Placed an order ORDER #[protected] for delivery of some essential grocery supplied on Amazon Pantry on 17th May 2021, notified of shipment by 24th May 2021. My payment of Rs. 2996.10 by Credit Card was taken. Sometimes if I order a product on Amazon which is not available, they usually cancel it and refund my payment.
But this time my payment for Amazon Pantry was taken and I assumed it will be shipped. Today, 20th May, I got an SMS and email indicating that my order is out for delivery so I waited at home.
Did not get any calls from amazon delivery. Instead, I got a message claiming that Amazon has already delivered my supplies!!! This is wrong, the shipment was never delivered to me, my neighbors/ security, etc never got it either. Not able to complain about this to Amazon Customer Service because, during Covid times, their Customer Service appears to have vanished! There is ZERO customer support.
I want a full refund from Amazon INdia.

Updated by Shubhadha Iyer Was able to chat with Amazon Customer Service after a while, they said they are looking into it if still not delivered by May 22nd they will issue a refund. So I am waiting.
