Dear Sir,

I stay in Thakur Complex in Kandivli Area. Last day I had purchased two Ltrs of Amul packed milk from one retailer nearby my residence. The printed price for the same was Rs. 20/Litre. But the Milk Shop from where I purchased that, demanded Rs. 23/Litre and on asking the reason for this, they explained that Government has increased the rate. When I shown the price tag on the pack and asked for that justification, the man on the shop started behaving indecently. Please do the needful to stop such stupid business.

There was not any delivery of milk on[protected]. i was humiliated in front of customers. i called manish-[protected] the A.S.M of company but he did not picked up instead does a message that he will call back later.and i called another a person YADAV the transporter but he said that he does not know anything. then i approached Anand dairy in Gujrat but ther did not received my call. i was help-less and customers were ridiculing me.

    Dear Sir,
    Off lately the milk pouches of Amul show MRP of Rs 12 /- and the retailer charges Rs. 13/- stating that the Taxes/VAT applicable is to be collected from the consumer. Moreover he boasts to go and complain to whomever you want and that he is ready to give me a bill for the same which will have additional taxes above the actual amount of Rs 13/- .
    Kindly advice how I can fight this injustice? Will taking the bill help my cause in fighting this loot.
    Please guide me so that i can stop the shopkeeper from looting the customers of the area. And it is come to notice that all the shopkeepers in the area are following the same tactic.
    Pls guide me...

    Amul Milk Pouch — Sell before MFG date

    Dear Sir, I saw Packing date every time and from Last 2-3 months i am wondering that the date of MFG on milk pouch is 2 day later i.e. i purchase milk pouch on 10th Oct'09 than date printed on pouch is 11th or 12th Oct'09. Haw can company like 'AMUL' is sell milk befor MFG date? I am Purchasing pouch in any shop in Satellite Anandnagar Area.

      Amul Gold Milk is being sold at 13 Rs per half liltre pack instead of 12.50 MRP. On protesting he has stopped giving MILK.

      Today 07/07/2009 I purchase Amul Gold milky milk pack 500ml nett M.R.P. 12.50 from Gandhidham (Kutch). when i checked after boil. it was shocking. That milk is not like natural milk, in that milk groundnut oil smell and no cream in the milk only yellow color liquid like visitable oil. no manufacturing date, no seal area/stamp. and batch code is A[protected]. I purchase another same milk pack from other shop. it was good. I want to know what is this, same brand same pack but milk was different.

      It was again shocking because when I try to make panir but I add 3-4 lemon juice but milk was not start to curdle. what the hell are you supply this type of milk. I want to know what is this, same brand same pack but milk was different. please clear this quarry ASAP...

        I THINK OUR NEIGHBOUR HOOD DAIRY CALLED RAMA DAIRY IN BK1 BLOCK IN SHALIMAR BAGH, IS SELLING DUPLICATE AMUL POUCHES, MAY BE POSSIBLE MILK FROM THE COMPANY IS NOT GOOD. WE R CONFUSED. WHAT TO DO? CAN U TAKE SOME ACTION?

        THE MILK WHICH I BOUGHT ON 13-07-09, IS NOT UPTO THE MARK AS IT CONTAIN SOME CHEMICAL WHICH WAS ALSO PASTED FROM INSIDE OF THE MILK POUCHE.SO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND TAKE SOME ACTION

        I wanted to make paneer out of Milk, so i boiled 1 litre Amul Cow's milk and added lemon to it, , to my surprise it did not affect the milk at all, i kept the mixture as it is for the whole night. Later in morning i again tried boiling thinking by now at least the milk proteins will seperate but the milk was still intact. so, i addedd one tea spoon on dahi to it and then boiled it i was taken aback to see the milk unaffected. I even made normal Tea out of that milk. It clearly shows that it's not milk and something else. please look into this.

        I am residing at shivalik bungalows, bopal, ahmedabad. My regular milk man gave me a pouch of amul cow milk today. The condition of the pouch looked so bad as if it was a recycled one. It did not contain even the manufacturing date. Why amul is not printing the manufacturing date on the pouches? AS already duplicate milk is being supplied all over., i did not open the pouch and see the condition of the milk. Please look into this issue and see if something can be done. Because consuming such type of duplicate milk can be harmful to us.

          hamne amul butter milk ka test kiya par wo pour dahi mese nahi bana hai, kyuki jab butter milk laye tab niche jami hue thi, vo dahi nahi tha balki
          mamre ka mixer tha.
          vo india ke sath cheat karte hai.
          aap test kijie ...
          or niche(masti butter milk) jama dahi aap khud
          dekho & test karo to aap ko malum padega ki vo dahi mese nahi bana hai.

            I don't know why Amul does not improve their packaging of Amul Butter. The low quality butter paper and paper box is an altogether outdated packaging for such a good product. If you call it 'Taste of India' let the packaging be changed to International standards in form of a non messy, plastic openable airtight container. Else your product will extinct.

            I purchase a Amul Shudh Ghee 1 ltr box from a shop near Galaxy Aptts Vikapuri., PKG 090709, priced 220 Rs, Batch no M323. But the shop keeper charged me 230 Rs as he said he pays that from his pocket over n above the normal price to buy the ghee. Pls look into this . I have paid 230 rs for ghee which was supposed to be sold at 220 Rs.

            Machine oil part are found in butter . After complaining to amul no reply get till date

              I purchased a crate containing 12 packs of Amul Taaza milk on 22/10/07 since i had to go on tour from 28/10/07 onwards, on my return i received complaint from my family that the milk was contaminated i called up the dealer (SUBHIKSHA TRADING SERVICES LTD., Andheri (West), Mumbai-53, India) on 8th Nov., refering their bill no.INV255CC3 vide which the above crate was purchased. They tried to avoid me but i went to their godown on 10th night around 9.00 pm with two container opened and two sealed so that they can open and see themselves but they refused to entertain me, and told me to directly write to supplier. They tried to settle the matter by paying me the cost from their own packet. but i fail to understand why such behaviour from the delear? are they selling expired product with new dates? my email address is [protected]@hotmail.com

              I purchased amul taaza for direct to drink
              and its realy a very nice product as compared 2 other
              iam totaly satisfied by amul taaza and drink daily.
              I realy lov it.

              That incident might be an accident and those fellows should have settled the issue professionally. Amul TAAZA is really good and I use them everyday...
