Axis Bank Fastag — dispute transaction before delivery of fastag

I had a dispute Transaction on my FasTag account before it gets Delivered to me.
I Had Received following SMS on my mobile 05th Jan 2020,

"Dear Customer, Your FasTag Account has been debited Rs. 135 for transaction for Vehicle MHXXCUXXXX at Toll Chandwad toll plaza on[protected]T23:25:17. Balance amount in the Account is Rs. 65. Call toll free number [protected] for any dispute."

I had Applied for it on 28th Dec.2019
I complaint on Customer care no.[protected], but they said to write a mail to
etc.[protected]@axisbank.com
Also I wrote mail so many times But yet not any action taken they gave Request numbers only like SR[protected]

I had written to you on 6 Jan 2020,
8 Jan 2020,
13 Jan 2020,
28 Jan 2020,
and recently 20 Apr 2020
but nothing needful happened. Don't tell me to write The same dispute occurred with my two friends, We also had given Complaint in Axis Banks City branch office, Manager also write something on his Pc before us. Nothing happen
See the problem is Amount is 135 Rs. low that you peoples think What to do for such small amount
I will terminate Fastag service from Axis Bank if not any action taken

I recharged my fastag for vehicle number hr02an2440 on 28 november for rs 500 and rs 100. Almost 25 days have passed. My fastag wallet has not been credited and not my money has been reversed to the bank. I have complaint to etc management a number of times but they do not give any satisfactory answer. I have given them proof of the transactions as bank statements of the required period. My contact number is [protected]
