I have bajaj dominar 400 abs model

Purchase date - 2nd jan 2018
Dealer name - bajaj autoden mahim, mumbai
I have already raised complaint on 31st may 18;but till no response from your side. Daily once i called to customer care.. They say within 24hrs concern team will contact me.. But i have not received single call.. My complaint no. Isr-353833
I would like to bring to your attention this important matter, when i got the bike i saw a small exposed wire, m when i informed the showroom person he fixed it by tape and said nothing to worries. Then after my first servicing i still saw the wire identified it yet the service guy fixed it with tape... No proper service or solution from any of them.
Now the entire wiring has faulted n burned, my bike not working and now both service and showroom people have stepped away, n say wiring is not in warranty n u have to pay 11000, kindly help me as the bike is brand new, kindly get in touch.
