I had placed an order an order for four items vide order no[protected] dated 12 September 2020. Order was partially supplied on 17 September 2
After opening of the consignment following discrepancies were found
1. Dettol disinfectant spray original was missing Rs159
2. In place of Keep safe multipurpose disinfectant spray, Toilet seat disinfectant spray was supplied Rs215

For a particular bill amount is payed three times. In which twice were through paytm and one is offline payment. Offline payment was done as they said money not received through the online and they said those online payments will be refunded to me with in two days. but it was not refunded, while asking them they are asking me to come tomorrow from last 10 days. as the payment was done on 30th September 2020.

On 08-October-2020 at 10:43 AM I visited Apollo pharmacy located at Jayanagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. To take a few medicines I gave my mobile (as it has a prescription) to the pharmacy staff. Later the staff did not handover my mobile phone to me. It resulted, my smart phone got damaged and it lost the display.

It's been three weeks and the order has not shipped, i paid in advance and there has been no refund.

There is no response from the customer care or sales team after sending multiple emails, phone calls and online chat.

We received expired medicine from apollo medicine.

When we tried to ask the same they are not responding properly.

Medicine is expired on aug 2020 we ordered it on sep 2020.

I being a regular customer of apollo pharmacy-anna nagar. I have purchased a similac stage -2 baby food for my 1 year old boy around mid or last of july-2020 (Exact date no idea as i don't have the bill). But due to some series of problems faced by me i was not able to return the same to the shop. I placed an order for ap blood glucose strips combo pack. I received the consignment today with apollo pharmacy bill for 1 ap blood glucose strip +La (HSN code 38220090 batch no. 08-2020 expiry dec 21) for rupees 499, but the item recieved was 2 packs of Lancets batch no. 25gf00004
Mfd july2020 expiry june2025. I have not received the Blood Glucose test strips. The bill no. And other details are given below

I order an oximeter through apollo 24/7 on 9th september 2020 and got delivered on 10th sep'2020. But received a damaged item for which i have dropped an email, called the many times, binged on what's up and pinged on social media, nobody is responding, even i mailed to the ceo as well for the damaged, as nobody is answering. Yesterday itself, i raised the issue.. But till now they did not even solved, seems like very careless and unprofessional....

Hi, i am writing this mail to improve your service this is not a complaint,
I was discharged from mmrv hospital from last sunday only due to covid 19. One month i was in hospital, even still with o2 in my house.
I have 2 small kids with me.
We use to order all our medical needs from only our apollo. This morning @11.17 we send doctors prescription through watsup and keep on following with this particular shop. Till 5.30pm...

On 30th august, 2020 i have got a message from vm-apollo that "u have earned 18.95 health credits (Hc) on trxn dated 30/08/2020. Use 53.97 hc balance @any apollo centre."
On 03/09/2020 i go to nihati apollo pharmacy for procuring some medicine item and asking them to adjust and utilise the said hc balance of 53.97 but they said that the available hc balance of the said card no.[protected] is rs.32.41 that is the difference of rs.21.56.br...

Had a bad experience at the store. I asked for the discount of 10% as the bill was 574/- and i told him to take the money from my apollo card. I have 70rs in my card. Instead of giving discount he added money in my card which i was not interested to. He was not polite with me. They didn't even give my change.

I have ordered an Oxymeter (order number:[protected] of Rs. 1700/- on 2nd Sept 2020 and expected delivery date was 3rd Sept 2020. I am still waiting after 3 days and after calling to customer care number they keep saying it will be dispatched tomorrow..tomorrow ...tomorrow...

Desirable resolution: Order need to be received on urgent basis...
