I have purchased a new bike (Bajaj ct 100) from shri ved automotives pvt. Ltd. (Bajaj auto dealer in agra) against bill no. Vsi[protected] on dated[protected]. But i have not received my registration copy or vehicle number. So i have do many times call and mails to bajaj auto customer care but still my problem not resolve.

Please look into this matter and resolve it asap.

I purchased a bike from maa durga bajaj on 16 september and till date they did not give my rc and everytime they just said come after 1 week and the sad part is this they don't pick my call and the main problem is they took my money and not submit any document of mine that's why they are not giving my rc.

I purchased pulsar 220f in the year 2016 the emi process is over and i received a penalty charges of rs.413, and it was said that on payment of this charges the noc will be processed and will be sent. I have paid the charges and i did not recieve my noc till now. Please take necessary actions.

On 17th november 2018, i send my brother to rithvikaa bajaj (Shop no.16 lakshmi towers, opp. Triveni complex) for avenger 220 cruise bike 2nd free servicing. improper bike servicing

After 5, 700 Kms, I had my bore kit replaced by them under warranty due to consumption of engine oil which had damaged the bore kit and the valves.
