I purchased a discover 110 on 19th march 2018. I asked the sales people to provide me a fresh stock at the time of delivery but they fraudulently gave me the old stock which didn’t matter alot but the very next day i came across a major issue in the bike that the speedometer is not working. The intention the shiv bhawani bajaj was to clear their old and defective product by cheating on their customers. I feel cheated by bajaj. I will never be able to buy or recommend any bajaj bikes in future as they are showing their true colors.

I am unwilling forced to file a consumer complaint against the company for cheating me. It’s really disgusting how you treat your new customers.

मेरे पल्सर 150 में खरीदने के एक महीने के बाद से ही सेल्फ प्रोबलम आ रही है । कई बार गोड्डा बजाज शोरूम में दिखाया किन्तु मुझे बरगला कर संबंधित कर्मचारी अपना पल्लू झाड़ रहा है।
श्रीमान मेरी समस्या का समाधान जल्द करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे अन्यथा मैं बाध्य होकर उपभोक्ता अदालत चला जाऊँगा ।

    I buy the bike 220 pulsar in just one year but it performs is very bad and over transmission noice in engine side and main important complaint engine head oil leakage issue but it not arrested in Pallava Bajaj show room. it is vary bad experiences and bad aproche and vary bad explanation in tha show room advisor and service is vary very bad
    I cannot satisfied .

      My name is aditya s khot and i have purchased bajaj vikrant-15 bike on 25/09/2017 through suryoday motors pvt ltd. Vasai road. Bike is getting trouble in battery auto start etc. On 19/03/2018 the bike is handed over at sai services agenciy (Bombay) pvt ltd mumbai 400013 video job order no 50065. Till today bike is not repaired. They are saying that they indented some parts from yr company but they have not supplied by u. This is not expected from a reputed company like bajaj auto. Pl look into the matter immediayely. Mh01cx1370.

            I’ve bought a bajaj dominar from sai service shivaji nagar pune on 19 november 2017 when the bike got delivered the clutch lever was broken they replace the lever saying other bike is not available and there was tilt in the front handle bar portion which bajaj never agrees since then i had issues with it as the electronics was getting shot due to bad wiring now i had issue with oil leak i took to service center and they repaired it after 2 days i checked the oil level it was way beyond half and again the oil leak is there from the same place since the time i’ve bought this bike i always had problems which bajaj people deny to resolve now i wanted a positive feedback from your end in any ways i’m taking this matter legally due to your inexperienced unprofessional staff people so kindly revert me asap with the solution to this my bike number is mh12pv6543 my name is kshitiz dass contact no [protected] and i’ve already filed a complaint in consumer court as well regarding the same default bike delivered to me.

              This is my third complain... As i hve purchased a pulsar ns 200 and then after 3 months my cltuch plate was over, and we had purchased a new,, ctuch plate,, in which the company workers did;nt changed the housing and bussh of my bike,,,, and after giong 3 times at the showromm they are saying that in your we will, put a new cltuch plate and housing,, in which i will be charged 2000 ruppes, for the whole work again,, and from 1 month, there is saying that no cltuch plate avalaible, and i have not rided my bike from 20 days :;and my bike is giving a bad sound and the company workers are saying that your bike is okay,, and making fool to us

                Sir.
                I have given the bike to the raja bajaj service center, jodhpur on 05.03.2018 for my bajaj avenger bike service. Whose job card no 2835 was given. To me, i was told that the bike will be available on the evening of 05.03.2018 by getting the bike service done. On 05.02.2018, after contacting the contact number written on the job card, firstly, he did responded to my phone calls done many times, and after many tries when he picked up, he said that the bike will be available till noon tomorrow.
                On next day on 06.03.2018 when i called to ask about the status of bike service nobody responded my phone calls. Then i searched alternate contact number on internet of raja bajaj service center, jodhpur and got reply that "i will call back within 15 minutes and will tell the status", but no phone came for 1 hour and then again i tried many times to contact on phone but no one responded or attended.
                After some time someone picked up the phone and i was told by him that "i am in hospital now i am going to the service center and call u after 15 minutes whether the bike service was done or not. But no calls came by 5 o'clock in the evening.
                Then i myself went to the service center and asked for the service of the bike by showing job cards at the service center, i told by him to sit for some time and started to searching my bike with job card but he did not find the bike and came to me and asked me "when did you give the bike, whether or not you were given a bike for service.
                Then i got up and started looking for a bike in the service center, i found my bike parked outside the service center and the bike has not yet been serviced. On asking about the reason i got the reply as " due to lack of staff, the service could not be done.
                After this reply i requested to return the bike without service and they returned.

                In the above matter there is some questions arises as under :-
                1. How many days and staff needed to service a bike in service center. While they are authorized service center and fully loaded with modern equipment. Whreas the local mechanic gives good service more cheaper and on time or lesser.

                2. Whether bajaj auto does not trained their staff properly and why such irresponsible and slacker people recruited?

                3. Who is answerable and responsible for the time that i wasted out there.

                4. Is it not a shame for bajaj auto, their people are irresponsible, lazy and #.

                I want that there should be some action on this and the action taken from your side should be informed to me.
                And from today onward i will not take any item or service from bajaj company and also make other people aware about it so that others should also stay away from bajaj company.

                  I purchase pulsar 220f from your outel name "cosmic bajaj" ranchi jharkhand on dated july 2017, and i gave my bike for servicing because battery was not working properly i submitted my bike on 17/3/2018 and they are not responding with good tone. And still i not got my bike they are tell the exact date for the replacement of battery. They are telling the delay is done by the company. Afterward talking they told that they send the battery on 21/03/018 for replacement they are misbehaving.

                    Ns160-popular bajaj 2nd free service, service cost 4800 is this free service, they are telling fork bend is there and they have replaced the cone set how the these will damage in just 6 months old bike i never met with any accedent not sure whether they did it for money or bajaj product is this much worse i am having a very bad experience with the bajaj and it's service centers, please help me with this asap.

                      I bought my dominar 400 on 19/3/2018 and rode my bike for some time and noticed that the bike gear shift is too hard so by next day i took it to showroom (Jai bajaj sanatorium chennai) and the service guy dint check properly and said i have adjusted the gear. After i took it for a spin i experienced the same problem when i said it to him he said all dominar gears are having same problem and it can’t be resolved. But i have driven other dominars i didn’t experience this issue. I am becoming frustated while gear shifting. Please do check my bike and solve the problem

                          I had bought an avenger street 220cc from dewan motors (Mahavir enclave) in delhi on 19/03/2018.
                          I drove around three km after which my bike has become dead even though the key is turned towards ignition.
                          None of the indicators are alight and i had to drag this bike for over a km to my home.

                          Very irresponsible behavior by dewan motors staff to handover such a flawed bike to a customer.

                                  Hi, I have purchased my vehicle RS 200, from uppal branch, since then I give my vehicle in the same service centre (select Bajaj Uppal), very poor and bad response from service centre . It's been three days and today they called and say that the chain sprocket is still not available and it is expected tomorrow. Which they said the same on Friday that it will be delivered on Saturday. Every day I travelled about 75 km and my cab would cost me bombs . And about service I have heard from other customers also that the service is very bad. And staff behave very hostile and rude. I regret to but a Bajaj vehicle and at the same time Yamaha customer service is extraordinary . I have been using my Yamaha vehicle since 10years never had such issues till date. I suggest you look into this issue ASAP.

                                    I wanted to launch complaint against bajaj autoden mahim (W).

                                    I have bajaj dominor and my bike no. Is mh 06, bs - 7851. I m staying at bandra (W) mumbai thats y bajaj autoden mahim very clouse to us. Thats y i service my bike their.

                                    I have done my last service on 1st march 2018 but that time bajaj autoden has not done proper service. Same time i had pay oil change charges but they fill oil...

                                    It has been one year i bought my v15 from swadeshi bajaj. I am facing issues with my gear lever and clutch unresolved since my first service. Total 3 scheduled services are done on time and the problems pertaining to clutch and engine remains. Now i have moved out to mumbai with my bike, guide me to a service center to get my issues resolve. And there is a high vibration transmitted to the handlebar on cruising. Even after three scheduled services the vehicle's kmpl is below par at

                                      It's been only a week that i have done by bike service. The service guy has not even bothered to tighten up the engine bolts in result of this my bike engine and silencer got broken. I reached out there with this issue but they said they didnot entertain these kinds of changes. I have spend around 9000/- on my service which is such of poor quality.
                                      Bajaj Auto customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      bajaj bike service is very worst in hubli channamma service.. very worst.
