Hello sir,
I have bought the bike of 16feb 2017 and after one year and 4 services the bike does not perform well. The engine sound turn very bad and it sounds like 10 year old bike. My main concern is with the engine it sound horrible. And performance is zero. Cain sound, break sound. I am not at all happy with the bike and after sale service they do nothing just wash the bike and i have complaint about it two times but still the problem is not solved that why i am writting the complaint here.

    Your company bike quality is not as specified marks.
    I have bajaj avenger 150cc bike..in one year my bike has so many problems. Bike lost its colour at same time safety wire cover are broken. And now bike has new problem if bike stand in sunlight for above 15 min then fuel supply stop automatically. Please do something and stop making such product which give complete frustration to customers..

      I regularly informed to bajaj service center that my bike v15'shockup is not doing work properly but mangalam bajaj, indore the dealer is not taking my complaint seriously and accordingly service center is not replacing my bike v15'shockup which are subject to warranty period.
      And one thing which i want to your attention that the management of service center is not respond to any queries properly.

Main gadi lekr chala aya pr jab aaj 18/2/2018 ko gadi wash karane ke bad jab maine uske charon indicators check kiye to pichhla right side ka indicator nhi jal rha tha to main bansal motors bajaj service centre pr le gya jhan se gadi li thi to unhone qrc karane ko kha usme indicator kharab nikla to indicator change kr diya gya aur payment ke liye kha gya jb main payment karne gya to indicator bulb ke paise ke sath labour charge bhi liya gya. Main ye kahna chahta hun ki abhi meri ek bhi free service tk nhi hui hai phir bhi new bike me labour charge liya gya. Aise to gadi me koi bhi falt dikhani hogi to labour charge hr time dena hoga to new bike aur old bike me kya fark hai. Krapya uchit karyawahi karne ka kast karen jisse customer ko anuchit paise na dena pde. Vaise mai ek bat aur khna chahta hun ki mere pas tvs ki scooty bhi hai vhan mujhe aisi koi problem nhi hui.

          My name is selvakumar from tamilnadu arakkonam. I went to buy bike from ziya motors bajaj asked quotation for ns 160 actuall rate is 92, 642 but dealer adding extra charges for extra fitting 1800 and handling charge 360 total on road 94806. The dealer is very rude in bargaining the price not all reducing the price for even 2 rupees. If this service leads in future bajaj will lost the customer. Please take action for customer satisfaction.

              I purschased avenger 220 street bike on august 2017, i am facing self start problem every month and i have visited service centre for 5 times in past 3 months and each time service centre used to keep my bike for 20 days and they will return and have registered with bajaj complaints twice but issue is reoccuring. And resolved even they have sent my bike battery to exide and they tested and confirmed battery is fine please change your logo as "feel like pissed off" instead of "feel like god"

                negligence of authorized service center which caused seizure of my bike engine

                I have purchased bajaj vikrant 150cc (V15) from the authorized dealers of bajaj motorcycles from torrent bajaj, situated in main road, ranchi on 18/06/2016. The bike had been regularly serviced using the offer provided by bajaj motorcycles, wherein three services are provided free of cost. On the 10th of february, 2018; the motorcycle was bought to authorised servicing center (Jharkhand auto) for a paid servicing. Invoice bearing no sci[protected]....

                My name is juber shaikh from pune
                My three wheeler autoricshaw number is mh12 nw6442.

                I have purchased bajaj autoricshaw from shri sewa, sangamwadi pune on 19/12/17 and had paid the complete amount in cash. After 15-20 days there were problem related to more consumption of oil and noise issue. During the first servicing of my autoricshaw i had complained about it. Auto fitter ashish dholare and manager sandeep said they have resolved my issue with my vehicle but unfortunately in another 1-2 days of servicing i noticed oil consumption was very high compared to normal oil consumption. I have been regularly informing sai sewa dealer in pune, sangamwadi but didn't get any resolution yet.
                Now they have told me to come directly for the fourth servicing. They said problem will be solved after that. But i doubt if after my fourth servicing 2000 kms will be done so they are just doing time pass and just wasting away time i am filling oil after every 20-30 days. I have to incure money for filling oil whichvshould not happen.
                Also i have not recieved side takte (Right and left + mat that is placed inside autoricshaw as promised.
                Also there was gas leakage happening in my auto but dealers mechanic couldn't solve even that.
                I am really fed up and feel no trust in bajaj dealers and company.
                I want this autoricshaw to be changed as i have put my hard earned money to purchase the vehicle.

                I never suggest anybody for bajaj product. I truely heart the behaviour of dealership. Please take necessary action for this purpose otherwise i must take legal action...

                  I given my pulsur 200 ns for service at apko motorlink pvt lmt. Here in this place he take more days for service and taken more charges from customers. Never give proper estimation of cost service. Rudly talking with customers and not giving proper replys.                       I am using bajaj avenger 2010 model-220 cc. On monday 12 feb 2018, in morning there was engine oil leakage from my bike near to d mart, varthur road, whitefield area, bangalore due to leakage on cooling pipe.
                      I given my bike to near by sln bajaj service centre (Near to shell petrol pump) and they said in morning that they will give by 2 pm on same day. Having a trust in bajaj services i given my bike. They said some 2800 rs expenses. Now its almost 04 days and my bike still with them. They are saying that they are not getting that accessory anywhere. I am facing much problem and money loss due to same.
                      Kindly help me urgently what to do. Now yesterday they said to take my bike back by towing. If bike are in market how does it van happen that accessory not available and what should i do.
                      Kindly help urgently else i don't have other options rather than using consumer forum and media. I am very much irritated due to such services.

                        I am having pulsar 150. Recently i went for a paid service at rajahmundry, andhra pradesh-533103 mcv bajaj showroom. They kept the bike for 3days for service. But the service was very poor. They replaced some without my consent. Even replaced some though i said no. After delivery.. The engine is accelerating on its own. I went again. This time half day.. But no use. Problem repeated.. Worst service ever. The earlier time when i came for service.. They damaged my digital meter which is no longer working. Please do the needful action.

                          Please refer the trailing mail and this is to bring in your kind information that I loan was approved for Bajaj avenger bike I buyied on 1st january 2018 and my emi date was 6th Feb and now it's 14th of Feb and my emi is not deducted from my account and I have maintained the balance on my account also.

                          I made the complain on Bajaj customer care no they said you wait for one week it will be deducted from your account but till now no action has been taken.

                            I am in trichy, tamilnadu. I purchased new pulsar on october 2017 on krishna bajaj, cantonment.. The chain losses and being sound with in 100 km ride.. I went to service centre they adjusting it.. But it doesn't resolved.. I very much upset about bajaj service.. What can i do.. They said me is a problem in many pulsar.. Tolerate it.. Worth less service people.. I wasted my money on purchased the worst bike.. I am in tight work schedule.. So i ride the bike with anger... Don't buy bajaj products..

                              I have booked a bajaj v15. Two weeks have passed I m not geeting the delivery of bike yet. On asking the showroom manager he says two more days like this 2 weeks have passed, while booking they didn't even inform me about availability of bike. This worst service I experiencing from bajaj I would have any other bike instead of v15

                                In popular bajaj showroom bannerghatta road, i have given the bike for 1 st servicing they estimated service charge as around 1350 after servicing the vehicle that have included extra 18% in that... We have raised the complaint against that they are telling it’s servuce charge... And one more thing i came to receive my vehicle thanet have given the pickup time after that they made me to wait around 1 hour extra than what ever they provided pickup time

                                  I was purchased new pulsar in 30.9.2017
                                  Buy umreth bajaj show room anand district.

                                  Dealer said every time new date given and no parasing no insurance and no given service book.

                                    I have buy bajaj auto ar cng, petrol in last year in december total auto run till today is 1200 km but the average on petrol is only 10kmper litter companey service center person says that auto riksa give only 15km per liter says that, what is exact average on sum side i got that auto riksa give average of 20 to 25 km/ltr. I am going to service center but not got satisfide answer why auto riksa is not giving average only verbaly they says please solve my probles since i has taken lone on auto riksa how will i pay emi in such sucation

                                    My new bike ingenue is leak. The dealer opened my bike ingenue and change the all sealed. This is not right.if any customer faces this type of issue, its your (Bajaj) duty you should replace the bike. Because nobody want his new bike ingenue open.

                                      I had purchased bike bajaj 220sf on 04.08.2017 from mehar automobiles, rajpura. There is some problem in the battery for which i visited the store for battery replacement. Since three months i m visiting the store but the issue has not been resolved. It has resulted into wastage of my time and money. I also contact the manager mr. Pramod kumar but no to no avail. I m suffering from a lot of harrasment. I want to recover the damages against the loss of money and time.
