      Wireless bluetooth was not provides after prepaid payment of the same. 5 days investigation was set up but nothing related to the investigation was shared with me . Now they simply cant help me

            Today I have placed a call back request of Amazon’s customer support to inquire about delay in delivery of one of my order ... I got a cal back from Amazon caller( +[protected] who’s name is Ms. Priyanshi during the interaction she talked in very arrogant manner instead of providing information and solution she had done 20mins of argument and tried to put me at fault regarding delay of delivery... finally I have asked her to provide details of escalation to share my experiences with her interaction... she replied that She will be providing a mail if to report... she didn’t provide me the mail I’d and made me to hold line for 5mins without any Response and finally she dropped my cal ...Request you to take this up with concerns of Amazon India for needful actions

              I would like to request you that I Dilip Kr Biswas, and my replacement order[protected] but today delivery boy not replace my product due to i have received different product . That's Why I want to say that I had received different product for that i want to replace my product. I called customer care and from there reply me not possible to replacement your product and your money will be refund your a/c . So request you please solve my problem as soon as possible...

                Today I buy a oximiter from Amazon worth 1900, in Amazon website clearly show that if the product is damaged they return or refund the amount of product, today when I get the product there was no bill inside the box and the product was also not working, I call the customer care and request them to return the amount, but they didn't co operate with me and they said they will not return the amount, and it is clearly breach to the consumer act 2019, , , and Amazon also betrey their replacement policy, if I don't get the refund I will sue them in consumer forum

                    I have purchased two products from amazon they were not delivered refund was initiated from there end i was requested to wait from 3-5 business days i waited for the same then they shared me refrence number but bank told amount is not credited contact amazon i am sharing two refrence numbers its my humble request to please help me on this matter i visited bank nothing done.                         Placed an order ORDER #[protected] for delivery of some essential grocery supplied on Amazon Pantry on 17th May 2021, notified of shipment by 24th May 2021. My payment of Rs. 2996.10 by Credit Card was taken. Sometimes if I order a product on Amazon which is not available, they usually cancel it and refund my payment.

                        But this time my payment for Amazon Pantry was taken and I assumed it will be shipped. Today, 20th May, I got an SMS and email indicating that my order is out for delivery so I waited at home.

                        Did not get any calls from amazon delivery. Instead, I got a message claiming that Amazon has already delivered my supplies!!! This is wrong, the shipment was never delivered to me, my neighbors/ security, etc never got it either. Not able to complain about this to Amazon Customer Service because, during Covid times, their Customer Service appears to have vanished! There is ZERO customer support.

                        I want a full refund from Amazon INdia.

                        Was able to chat with Amazon Customer Service after a while, they said they are looking into it if still not delivered by May 22nd they will issue a refund. So I am waiting.

                          On 17th of may, 2021 My mobile recharge got cancelled somehow. Amount got debited from my account of bank. I informed to their executives about the situation. But they are just playing around of me, by sayin amount will credited to my account soon.

                          But all in vein. today is 20th may, 2021.

                          I would like to report a complaint about the amount which they are keeping for not returing me.

                            My name udbhav my no is [protected]...I ordered treo by milton designer verve glass bottle, 1000 ml on discounted price was 94 rs .. I received my bottle on 15 may, but the bottle wast broken from bottom so i just request to return but there was no option fot replacement or exchange so i went amazon live chat and told my problem that executive arranged exchange request behalf of me and told me its a hand to hand exchange i said ok. But next day morning on 16 delivery boy came for pick up the package i asked him for bottle but he said first u have to return this bottle then u get new bottle so i gave bottle to him, after 2 day again a delivery boy came to me, then he asked return bottle which i have already returned to the delivery boy. I told him all story but he didnt gave me parasol next day again deliver boy came
                            asked for bottle and made it rejected or whatever i dont know...In this time i called up customer care live chat so many time but no use...I got 94 rs in my amazon account which i never asked for i always wanted a replacement .From day one.Please help me for my ordered bottle at same old price ...U can my call and message too

                              I have return the order[protected] of Rs.819.00 .They are saying refund has been initiated on 8 may but it has not been credited in my account till now.The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

                                    Hi Team, I have ordered Oximeter from Amazon and received damaged product. I have retuned the Item and Amazon also confirmed that they have received the product. When I have asked for replacement or refund they started saying we haven't received the product. I have contacted Amazon with all Email related to this, but they are not even bother to check Email and simply sending blind replies stating that we haven't received this product.
                                    Looks like Amazon is not doing basic checks as now a days mostly I am getting damaged products.
                                    Can you please take an action and send product replacement or refund?

                                        As, my known people and relatives have taken my naked photographs which have been unethically and illegally used with some highly technical softwares to make me blacklisted in corporate levels with some conspiracy and jealousiness and they want my death to happen which i want to commit myself but i am feared about my upcoming parkinson disease and other ailments after my attempts for my death so i want to die normally becuase i cant tolerate my ailments after my suicicde attempts otherwise i would have died 3 years before itself. my only request is please dont blacklist me i.e. please dont make me blacklisted I beg sorry to all of this world Please forgive me. I havent indulged in any porn activities and i am not a porn person and i am not strong I am very weak physically and I wish every one to be happy and live happily and i wish all the best for their career and for their future. every buddy are good by heart and soul and mind.
