      I am a regular user of an Amazon Prime account. I recently renewed my yearly pack. But due to some issues, I formated my mobile. Then after when I tried log in the account it is directing to a page mentioning Approve the notification send to. What does this mean? I request you to sort out this issue very urgently.

        Order No.[protected] on[protected] and paid in advance.In track the item delivered, but I have not yet received the item.
        M/s Amazon has changed the courier service to ECOM vide No. 590556 and the irresponsible courier representive has not delivered the parcel. During end of April I had a talk with your customer executive and he confirmed that the item is received back in your stores, and he had agreed to send it back to me. Since I have not received the parcel I again contacted Mr. Vishal today and he expressed his inability to send the parcel due to expired the time limit. I requested him to connect the Manager . After more than 45 Minutes waited in the telephone line I could talk the Manager and she is also said the same reason. Hence I have no other alternative other than submitting a complaint. I never expected such a reply from an International company like Amazon. Please note that I do not want the item or the compensation amount . But an enquiry may be conducted and the responsible persons may be identified and suitably punished.

          Amazon refunded with reference No. 74332741115111405430083 dated.24.4.2021, Amount Rs. 1058/-
          Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Amount Rs.1058/- refunded by Amazon but not credited to my account by Union Bank Of India till today.

            [protected], Already Sumbitted Proff Regarding This Order, Received In Fully Damaged Conditions, Ordered on 12.04.21 and got delivery on 17.04.21, I Requested Amazon To Give Full Refund For This. TOTAL Refund For This Order Is 956.

              I am being charged rs 169 per month since last 3-4 months by vsi/amazon/stan. The date of debiting 169/- is 7th of each month...

              It has been 3-4 months. I also informed to bank but still no action taken by them...Also Amazon support team is not responding for such fraud transaction.

              Please help me get my money back. These are scammers out there and i can see multiple posts on the same issue.

              Same complaint I was raised in last month's but still no action taken by anyone..

                    I am regular customer of Amazon and the following incident happened 1st time that I had ordered 3 products on 1st May 2021 (1. Soldering gun track ID[protected]. USB 2.0 A male to B male scanner cord Printer cable track ID[protected].Boldfit resistance tube track ID[protected].

                    I had received the 2nd Item USB 2.0 A to B male printer cable but other 2 items were supposed to come today on 7th May 2021. But I did not receive the items and Amazon status updated to "Delivered today".
                    I tried calling the Agent no: [protected] PIN 4976) but his call was showing busy.

                    How can this be possible by Amazon without delivering the status to be updated like this? Please Need your support to get my remaining items or give me my money back.

                      My head phone comes under warranty and its under repair would like to have replacement but could not reach Amzon customer care or Supplier and there is no provision online where I can claim my warranty

                          I have received order yesterday .. which included one quantity of coronil kit Rs.545/-.
                          I want to return the order or I want my difference money back.

                            This is complain regarding sub order no. Ordered on 26 April 2021.
                            The said order was cancle from your side without notifying me.
                            I have spoken to your customer support officer through your contact us service and they say my concern is beyond their authority.hence I am writing you to look into my complaint.
                            The customer support officer say I have to order again the product which is now selling at rs 260/unit against my purchase price at rs 137/unit.
                            Since cancle done from your side so you must deliver to me at same price which I purchased on 26 april.
                            If you are saying to re order, you must provide some arrangement, like discount coupon in order to purchase the same product at my original purchase price.
                            Attaching you invoice for your reference.

                              Dear sir,

                              I Shazia Perween holding Karnataka Bank Account No. [protected], Ranchi, Doranda, I purchased Mamy Poko Pant and Dabour Badam Tail from Amazon by cash on delivery and I received defective product, that’s why I return my product. After few days’ amazon refund my amount Rs. 1312.60 date on 6 February 2021 in my Karnataka Bank Account, still 6th May 2021 I did not get my refund amount in my account. I talked to Amazon Customer Care they told me they already refunded my amount to my Karnataka Bank Account, and they given me reference no. which is given bellow.

                                From past 01 year my Amazon pay money has temporary locked and I'm not being able to use the same.

                                I'm taking care account of Amazon with number [protected].

                                I had multiple time mailed to customer care and lot of discussion had done but final outcome as nil.

                                A per customer care, I'm holding multiple accounts but I didn't and If I'm using then they can block my other account and open the same without fail but they did nothing in last one year.

Talked to the SBI customer care but they didn't helped too.the total refund is of rs 600.
                                    please help me this regard. i need my refund back.
