Dear team,
Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply. Thanks regards.

I purchase this ns160 on 17 spetmber and then I submit my bike for passing from rto on date[protected] to[protected]. Then I receive it . After evening my self is not working. It's disgusting for new buyer.

    Bajaj sai service is very poor they r thief they stole my battery and they r saying i have changed my battery they very saying the starter motor is defective after i was continuously asking why is not working i give my bike service in only service center in bajaj they r saying before 2 months the starter is defective now they r saying u changed the battery i m a mechanic in mercedes i work over there i had checked the starter personally starter is working fine i had raised for a complaint for battery on the service center on that time they were saying starter is defective

      My name is vijay singh and i've been purchase your bike bajaj pulsar 150 twin disk's on the date of 1st june 2018.
      After that my bike return to exshroom dewan moters nawada on the next day date of purchase some technical issues your bike this clutch plate already defective before purchasing and head lights bulbs already defective before purchasing and after that again and again saw my bike exshroom dewan moters nawada but nothing solutions me.
      And after that i'm going work shope for first service of my bike dewan moters palam dabri road mahavir enclave 110045
      And also 2nd service in that work shope dewan moters palam dabri road mahavir enclave 110045. And after that 3rs service swedeshi bajaj moti nagar rama road
      110015 and after 3rd service side by dewan motors tour bike clutch plate damaged. And i'm saying that my is already defective before purchasing because again'and saw dewan motors nawada after purchase but nothing solutions me in this issues of my bike clutch plate damaged.

      I humble request for bajaj products please explain your situation for me'hurry up and i'm not full satisfied your bajaj products.

      Please solved my problem hurry up.
      And i want to this issue without payment because your products is already defective before purchasing this bike and your bajaj financer nothing to convey about this issues before purchasing.

      Yes sure i'm responsible for this problem if your bike again and again saw dewan motors nawada but nothing solutions for me and after 3rd service.

        There are many types of offer available in market for purchasing bike during dishehara to diwali, but i'm very sad to say that the dealers are forcly making iligle money from costomer, he's taking 10000 to 20000 rs extra during purchasing the bike and also misbehaving to costomer.
        I'hv purchased a bike at shiv shakti automobile, madhubani road, pupri, sitamarhi at bajaj finance, the dealer has taken 10000 rs for only processing fee. He has not given any type of receipt for it.
        This type of activity will decreasing the interest of costomer to purchase bajaj bikes.
        Plz solve this at your own basis.

          I have purchased a pulsar 220f bike from
          Krishna automobiles authorised dealer for bajaj auto ltd. Pune on 29/09/2018.
          By full payment, but still they are not doing registration of my bike even they are not receiving my calls, they are saying to go to the rto we can't do anything, but when i went to the rto, the officer said me your paper are not complete by the dealer,
          When ever i spoke with executive hi said me, the concern person is not there, the server is down, call after half an hour, we will call you after half an hour, call as tommorow. When i call from another number, then he said we can't do anything, you can complaint against as, all customer are saying this. Do whatever you want to do.

            From day one i'm facing accelerate lag issue while engine is in cold position
            Every day i'm facing issue and no one is going to resolve the issue from last 4 months showroom details :- sai service bajaj (Kedar empire, karve road, kothrud, pune - 411038, near dashbhuja ganpati mandir, opposite sndt college (Map) service manager:- raichand chandgude second :- sandeep wagh
            Very very rude treatment with me and problem not resolve remark from mr. Sandeep (Go wherever and complaint we don't care) bajaj customer service complaint number is :- isr-437238 & isr-440681
            I have spend my complete saving on this bike and now no one is helping me
            Is there any law for this
            Can customer consumer complaint forum help me to resolve my bike issue

            They have kept my bike in service center 5 time for 48 hours and more than that

            After that also problem is not resolved

            Please help

              I purchased pulsar 150 classic on 26th oct from akarsh bajaj, anisabad (By-pass road), patna.
              Details are attached.

              On 27th i started ride this new bike and i noticed whenever i shift gear to neutral from 2nd, it goes to neutral but neutral light doesn't glow. Bike is neutral but neutral light is not glowing. And if it is in 1st gear and i shift it to neutral, light glowing properly.

              Due to this problem, at the red traffic light if neutral light not glowing means it is in gear but as traffic signal is green and i started bike then accelerate to run the bike, it is not running because it is in neutral.

              I visited akarsh dealer and complaint,
              Pdi person came and inspected the bike but problem not resolved. Then problem forward to service centre and they also inspected but problem didn't get solve. Finally they called me next day.

              Next day visited there and i did wait 6 hours to get resolved but problem didn't solve.

              Again they called me next day at sharp 10:30. I visited in time. They tried to fix but it's not fixed. And finally thay told me to visit on monday.

              Note: within 4 days i have explained my issue to 15 people, 5-6 people of pdi and 10 people of service centres engineer and managers. 7-8 people have tried to fix it,

              Someone tighten up clutch
              Someone loosen
              Someone changed clutch wire
              Someone said u can't shift gear to neutral from 2nd gear directly, u have to shift it to 1st and then neutral.

              It is worst experience of my life and truly i am saying, i didn't realise that your engineers are well trained. I have another pulsar in which i never faced this type of problem.

              I have visited 3 days but problem is not solved.
              I am feeling like i have purchased an old bike and i have to visit to the mechanic every day.

              Anyway bajaj, thanks a ton for providing this type of service.

                Sir i purchased discover 125 in 14.10.2017 in spot amount but after two months sightly oil came in engine and it would slowly increased oil over flow
                And i would complaint in bajaj service centre they would try to solve the problem but no use after first service also it would happen again i complained that service man oil leakage was continued he again check the engine and package but oil leakage was still continuing. I worry about the bike engine and paid the amount again and again but no use for that i don't no what's the problem in the engine. Atlast the centre case was problem i request you please do any step to solve my problem.

                  Registration NO-HR-29 AM 9321 bought it from TCS Bajaj from Faridabad Haryana August -2016 but extremely disheartened to say that all sheet metal parts are rusted chain cover frame & chain set changed within 19000km, front wheel brakes shoe changed twice & changed brake of rare wheel, speedometer stopped working, clutch plate changed & so many other parts damaged within 2 years or 20000km running so you are . It feels so disappointed to see such a bad workmanship from a bike within 2 years only 20000km running. I requested you to kindly depute your representative who can see the matter and solve it for me.

                      Dear bajaj auto,
                      This is my 4th bike with bajaj. Now i own a dominor which is 5700 km done. I was happy till today.

                      My problem started as the throttle praised up and some blasting happened in the left side near the gear shift. I managed to take the bike to nearest service station where i bought.

                      After the inspection service engineers said problem is with the fuel pump and have to clean the throttle body and the cover has opened up due to more air intake so the blast happened. They also said there may be a situation for changing the fuel pump if problem persists. Even the raising of the engine is due to these problems. Fuel got old and such things.

                      I drive arround 30 kms per week i fill up 6 liters fuel always due to 3 liters reserve i maintain 6 liters in the tank. I really got upset hearing the fuel pump cost was arround 4500. Its just 5700 km done bike with such good maintenance. I'm waiting for the bike to get delivered by tomorrow and if at all you could help me regarding the fuel pump issue help me.

                      Depressed of owning a bike with such complicated costly spare parts. Without reason i have to bear such unpredictable costs. Until now i have not ridden my bike above 80 kmph.

                        Dear bajaj team,

                        I, bhargav patel, have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 on 19th october, 2018 from gallops motor, k k nagar cross road, ahmedabad. On very next day, i face issue with 'self start as it was not working'. However, the same was resolved by the dealer (Gallops).

                        But within next 2 days, one more issue started happening, "'backside wheel was generating some sound'. To resolve the same i visited dealer's premise, he suggest to tight the chain which might have become loose. But it didn't work. So, he told me to put the bike there and will require a day or two to identify and resolve the issue. I am not able to understand how come a newly purchased bike started having issues within a week... I am desiring resolution of the issue as soon as possible from bajaj, being a very experienced market player of the field.

                        I want you to also note that i have not been provided any documents such as service book, insurance policy, etc.

                          I don't want to discuss with about this issue... I'm really tired and i ll directly approach consumer court... Let's see what happens... You guys making fool out it.. Hard earning money is simply wasting because of your negligence that's it... 1week back i gave rs 200 for service and i clearly mentioned that jerking problem and battery problem but they didn't do anything and final bill is 9000... If you can't repair the bike then y should charge... Last time also it happened totally 16500k waste of money... Who ll give free money for us.. Better u guys understand the problem. This time i ll not shut my mouth anymore...

                                Dear sir,

                                Hope you are doing well.

                                This mail is regarding the complain of your authorised dealer of bajaj m/s. Bharat bajaj showroom at vapi chala - 396195.

                                On last thursday i. E. On 24-oct-2018 i had given my pulsar 220 s for mandatory service and to change my rear disc brake master cylinder as my old master cylinder kit was leakage but working ok ok. So i purchased the master cylinder from service centre itself some days before.

                                Please refer the attached bill of master cylinder, gold amd card and brake oil bill change during servicing.

                                I had leaved my pulsar at morning for servicing and brake master cylinder changing purpose and they had told to come at evening. Then at evening they called and told me that we had changed your master cylinder but you need to replace the caliper also.

                                I told them that it was okay there was only master. Cylinder. Kit leakage problem, caliper was perfect
                                No problem at all.

                                But they told that it is necessary to change it otherwise you brake will not work at all. Then i regret to change that. After that also they had called me 2 time again and told me you have to change it but i didn't agreed.

                                Then i told them i am coming to take my bike then they told me that you will not get your bike now you have to come tomorrow.

                                On next day i. E. On 25-oct, when i visited at there i asked them to bring my bike which i had given fir servicing.
                                They brought my bike and seriously it's not looking serviced at wash.

                                There was brake oil drop every where on the left side of pulsar front fairing. They even didn't cleaned it and due to that my pulsar s left side fairing colour worn out slightly and after that when i told them then they to clean it then after 5 mint. They clean that. And then i noticed that front side bajaj logo was also missing they had answered that it was misplaced during washing due to water pressure.
                                Then when i thought to take a test drive then i notice that they had broken the pin which was situated inside of self buttom switch assly due to absence of that my rh. Side switch assly got lose i told them about that switch issue they answered me they didn't even touch that had just tried to make customer fool.
                                I never ever saw this type of bad and poor service in any service centre. Very very bad service.
                                It is very shameful and i will never ever go for bajaj bike if this type of service will be provided by your authorised dealer.

                                After that i inspected my rear disc brake caliper and i had a doubt that it was not mine caliper then i told them that my caliper was functioning properly before but they answered we tried but now it's not working at all.
                                It's not able to make the pressure at all.

                                Then they had given me the bill of rs. 70 /- for brake oil. I paid and then i had taken my bike from service centre.
                                And then after 1 day i. E. On saturday (27-oct) i had given my bike to a local mechanic who had change the brake oil of rear disc brake 2 days before (22-oct) i had given my bike to service and after inspection he told me that it was not that caliper in which i had change brake oil.

                                As per his report my original caliper had been exchanged from another stucked /malfunctioning old caliper which was exchanged by your authorised dealer m/s. Bharat bajaj.

                                And now i am 110 % sure that your authorised dealer had change my original and perfect caliper with old and used caliper.
                                And now i want my original ok caliper back.

                                Otherwise i had to take a legal action.

                                So please arrange to replace my rear disc brake caliper back.

                                Please told your authorised dealer m/s bharat bajaj representative to contact me orbyou just contact me and do the needful at earliest.

                                  I had visited united bajaj service centre at 09:50 am and handed over my bike to them for servicing.

                                  We communicated and requested them that i came with my spouse away from 50 kms i. E. Shankergarh.

                                  Please complete the servicing as soon as possible and floor manager malwayi ji assured me till 4 pm but

                                  In actual they gave me my bike after 6 :15 pm.

                                  So we want to know that servicing takes time more than 8 hours or this is any type of weapon to treat or vex the indeed needy customers...

                                    I have purchased new pulsar 150 single disk on 13/10/2018 from khivraj motors, marathalli bangalore. From 1st day of my ride its a small noice in engine even i have told them about this issue on cal with in a day. And i have visited showroom on 26/10/2018 for this issue, there the people are good but the responce regarding my problem not satisfactory, and even they are simply saying that keep the bike for service it will rectify.
                                    As for your kind information i have taken new bike from bajaj not for the roaming towards showroom manager and staff, i have taken the bike for my passion that not at all happened to me even after taking the new bike from the bajaj.
                                    And the thing i have got 5years of engine warranty for my new bike... What the fun it is??
                                    Do the needful to me kindly as soon as possible, not as your staff not rectified it till.

                                    I have bulk of reasons to complaint on this bike, I haven't get any problem from my pulsar 150 dts-i 2012.
                                    Here I am getting Engine noice, gear shifting in traffic is not even possible, Gear shift sound etc...from this new beast..that is pulsar bs4 2018.

                                      I had brought my bike in[protected] and i used my bike around 53000kms till date, from last one and half year i have changed engine bore for two times and now again they are advising to change the engine bore.

                                      I have not missed any service and fallowing as per they suggestion for every 3000km i am going for service.

                                      I have few doubts, either the quality of service is bad or the quality of spares is bad??
                                      Changing the engine bore and engine head work for 3 times for running 20000kms is really bad.

                                      For every time bike service i had spent around more than rs.11000 for single service, is it really worth spending rs.33000 for running 20000kms and also for every 3000kms service changes extra.

                                      Two times engine bore and head work carried by perel motors, bangalore and now i had gone to other service provider with popular bajaj and he also suggesting to change the engine bore and head work.

                                        Singh bajaj showroom in bulandshahr. They are looting customer by charging unofficial charge on bikes. I have purchase pulsar classic 150, the actual rate of that model is 72 k to 74 k approx on road price. But they have taken 78.7 k from me. I am very much disappointed. I am a regular bajaj customer. I also have bajaj discover too. Please help me.

                                        Please help me as soon as possible. How can they charge six thousand extra. I believe in bajaj. That's why I did not visited another bajaj showroom, actually I did that, so I could be safe from that loot by the bajaj dealer. When I bought that bike, the bike already used 36 km run.
