.

      I raise a return request multiple time but still no resolution propvided form the AJIO team.

        I am complaining about wrong delivery of product and now not refunding money

        Ajio delivered me a wrong product and now stating they shipped the right product which I had not received ever. Infact no communication in this regard was given to me. I have submitted each and every detail of the product, return pick up failure proofs, etc but to no advantage. I had ordered KVF Fashion Floral Skirt -suit set bearing order id FN[protected] but had received a mustard yellow colour completely different dress with the same brand....

        Ajio delivered me a wrong product and now stating they had shipped the right product and I had received the same as well despite the fact that I had categorically confirmed that no replacement was done. I had submitted each and every detail of the product and pick up failure details etc. but to no advantage. I had chased them during the entire 15 days slot of return window but they are refusing the refund and now the return window is also...

        I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration regarding the unresolved matter of my return and refund of two pairs of Nike shoes.

        It is disheartening to see the careless approach towards customer satisfaction, especially when dealing with a company of your stature.

        We initiated the return due to fit issues within the allowed timeframe, but unfortunately, the scheduled pickup did not happen on the promised date. Despite several attempts to follow up during the festive season in November, we've received nothing more than assurances that our issue will be resolved within two business days. The promised three attempts by the pickup person to contact us never happened, and we've been left in the dark about the status of our return.

        As working individuals managing both professional and household responsibilities, the constant need to check the app for pickup updates and regular calls to customer care have been burdensome. The total amount at stake is ₹14, 742, our hard-earned money, and the delays and lack of communication have been frustrating.

        We've never faced such issues with other retailers, and we're disheartened by the experience with AJIO. I kindly request your prompt attention to initiate the return process, conduct the quality check, and refund the amount at the earliest. Below are the relevant details for your reference:

            On[protected] order id FN[protected] i have placed order on ajio of amount rs 59375.4/- many of orders cancelled and i have received the refund partially still pending 48000/- refund is pending i have called the ajio custamer care many times they said that wait for 2 days every time but my issue is not reolved please help me with this issue

                I ordered a Crocs slipper from AJio due to the wrong size delivered by the seller. After returning the product, the logistics member changes the product after picking the product. After the warehouse check, I received the message from AJIO that the product did not match the quality check and returned it back to you. When I received it today, the product was fake and used product. I have already mailed it to customer care regarding pictures and about my concern to them.

                  I am writing to bring to your attention a persisting issue regarding the refund for my order with the ID FN[protected], which was returned on October 21, 2023. The return ID is #RT[protected].

                  According to the Ajio app, the product passed the quality check, and a refund was initiated on the same day. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive the refunded amount in my source bank account.

                  I have diligently followed the instructions provided by Ajio's customer support team and submitted my bank statement as requested on two separate occasions, with the latest submission on November 22, 2023. Despite my efforts, the representatives insist that they have not received the email containing the bank statement. This is perplexing as all previous communications were successfully received on the same email address.

                  It has now been almost a month since I returned the product, and the promised resolution deadlines have consistently been postponed. During each phone call, I am asked to wait for an additional 48 hours, which has become a recurring and frustrating pattern.

                  I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure a prompt and fair resolution.

                    Refund not credited to my bank account.

                    I placed an order of a product om 3 nov 2023 and receive on 10th nov and also at same day i create return and refund request of the same product. From ajio refund was initiated on 13 nov 2023 but as of now 21 nov 2023 my refund is still not reflected to my bank account. I have tired 8/9 times to contact the customer champion they all narrate the same old procedure and tell me to wait another 48 hours. They are more eager about getting rated...

                      Please find the attached statement,
                      The refund haven't received refund for one of the following two orders..

                      I have received only one refund and other one is not refunded.

                            I ordered jacket from ajio but they sent me different jacket so I created return 5 days ago yesterday was last date of return and exchange and today they cancelled my return request and sent me msg we are glad that you changed your mind about returning the product and in app showing your return is cancelled due to some operational issue
                            How disgusting is this
                            I tried to talk to their customer care but they are saying we shipped right product from our end can't do any help..Seriously? ?

                              I received the wrong product of the Order ID: FN[protected](Embellished Lehanga Choli Set With Duppata). For the past few days, I have been raising the return request and complaints as well regarding the wrong product i received. The return request has been cancelled by the back team multiple times and saying that the product shipment done correctly from their end. And they said they were no responsible for the wrong product. The return request and the complaints were raised multiple times but still they said that the shipment done correctly. I shared each and every detail of the product and unboxing video as well. But still there were not responding to my mails as well. I spoken to the customer care as well but my issue didn't get resolved. I want my refund immediately.

                                I have received wrong product and asked for return request several times but they declined all my requests and they got back saying right product was delivered. My RT is RT[protected]. It was my first time shopping in Ajio and a worst experience. Would never want to shop again. I WANT A REFUND.
