Not delivered items

As I have ordered some medicines from the apollo application. Expected delivery is 9th Dec 2020. As I connected with service center regarding where is my order on 9th dec 6:30 PM.

Apollo service center said that item will delivered before 9th Dec 9 PM. But the next day apollo pharmacy cancelled my order due to shortage of items.

So basically apollo is wasting our time and after that they Will not respond to...

Refund of amount

I have swiped hdfc debit card for buying medicines at appollo pharmacy but they said card swipe declined twice, they took 405rs through cash and delivered the products. After some time amount deducted from my card also. After 6 days i approached them for refund but they are telling automatically it will get refunded. It happened on 28/11/2020. Today its 9/12/2020 almost 10 days still no refund....

Worst customer care service

Refund Not Received (Paid through PhonePe)

I had ordered some items on 20-Sep-2020 and my Order id is:[protected].
The Amount is paid (Rs300) through PhonePe app.
Txn ID:S2009201306151497711556.

This order was cancelled due to money demanded from the delivery agent for COD. Following which, the items were returned.

No Covid regulations

This is to just to bring to notice the incident haappend with Apollo Pharmacy at Balkampet opposite Venkateswara Swamy temple S R Nagar, Hyderabad. They are not wearing mask, no gloves and crowded and with that hands they are selling gloves by touching. Even if you ask them to wear they are least bothered with customers. Money not refunded

Your Pharmacy at Cowl Bazar Bellary denied that they haven't received the payment though i should the receipt with details - INR[protected]:02:04 TXID - [protected] Invoice Number 3286.

Healing Card expired

I have got healing card worth Rs.1000/- in Feb 2020. I went to many nearby apollo pharmacies to redeem it but none of your staff was aware of how to accept healing card. Refund of 360 due to a transaction to the wrong account.

Apollo Pharmacy Order cancelled without my request and No refund

I had placed an order online (Order no.:#[protected] on 27 Sep 20, 05:11 PM. My order apparently was cancelled, they did not inform me about it but found it from their app upon checking on delayed delivery of medicines.I have subsequently made numerous calls(30+) to follow up about the refund, but unable to get any information.
