Respected sir,
Around 11 months back, i gave my bike bajaj avenger to the bajaj servicing center (Photo attached) for rear brake shoes and chain replacement and general servicing. Told me to come in the evening. When i reached my bike was ready, i asked for the job card he told they dont make job card. He charged me as per his mood and no receipt or proof was provided. Within two months my rear brake was fully unusefull. So, sir i kindly request you to look into such matters because agencies like this are spoiling the name and service being provided by your other agencies.

    Respected sir/madam,
    I purchased pulsar 220f in the year 2016 the emi process is over and i received a penalty charges of rs.413, and it was said that on payment of this charges the noc will be processed and will be sent. I have paid the charges and i did not recieve my noc till now. Please take necessary actions.

        I bought bajaj pulsar rs 200 for 1.55 lakhs
        There is no value for money, i have to spend thousands for service but that also they are not providing a good service
        Please inspect their product quality.
        They are fooling people in the name of sales and service even if i question them there is no response from their side,
        For last month service they have charged 7500, that also without doing anything
        I am planning to file a case against them

          On 17th november 2018, i send my brother to rithvikaa bajaj (Shop no.16 lakshmi towers, opp. Triveni complex) for avenger 220 cruise bike 2nd free servicing. There my brother told them many times to check clutch and break issue. They charge rs 450/- and told that issue has been solved. But while coming to my place i understood that my bike break issue will not been solved. We suffered a lot through our 3 hrs of journey from anantapur to pulivendula. Moreover they didn't provide computerised bill. Over all i am saying that they provide worst servicing... My brother contact number [protected]. Kindly send your persons to my place and service of my bike again. Because i don't want to their place again.

              Hi i'm gautam form ahmedabad
              I purchase my new bajaj pulser 150 twine disk bike on navratri festivals. But within 1 month i have many problems in new bike. Many time i visit bajaj service center at ahmedabad laldarwaja amin bajaj. But they cant solved my problem. Every time they open my new bike and say all done, but after some days other problems start.
              1) within 1 month leakage oil
              2) start disk break voice
              3) now voice in back side tyre.
              I purchase new bike not old bike.in new bike have many problem then what i do?

                Hi team,

                I am very much disappointed with the bike servicing of bajaj sai services, aundh (Pune).

                It's been third time they have provided me the bike with improper servicing. I have dominar 400 and after bike servicing also the body part of the bike is very much loose and loud, engine getting heated quickly, rough silencer noice, loose bike chain, vibrations, bike pickup and hard gair.

                Could you please take the necessary action on it and help me with proper servicing.

                  I had taken pulsar 200 ns bike on finance, i had paid many dues everything but some "many times" i was cheated by the bajaj executive person's same has happened again with me again now.!

                  I had a total 8k change due on my loan..!!
                  I was getng many calls from a lady called "deepa" from this number from baj fin office no=[protected].!!
                  As daily she use to call me and say me the "offer" that if i pay "6.5k" within that month i will be getng a waver and all my remaing 1.7k vil be cleared as a waver nd no due vil be there, and also said if i pay 6.5 in that month with in "30/3/18" all my dues will be clear nd i vil get the noc to my home..!!!

                  I ve till now wated but i didn't get the noc to my home..!!
                  When i call her to inquiry she said me to wate for 3 to 4 months then i vil get my noc but till now i didn't get the noc (I ve wated for really long time with my all passions but again got cheated with bajaj company)..!!

                  When i called the customer care to complaint about this the representative said me that still i should clear 2kstill (What the #)..!!

                  Respected please check to it why there representative always say lie nd cheat the people like this nd make the company name #..!!!

                  I didn't get the waver what i should ve got and till now didn't receive the noc..!!

                  I had made a huge payment of 6.5 k at a "short" so that i get the waver nd u guys cheated me again this is not at all "fair" how this guys cheating with the customers..!!

                  Please have a look in my loan nd plz help me out..!! I ve paid more than principal amount 35k more but still bajaj company wants to eat more more in name of interest!!!
                  I should ve got a waver but didn't get..!!
                  If i would ve not got the waver call from deepa, i would ve paid decently 4installments monthly about 2k nd cleared till now..!!!

                  But my god swear i trusted bajaj representative deepa who use to call me daily nd say me about waver if i pay everything was going to clear she use to say

                  All cheated me in bajaj finanace company!!! I ve the proofs of voice recording a hand written note of a head bajaj finance officer explained me the waver in bajaj two wheeler showroom in davanagere he himself wrote with is own hands with his own pen in my dairy... I am attaching u the photo

                  Respected company head person's plzz help me out...!!!

                  I Purchased this bike 2 months back, Rear disc break is not functioning at all. I did informed Service Centre. they were able to do something which worked for 2 days. later it stopped functioning. I am not sure what's the problem. please look in to it and help me with a resolution.

                    I, Arvind Somaiah purchased a pulsar 220f 2018 model from star bajaj Mysore. After 5, 700 Kms, I had my bore kit replaced by them under warranty due to consumption of engine oil which had damaged the bore kit and the valves. The service was so pathetic that they just changed the bore kit and didn't replace the valves.( I'll be explaining how I found out ). They charged me 1, 500rs for the same.( Saying that few parts are chargeable ) which includes a huge charge of 800rs for valve lapping ( which is for sure that they haven't done ). After 2000 Kms again I noticed the oil consumption and went there and complained them for which they said it's not consuming any oil bla bla when it was so evident with the oil quantity when drained as well as the oily spark plugs. They just cleaned the oil plugs and air filter, convinced me it's not consuming oil and sent me back. I even fought at the office, which was of no use. Later I lost all the confidence in them and decided to get it checked with a very well know mechanic in Bangalore and mysuru. Both confirmed that the engine oil is being consumed. With heavy heart I decided to get the problem resolved by the Bangalore mechanic and asked them to proceed with the repair. When they opened the engine, it was so evident that the valve work wasn't done as the head region was completed covered with a thick layer of carbon deposition, and also the bore kit was damaged due to less engine oil level because of oil burning. I have to pay 7000+ for the work now and also at the cost of warranty. Bajaj dealership network is so bad. The service is not taken care well at all. I want bajaj to rectify the issue, get in touch with me as I am providing my number [protected]. I want justice and the losses that I have incurred has to be taken care of. As of today the vehicle has done only 10000 odd Kms while having 2 times bore change. Never will go for bajaj again. I am spreading this word in Social media and my knows contacts as well.

                          I purchased bajaj pulsar 150 bike on 26th May 2017 From Krishna Bajaj, Sec-14, Gurgaon, On 13000 kms when i went to service centre and when the mechanic drained the engine oil only 300 ml oil just coming out from engine, then service guy told me to topup the engine oil with 1000 ml and ride for 1000 km then again we will check the engine oil level, then after 1000 km when they checked bike it was found only 650 ml. then they ordered cylender kit for my bike as it found cylinder kit with piston faulty then i give my bike to them for 2 days and they charged RS -3300/- to me for servicing and parts changed, some parts they changed unnecesarly .Then after 7000 kms around (21000 kms) again same problem come in engine only 600-700 ml oil come out of engine then i again visited to service centre they told me that now it is require engine head block work to be done and clutch plate also burned, then they charged me 2200 for that i don't know what parts they changed in my bike because they took my bike and told me for leave my bike at service center. now at 26000 kms same engine oil problem and white smoke come from exhaust and also oil come in exhaust, when i visit the centre there service manager misbehaved with me that i don't have idea about bike riding. daily i ride around 50 kms with max speed between 45-55 km now they told that valve work we have done in your bike and again charged 1300 for me but from last 2-3 days more white smoke and oil come in bike exhaust, now you tell what i do sir ???. I am a middle class person, it is not easy for me to afford a new bike, my bike still in warranty but they don't take it serious. They already charged me around 7000/- rupees but still same issue in the bike . Please help me sir. No body help me here.

                          Dear Team,

                          Last week i already registered complaint case at your customer care call board and my case ID is ISR-446512.

                          But still no action on it. Daily i call to customer care but they again and again forward the case to bajaj dealer.

                          This is the 3 rd time in last 7 months when same problem come in my bike's engine.

                                First i purchased pulsar 150ug5 and with in 15mints i returned it cz i was not comfortable with it and they deduct 8000 rupees then got vikrant and it's too heavy again within 15mints returned again they deduct 8, 000 rupees. At last provide me discover 125 but i requested them to provide me pulsar 150ug5 but they are saying they will deduct 24, 000 again. Please help me. I want to get pulsar 150 ug5 without any loss.

                                  I have purchased my bike on january, the bike is giving black smoke from tail pipe from first month. The service technician told me to wait for two services. After that they have replaced valve and some bparts of my bike and now the smoke is coming from engine, bike not starting in morning etc. The power of the bike will get reduced if it is driven more than 30km, which was there since 2nd service. My bike is bajaj platina confortech. The service center vis not giving me any written data on the complaint till, now. They are refusing to give it.

                                  The bike was hand overed to the service centre for further repair and they gave job card. Since they were un able to resolve the issue we went to consumer court. They are arguing that we have kept our vehicle without there permission.(job card was issued by them)
                                  The bike was also got in flood from there showroom.The Bajaj platina is worst bike I have bought, no mileage, power and manufacturing defect.

                                    I am siva kumar my pan no gbxps4884q and i have taken loan for two wheeler from bajaji auto finance company, my loan no l2wdhm 03640872 my viechle no tn 29 bz0594
                                    I have taken loan amount 32000 but i already paid the all due amount. And i have received the noc documents for this process. But after that bajaji auto finance company customer service is not close in my account from cibil complaint. So you kindly check my problem and clear my. Recent cibil score update. I am attached my noc copy here

                                      Today 14.11.2018 i pick my uncle son to go to the school. I took my bike and run few meter a sound was came behind my bike. I thought it was some stick hitten.
                                      After drop my uncle son i return to my home at the entrance of my street a big sound was came behind my bike and some part was fall down.
                                      I was so scared and my heart beat was stun for one second.
                                      I ride this bike for only odo 3100 km only.
                                      Send the higher authorities to check my bike.
                                      Don't send local dealer.

                                      Solve this problem is not a big deal I will handle with local service centre.
                                      I need to inspect why it happens I need a higher officer to resolve this problem.
                                      I'm so scare about this problem.
                                      Whenever I took this bike I will scare about this problem.
                                      Luckily me and my uncle son life was safe without any injury.

                                        I purchase bajaj discover 150f and after that its shutdown when running.. Its not run more than 15 to 20km regular and shutdown... I checked with anjita bajaj ajmer more than 5 times.. They said cdi required change.. I change cdi as well as change air filter oil filter chocks but after that no solution and same problem persist till time.. Now service centre executive unable to find out what is the problem.. If a service centre executive not know about problem then how a small mechanic is know about it.. Please suggest for same..
