I would like to raise complaint against Axis Bank Fastag for their pathetic service in providing resolution against a complaint raised by me for double debit at Duhai toll plaza, since i made the payment through cash (also provided slip of proof) i was also charged through my Axis bank Fastag account and hence double debit.
I have raised 4-5 complaints with Axis Bank Fastag but all have been closed without any resolution, the last response i received from them on 21st Jan, 2021 on this was that they will look into the complaint and provide response as soon as possible, but it has been 4 months since i first registered my complaint in Oct 2020 and not received resolution till now, although NPCI provides resolution within 22 working days but no action from Axis Bank Fastag to follow this.
