I had purchased a Seagate hard drive on 28 may 2020 From Amazon india worth 1800 rs, but the item has damaged within 2 months o[censored]sage, now the drive is fully corrupted. few weeks back i had contacted with Seagate Authorized service center for claiming the warranty but they denied the claim due to product s/n is not in their database, they said can claim the warranty through Amazon only, on the same day i had checked with the Amazon seller and amazon chat & email representatives but not even received any positive response from them. they just ignore my messages not any one taken responsibilities to resolve the issue, in here am recognized the product model no having resemblance, the invoiced model no and received model are different that means amazon seller is absolutely fraud they are selling refurbished products in the tagline of new, I've did numerous follow ups with them but no response and all of my efforts are in vain, I need the Refund amount of this product immediately, kindly intervene and resolve the issue Asap.
