I took amazon prime trial for one month with my airtel number on 19 th of april. But I want to cancel the membership now. And there is no option to cancel the membership. the due date is 19 May. there is only written that your prime trial will on 19th may and payment is in progress. i read the some youtube comments where many airtel user are facing the same problem.

    I applied the amazon recruitment send my resume after i get the confirmation letter selected the supervisor job. Asked money deposited rs1650 for uniform charges and id card deposit the money and send the receipt. After calling one person he is courier boy ask shirt sizes and send the courier parcel picks. After amazon hr calling me deposit the money 5000 for salary account i do not deposit the money it is real or fake please help me

      I have ordered "Jatak Parijat two volumes" through Amazon and It is shown as delivered on 21st April 2021 and actually it has not been delivered till date. I have taken help of customer service to rectify the error and asked them either to get it delivered or show it as undelivered. I have discussed the matter second time with senior executive and he assured me to resolve the issue by 11th May 2021 but there is no change. Worse to that my one more order is shown as delivered on 07 May 2021 when it has not been delivered till date.

        I was interested in this multimeter probes sold by a seller named GLCo on Amazon India. Since this was not urgent, the item was lying in my wish list for a few days.
        Recently I found that the cost of the item was brought down to 125 from original value of 199. So I placed my order and got an order confirmation and money debited from my amazon Pay balance.

        A few minutes later the cost of the item went back to 199 and realizing that seller was never interested to sell it at 125, they cancelled my order.

        When contacted Amazon they stated fake reasons of Covid. But I can still now when the price is 199 add the item to cart and place my order. It's successful.

        It's expected that if a seller is not getting a proper margin, they should never bring the cost down and if they do so and you get an order, honor it.

        Please be aware of this seller named GLCo on amazon india.

          I have booked Wildcraft Hypashield Reuseable Mask (Black, Without Valve, Pack of 5) for Unisex on Amazon e commerce website. And the product is delivered at my office address on 29 April 2021.
          Due to unwell I was quarantine from 24 April 2021.to 11th May 2021.
          I have got my packet on 11 May 2021 after unpacking my Parcell I have got only 3 pis in the packet and it's quality is very bad.
          I have made a complain regarding this but no any executive of Amazon is helping me to resolve my problem.
          Kindly do the need full process or refund or return my amount in my original mode of payment.
          I have attached the details of my products screen shot here.
          Pls look this matter as soon as possible.

              Horrible Experience with Amazon where I ordered a "Samsung 345L 3 Star Inverter Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator (RT37T4513S8/HL, Elegant Inox, Convertible)" from Amazon on 9th May 2021 under Order#[protected] with an exchange of my older refrigerator. Amazon team delivered the product on 11th May and took away my old refrigerator at the same time. Today, on 12th May, when the brand engineer came to install it and unpacked, we saw multiple dents on the new refrigerator (looks like damage in transit) so I called up Amazon to replace the product.

              The conversation with the amazon team made me realized what a horrible mistake it has been to order a product as expensive as 33000/- from them because the team was absolutely remorseless and said there is no replacement product available and that they can cancel my order and I can place a new order.. Amazon absolutely refused to replace it for me with alternate option and to my shock they refused to send my old refrigerator back to me despite cancelling my order. for everything the robotic call center staff had one answer "Not possible", "not a process"... When asked for a supervisor, I was told call back will be arranged after 48 hours, when I asked to arrange sooner, I was again told "Process" is that supervisor call takes 48 hours. And the fact that I will have to be managing without a refrigerator in this summer was no concern for Amazon team... I want them to return my old fridge back i they are cancelling my order or send me a replacement/ alternate replacement.

              And the product description on their website says "Replacement Only" despite that the team is refusing to replace it and forcing me to cancel and refund it... You can see they have stated in their product description "10 days replacement only"

                I am bikash podder. I have an Amazon account, and my registered phone number is [protected]. I don't add any mail I'd in this account. I ordered 6-7 products and paid through UPI. suddenly 8 days ago I saw my account is close. I receive only 2 products And I ignore my another products 5th may, 8th may and 11th may from courier boy. I told to courier boy that cancel my product. Still now I don't recieve redund from Amazon. I call customer care many times and every person give another directions and I also do what he says.                   I didn't order anything from Amazon and even then rs.199 has been debited from my HDFC Bank in the name of Amazon, please resolve this as soon as possible, below is the received message after debited

                    My amazon account is hacked and some one change my password i got mail for same at 10:02 am on 12th may_21. so please look into this. As again i changed the password, so please look into this as my account was hacked.

                      I've ordered Sony zv1 camera on April 29th 2021 and cancelled, till now I haven't received my refund back... Amazon said it's credited but ask Bank and file charge dispute, so I'm attaching details here... kindly check and refund my money ASAP!

                              Hi,

                              I would like to return the Kellogg's Muesli which was delivered to me on Sunday 9th May, 2021. The muesli has black spots all over it and also the dry fruits look stale with white powder coating on them. Also, it tastes bitter indicating the spoilt product. Please see attached pictures for your reference.

                              Request you to either process the refund or replace the spoilt item.

                                I bought 200 Nos.AS Udyog Pvt. Ltd.3 Ply face mask from Amazone.in.
                                I received single ply face mask.
                                When i connected the Amazon customer care, They replied they can do nothing as the supplier has sent three ply mask only.

                                It's a big black marketing fraud for covid essentials running by various suppliers on Amazone.in and Amazone is also supporting them insted of hearing the customer.

                                  I had purchased a Seagate hard drive on 28 may 2020 From Amazon india worth 1800 rs, but the item has damaged within 2 months o[censored]sage, now the drive is fully corrupted. few weeks back i had contacted with Seagate Authorized service center for claiming the warranty but they denied the claim due to product s/n is not in their database, they said can claim the warranty through Amazon only, on the same day i had checked with the Amazon seller and amazon chat & email representatives but not even received any positive response from them. they just ignore my messages not any one taken responsibilities to resolve the issue, in here am recognized the product model no having resemblance, the invoiced model no and received model are different that means amazon seller is absolutely fraud they are selling refurbished products in the tagline of new, I've did numerous follow ups with them but no response and all of my efforts are in vain, I need the Refund amount of this product immediately, kindly intervene and resolve the issue Asap.

                                  If the seller is not going to honor the warranty then they have scammed you. As per the Seagate mail it's an OEM drive. I.e. Seagate has distributed that drive to other companies and due to OEM nature the warranty is not thru seagate but whoever sold you the end product. E.g. when you buy a branded PC then all components carry a limited 1 or 2 year warranty by the PC manufacturer not the one who produced the discrete components. If Amazon seller did not disclose on the product page that it's an OEM drive then they are not trustworthy at all.
