Amazon India — I have returned parcel but amount still not received

I have ordered slipper via amazon on 3 october 2019 and returned the same product on 10 october but status of this is still pending.. It has been 1 month since i have returned but amount is not received even as this site is upmost valuable site and we do not expect this unprofessional behavior kindly do the needful
