Regarding return of product not happening from amazon

I have order IBell vacuum cleaner from amazon. The product was damaged so I have opted for return of product. The devlivery boy came to pick the product for return but the package was large and he cannot carry it on his bike so he reschedule the return and given false information to amazon that the package was not ready. Second time no execute cane to pick the package and again the same reason I got from amazon that the package was not ready....

Amazon refused refund

I order Vinod Roma Stainless Steel Saucepot from amazon. It came under 10 days return policy. When i tried to return, nobody came to pickup. Sent defective item, not accepting return

I ordered a smartphone through Amazon. I received it on 3rd Sep. I was not at home so my mother accepted it. Usually online retailers deliver the smartphones and other expensive items with open box delivery and make a video for the same. But this time it was not the case. My mother asked the delivery guy for the same. But he took the OTP and just gave her that. I asked my mom to not open the package as I knew there must be some kind of issue...

Wrong product pickup by courier boy

We asked to delivery boy to check the product which he is picking up.
He said yes this is right product.
Today we came to know he picked up wrobg product from home.
Now customer executive are saying as product picked up from ur end... u are responsible for it... but why.
Like this any delivery boy will take any product.
Who is responsible for this?
Till now I have not face such issue.. every time...

missing item - amazon is refusing deliver missing item/refund amount

I on the other hand has to throw out the product because i couldn't use. They didn't told they will be picking it up or anything like that. Deliveries delayed after becoming prime

I joined Amazon prime hoping that I will get faster deliveries.
Strangely all my orders are processed as non prime member even though the seller item qualifies for prime delivery.

On day of delivery the item reaches the final delivery hub at around 7 AM in the morning. Normally it should be out for delivery by 11 Am.
But it just does not go out for delivery and in the end returns to the previous hub on its own...

Refusing to get refund after irresponsible behaviour
