I had purchased a bajaj v15 from tcs auto world nit faridabad on 22/11/2017, bike is having 150cc engine but as company claimed about the power of this bike it is far away from that, bike having zero power, zero torque & full of vibration.

Service team also not supporting against the complained that i had marked in showroom at the time of servicing

    My new rs200 is crashed and i took my bike to service centre following details about serivice centre thodupuzha, vengalloor road, royal bajaj motors, idukki, kerala pin code:685584.
    My bike is carshed in 13januvery2018. My bike chaise is damaged and they asked me to order a new chaise. I pay rs15000 as advance amout to repairing of my bike. Now it become 4monthe now they could not finished my bike repairing. Pls help me

      Tn59 and 1840 i paid 29 out off 35.3 due delay. You exec call to me frequently. So surrender my vehicle because totally paid then receive the vehicle. Your concern sell without my knowledge. I call after some days in your executive says vehicle sell so in your loan account closed and i send mail my head office. After 1 month clear your civil dispute. But now after one year not clear my civil dispute. So you contact madurai branch then rectify my civil dispute. Thanking you

          Odel name "pulsar 160 ns", vehicle no: dl 3s dz 1252, chasis no. : md2a92cyxjcl13672, engine no: jeycjl17474 on dated : 25 march 2018.
          The km until now is 594 km. Today i. E. 28th april 2010, i visited dewan auto, 3 shamhu dayal bagh, okhla phase-3, near kalkaji mandir metro station, new delhi, for my first service. The km reading they mentioned in their record was 2115 because of which my first free service coupon was expired. We are not aware that this happened because of the negligence of the staff members or they did it intentionally. Further the message that i received on my phone ([protected]) was that the 2nd free service is approved which is wrong as this is my first service.
          Thereafter i request you to look into this matter and avail my next 2 services that is 2nd and 3rd service free. Hence further send me a confirmation for 2nd and 3rd free service as soon as possible.

          I have purchased a pulsar 150 on 10 april 2018 from swadeshi bajaj showroom Hazaribagh

          Battery provided by them stop working after 7 days

          When i visited to showroom
          They are telling me to come tomorrow, after 5 days

          I[censored] guys can’t give service on right time stop selling products

            I was surprised to see that an amount of rs 117 was deducted from my ICICI account with description as CMS/[protected]/BAJAJ_AUTO_CD__4020CD00, not sure why is this getting deducted and how I am not aware of this.
            I dont know how frequently they are deducting this. I do not have any loans with Bajaj now and if I remember it was long back that I had taken a loan. I want to stop this deduction and get back the money deducted so far for no reason.

              Today i have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my axis bank saving account.

              I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

              Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

              I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

              I expect the amount to be credited to my citibank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

                I have taken a new bike ns 200 abs from abhinandan motors towlichoki. When i saw the name of the tyre it was eurogrip tvs. This tyre is not good at all please request you to change the tyre to mrf. I saw soo many complaints about this tyre on ns 200 please request you to change the tyres as soon as possible. When i ride above 40-50 it is taking some time please make sure that all bikes will get with mrf tyres

                  I brought a new rs200, in udumalpet branch. Within 2 days there is an huge sound from my front suspension when i drive on any speed breakers and i informed to the service center they said it's new bike and it will give sound u come for 1st service and we will clear that but when i finish my 1 st service again the sound came they didn't service well and lot of issues in my new 1 month bike pls help me and take necessary steps to avoid this problem or i will return the bike and give the new one with good condition because it been only one month and i suffer lot of issues and i very disappointed with bajaj service and bikes

                    I have owned a 2017 model ns 160. And after the 2 nd service my bike's mileage is decreased. I have seen a big variation on mileage. I don't get expected mileage. And am also facing the missing issue, vibration problem. The bajaj company provides a smaller front and rear tyre on ns 160. And not available the rear disc. That the bajaj company is cheating the customers. Am really angry with bajaj company. And i never recommend bajaj bikes to my friends.

                      I was not able to find spares parts for my bike, so i raised a complaint with bajaj auto about the issue with the particular dealer . this woman after acknowledging the complaint received by head office . started verbally abusing me, not letting me speak for few minutes, cursing at me for just raising a complaint . i have bought AS 200 in 2016 in just two years i am not able to find any parts for this bike. instead of resolving the issue, they give me alternate solutions to find the spare parts . it's not my job to find spares for the service center . if the service center doesn't have parts they could order it instead of telling people to go find spares themselves.
                      so if the customer raises a genuine issue with dealer, he gets abused by the woman staff ? i don't understand . how it is my fault that spares are not available.
                      i own two bikes AS[protected] and avenger[protected] now i'm quite afraid to buy new bikes from bajaj anymore since i don't wanna get verbally abused from the staff just because they can't handle a simple request.

                      currently, i'm in touch with manager now they are trying to fix the issue.but the reason i'm raising this complaint is i don't want staffs like that to working and abusing customers.

                      i spoke with the manager from Head office, i contacted him through raising a complaint from bajaj auto official site. they made sure i got the service parts from the dealer and apologized for the staff's behavior. All the other mechanic's and manager were really friendly and tried to resolve my issue apart from a lady who was really abusive towards customers . hope she doesn't do this with any other customers from now on . Anyway now the issue is fixed . Person who tried to fix this issue was Jitendra from head office (Khivraj bajaj, Kasturba Road)

                        As i had given my dominor 400 for a complaint on my coolant system in adithya bajaj sungam, coimbatore. They said the coolant tube is damahed so that coolant and engine oil got mixed. By claiming warrenty we will change the tube. But i have to pay for the engine oil 1100, wherw i mounted a month before. Fail tube is their mistake make me to pay for that.

                        I was purchase V15 on 28/3/2017 regularly i faced overflow problem & now my bike rear tyre have balloon . The quality of bajaj brand decline. Earlier i was ride bajaj scooter electronic and also caliber 115 for more than 15 to 16 years but now I am demotivate..
                        Kindly solve my problem.
                        My motorcycle bajaj platina 100 ug number is mh37x1586 & chachise number MD2A76AY6JWK02602 is taken 65 km/hr average. So tirupati showroom washim 444505 is not taken action on my motorcycle so pls solve my problem and in third gear is continuesualy giving problem in up/down gear.
                        Service adviser told we are not responsible for this problem

                          Sir this is ankit from jaipur i give my bike 200 na pulsar on service center saturday they promise me to deliver bike at 6pm but it's monday already and they're denying... They can't even do there work properly stole petrol from bike didn't even call if some part is missing or unavailable i wants to file a case against them plz give me customer support... Service center name r. S bajaj... I'm standing here from last 2 hr and they're keep giving me excuses by stating (Abi 12 bajne me time h n ol) and they did worst job possible... And now i think they gonna charge me labour charges again bcz they made a new job card for the job they didn't able to done on saturday... Bajaj service sucks they don't keep promise

                          I was here for to change front foot stand and oil due to that some problems occur in rear brakes now they're changing some pump thing in my vechile i don't know what's going on here they keeps making mistakes and increasing my bill

                          I bought Palser ns 200 at R.K Bajaj in Virudhunagar. Firstly bike condition was good. The first service saw the problem in Front Disc. I have been given a regular service in a service center for a month. But they have been told that the material is not coming. The bike is driving scared and safe.

                            To whomever it is concerned..

                            I own a 2017 model pulsar ns200 and completed 5200+ kms on it.. I'm facing lot of issues from the day i bought the bike. It includes brake jam, missing, vibrations on handle and all over the body, low mileage issue, low pick up, wired noices etc.. I've been to many service centres in chennai but, they won't even take proper care to look at my bike and says that there's no issue at all and it's all because i don't know to ride the bike. I was using pulsar 220f (2012) so it's utter stupidity they are saying.. Just because i don't want to lose the warranty, i didn't go to local mechanics.. Now after the second free service the average has dropped to 26kmpl and my bike is struggling to go beyond 90kmph.. And when increasing the throttle some weird sound is coming from the engine side,, like scraping of metal.. While riding my bike doesn't go beyond 8000 rpm.. These issues has totally dropped off my love for pulsar bikes.. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible..

                              I logged a complaint for my air cooler. Which stopped working just after a week i bought.

                              I have been chasing it for one week. I have been given number for service centre owner. I have been given a number for mr tyagi regional head and then mr sushil. They assured me it would be resolved in 48 hours, but today at 11 pm i got a message that it has been closed. Why?

                              Nobody came to fix the air cooler. It's not about complaint now. It's about bad behavior. They never answer their calls it lime they are challenging your patience. They will continue you to disconnect your phone until you give up

                                Sir after service my bike's coolent (Radiator) fan not work and i goes to service center than they said that we dont know how fan not working they said that wiring issues.                                 When i delivery my bike emblem was broken i asked to salesman to change the emblem he said that u come to first service i will change and give the emblem i said ok 3 month completed they did not change the emblem they said i have

                                I have purcase babaj eveneger 150at bharat bajaj valsad gujrat .apfer purches of half hors the bike was sell start problem.bajaj show room say the battry is doun bt this prob is repite again and again .i have give bike to bajaj showroom to this problem solution many time more then 15 16 time bt i have not get any solution .

                                  What the hell, the service is today i made a call in showromm 25th time and again they said the same thing that, your cltuch plates and housing is not arrrived from 2 months they are saying the same thing, now i am giong to complain about them, and they dont know how to talk too consumers what can i doo, plz.                                     I have given bike rj19 hs 4450 for servicing on dated 29/03/2018. Raja bajaj (Service center) at jodhpur. They have done service & replace parts where profit margin is high. But i have found that bike create problem in starting and pick up which are not faced by me earlier or prior to service. I can not understand what are they doing in service. Problem solve or create???

                                      My father want new bike of bajaj avenger 150 cc. He booked bike in bajaj agency indora himachal pradesh. But maneger says now company not made this 150 cc in red color u buy 180cc. My father says ok i want. But now after 2nd half month ago. No bike will be provided by agency 150cc or 180 cc. Father gave him 40.000 ₹ in advance.. Why ur company do this..? We r also bajaj coustmes before 10 years... Thats y urs company do this..,,?? Now plz ans me.. When we provide bajaj avenger150or 180cc in red color..
