B0B58VN76J ( B0B58VN76J ) laptop on 7 August, 2023.
It was delivered on 8 August, 2023 and when opened the packaging found that screen has damage. There was a line on the screen and I put the replacement request for the same on the same day.
A technician visited for the inspection of laptop on 9 August, 2023 and he found the laptop faulty. So, I put the request for replacement. Replacement was to be done on 10 August, 2023 but no one came for the replacement. Then again I raised the concern that no one visited for replacement then I was assured that there is no evident of the consignment and it was assured that the laptop will be returned. The expected returned date was scheduled to be 11-12 August, 2023. I waited for these 2 days and as usual no one appeared for the return.
Then it was scheduled for the pickup on 24 August, 2023. A pickup guy came and called me and that pick up boy was at different location so I told him to wait at that location so that I'll handover him the laptop as he was not aware of the location. After 10 min I called him he didn't pick up my call. I tried him multiple times but he didn't pick up the call and at last he put my number in the block list. Now, it was scheduled for pickup on 31 August, 2033. no one came for the pickup on that day also.
Then it was scheduled on 4 september, 2023 then as usual no one shown up. Then again it was scheduled for pick up on 7 september, no one came then again scheduled on 8 September, no one came.
Kindly get this picked and refund my money. I am stuck in between that I am not able to escape from this mess.
I am a working professional working 9 to 6 I don't have so much time to write mails Contact customer support on regular basis this is a case of mental harassment.
It's like torture to your valuable customers.
No one helps even if you reach out to customer support they either transfer or apologize nothing more than that I am so much frustrated and helpless right now.
There is no such platform where they can resolve these issues on priority basis.
