Hi,
I have purchased a bajaj v15 (No. Wb 24 aj 3557) on 2016, september but till date i have not received the smartcard. As the dealer name has been changed from visakam bajaj to visakha bajaj they are not bothering to listen to me. After many follow ups with the dealer, i had launched a complain to your customer service department on 18 aug 2017 with a hope that i will get support (Reference number is isr-186360), but nothing has been resolved. I also tried to reach ur representative/ manager for kolkata location named mr. Vidyadhar joshi (Cont no.[protected] & constantly asked for the solution since september 2017, but yet to receive any solution. As per his suggestion i have submitted the original copy of n/plate slip & fitting certificate along with the photo copy of registration certificate & tax certificate to mr. Sunny at vishaka motor on january 2018, but no response received till date. I run to rto office barracpore, try to reach the rto broker (No shared by vishaka bajaj), even to the ceo of vishakam bajaj name mr. Jain but no one is taking responsibility.

There have been harassments from the police on routine checkups. I am also unable to check my case history due this issue.

I have paid for getting the blue book/smart card on time of purchasing the vehicle but it has been two years i am still waiting for the same. This kind of customer service from a renowned organization like bajaj auto is completely unexpected & now it has become difficult for me to keep my patience any more & need your strong intervention to get my smart card at the earliest.

Hope a positive response & solution within next 24 hours.

    I have complained regarding the leakage of oil in my new 6months old ns 200 bike in kln bajaj service center in the following adress p 49, 6th avenue 17th street, anna nagar, tower view colony, behind k 4 police station, chennai, tamil nadu 600040
    They made 23 days to change the head and asked me to pay 2050 rs then with in three days it starts leaking again and again they took5 days to give the bike. Again after 3 days it started leaking and i left the bike in service center by saturday (03/03/2018)
    They did not repaired the bike and they are not helping me pls help me in claining my engine and rechanging it.
    They are not providing proper service and cheating the customers.
    They are not giving respect to the customers and fighting with us
    Please help us with but giving proper service.
    Iam a student working part time as an event organiser and i required my bike for travelling so please help me in solving my bike oil leakage problem

      Dear team,
      This is to inform you that i m a regular customer of popular motor corporation (10479) in terms of bike servicing. One can check the details through my vehicle number. This is the third time which i have faced the same problem. The issue with the servicing team is that they say some amount at the time of servicing but when it comes to take the bike after servicing the price will be increased.

      On 5th mar 2018 i gave my avenger 220 for bike servicing with job card number = rjc[protected]. By the service mechanic named mallikarjun ([protected]) it was explained to me that after servicing my total bill would be around rs 3610/- + 18% gst which comes around rs 4259/-

      The complaints which i had made was to replace indicator and my front brake which was not working fine. At that time it was told that if required the whole kit will be replaced for front brake which will cost rs 650/- if not than will change only front brake piston which is of rs 150 to 200/- henceforth including the charge of whole kit replacement of front brake it was told to me that the bill is of rs 3610/- + 18% gst and i agreed to that. But at the time of delivery of bike it was found that the front brake is not replaced with the new kit and only piston is changed which is worth 200/- approx and the charge which was put on my bill was of rs 4482/- which was not at all acceptable. Please find the below mentioned price list that was told to me during the servicing –

      Front brake kit estimated 650/- (Kit was not replaced instead only piston of worth 200 was added but still 400/- extra was added in the bill.)
      Indicator 250/- (From my side complain was made to replace the indicator and indicator amount of rs 250/ approx was added in the bill but at the time of taking delivery it was told to me that indicator price is not added which was false statement.)
      Total estimated bill = 3610/- (My bill should be of amount 2960 since new kit of front brake has not been added +18% gst)
      Total bill amount 4259.8/- (I was charged rs 4483/- but my actual bill should be of 3492.8/- including of gst.)

      One can easily make out servicing team of popular motor corporation (10479) bangalore are making fool of customer by charging more over servicing. I asked the concerned person to clarify over the bill but they were not able to clarify regarding the new kit of front brake which was asked to me that it will be replaced but it was not done.

      After giving complaint to the service desk of popular motor corporation (10479) bannerghatta road bangalore it was found that my petrol oil pipe was not connected because of which there was leakage of petrol from my tank. I showed this to the concerned person in your team, he took some pictures of that vehicle and told that it will be taken care.

      Since i know that bannerghatta branch it’s the normal thing that service charge will be more than what explained to the customer. But this somehow has to be resolved as its pathetic team performance from bangalore - bannerghatta branch.

      Inspite of hefty charges over servicing from customers team bangalore is not able to deliver the quality work.

      Kindly look into this issue as this is not the first time which has happened to me and yes it’s your (Popular motor corporation 10479) responsibility to explain the bill amount. I have raised this issue so that one should not experience the same in future. It was worst experience and full of negligence.

        I've came for second service for my bike and delivery time was given for 12'o clock.
        However it's more than 2 hours and no one has updated anything and took lunch break also after opening my bike.
        In fact i'd say they started working on my bike after 12'o clock
        Service centre rep is also not communicating properly with me as they knew it's a free service
        Bajaj service centre only want to make money from customer's pocket

          Dear sir
          I bought pulsar 150 last year on march.
          Our dealer finace my bike through bajaj finance.
          I was give 45000 rs as a down payment.
          Dealer told me that on road bike price is 86000rs.
          But he provide me finance of rs47130 so it mean he take payment from me is rs 92130 and also i pay the intrest it mean it will goes around 100000rs
          So please she this matter and solve it other wise i will go consumer court for justice.

            Recently i purchased Pulsar 220 bike from the Popular Bajaj showroom near Jayanagar in the end of September. Within 3days i saw tyre vobbling
            I gave it for 1st service near KR road Popular Bajaj service centre. When i received back the bike, Battery was dead
            They gave for replacement and now again the battery is dead. Rim has bent now
            No good service and no response for complaint in showroom

                My name is saurabh singh, i bought dominar 400 abs bike in september 2017 from shiva bajaj sahibabad, till now i completed around 8 thousand kilometers on my bike, and two free service has done on time. But today when i was on the way on my bike suddenly my bike went to shutdown and stop, again when i was trying to start my bike, bike was not starting as well as display was blank. I pulled my bike 5km on highway at 11 pm. Manytomers having issue from this bike. But no one wants to listen (Neither bajaj company nor shiva bajaj dealer)
                I have lots of problem on my bike from the starting when i purchased.
                But when i discussed about problems of my bike with service center of shiva bajaj, they don't listen.

                  My latest purchase was ac from mulund kohinoor branch, mumbai consumer durable no. 5770cd64843506 with 9mth emi option where they asked me to pay approx 1200 as processing charge but the app where am tracking my emi there is 0 processing charges. It means we have been cheated. Also they asked to pay 400 extra for emi card but have not received any msg relating to that, its been 1mth nor received card. If this is the case i will stop buying things through bajaj, very disappointed.

                    Yesterday i visited balhara automobile kharkhoda sonepat haryana for service of my bajaj discover 100m. Bike no-hr797220.

                    I was facing problem of front tyre jam bcoz of disc break. I mentioned the same on workbook too.
                    But when i told mechanic about the same without checking he changed breakpad.
                    If breakpad is expired thn how it can jam a tyre.
                    Then he tried to open upper oil box but before opening this he said major kit jammed.
                    And changed it.
                    But after everything before billing i told him tyre is not moving.
                    He replied break pad is new thts why not moving. I came to my home but before ii reach i used disc break and tyre got jam again. I called agency and they replied tht they are sending mechanic at home but till now nobody came. I have called again and again but they are making excuses.

                    Tell me one thing when we bought a vehicle at that time every break pad breakshoe is new... Tht tim we tyre didn't jam.
                    Everytime when we change breakshoe tyre movement gt slow.

                    I want serious action as their only motive is to sell their spair parts.

                      I have purchased this avenger bike in june 2017, i observed some inherent problem with clutch and gears of this bike since beginning hence i have opted for first service of my bike at running metre status of 320 km from om sai bajaj pali. I have described my problem with this bike, i have been told that the issue might be with clutch plates, but as the metre was showing that this bike hasn't been driven as much that clutch plates could go damaged. Hence the mechanic did some alterations with clutch wire and asked me to come again if problem persists. A couple of months after the service the same problem started occurring.
                      At running meter with 2000 km, i opted for second service with hope that the problem would get resolved this time but this time too the problem couple not get rectified.
                      My sincere request to the authority is kindly resolve this problem as this has been the issue since beginning. I have been sold a damaged bike.

I bought bajaj pulsar 220 f on 23/01/2016 vechicle number py 01 cl 2628 by bajaj finanace ltd proposal number : l2wpono40805970 my emi for a month is rs 2925 pay in karur vysya bank... I reguraly pay my emi on correct date.. But on 03/09/2016 they put a cheque amount of rs 2925 emi but the cheque were bounced but i have the balance in my bank account but the cheque return charges 345 rs were debited they repeatly put a return cheque of 3 times so my balance amount in bank account debited rs 1400 (I attached copy of bank statement).. So my father speak to the sarvana agencies (Collection agent) in pondicherry for this cheque issue also he give the letter and bank statement xerox for this issue but they did not take any action... So we did not put in bank account for emi, my father pay the emi directly to the saravana agency (Collection agent) pondicherry... We missed the two emi because of father medical issue...in this situation on 28/02/1017 i go to my college for a campus interview i parked my bike outside of my college campus when i return back afternoon 1.30 p. M my bike were gone... So i called to my father prabhakaran he is a sales manager in t. T. K bajaj motors cuddalore i told to my father the bike were gone.. So he immedieatly call to saravana agency pondicherry area collection manager mr. Nagaraj he tells : yes i only seize the bike
                        My father : why did you sieze the bike i paying a dew emi correctly there are only two pending emi only i will pay it next month
                        Nagaraj : ok you come tomorrow pay the balance two emi and penalty amount totally 14000 rs i will release the bike
                        On next day 01/03/2017 my mother speak to mr. Nagaraj for the reason to sieze the bike
                        He said i did not seize the bike for the dew amount emi i seize the bike for the personal problem with prabhakaran (My father) in officialy
                        Then my mother asked to release the bike we will pay the 14000 rs but mr. Nagaraj said i cannot release the bike you shoud pay the full amount of 35000 rs...
                        I attached the voice recorder of nagaraj speech...
                        Then he cut the call and put my number in blocklist he did response me about the issue he misusing his power... He have personal problem with my father so only he sieze my bike, now he did not release my bike... My finance amount emi is closing on december 2018 i have more months for paying my emi... My father prabhakaran working has a sales manager in t. T. K bajaj motors cuddalore he promoting and selling bajaj vechicles also he recommends bajaj finance to the customers.. But the man like nagaraj dealing rude with the customers and misusing him power for the personal problems... So please give me the immediate solution for this problem... Please make action to mr. Nagaraj (Saravana agency pondhicherry) collection agent

                          Mp complex by pass road patna 800001. Very bad service & where service employe given a abuse treat coustmer. No any contact by service in here coustmer service timing in done own service i will come ur showroom because own second servicing free why this problem. Laps timing this service chargable. My bike a battery low why after five months. Very very few problem this showroom.

                              Sir my bike number is up 70 dy 4573. I got my 3rd service. But my bike average is 20 km only we should be nearly 40 as it is pulsar 150. And also i have some issue with my battery which is only 5 months old. The service centre at patrika chauraha is not working on my problems so if you could help me i will be thankful to you. The mileage of my bike is very low i don't know why whether it is due to rpm or due to oil evaporation.. I only want my bike fixed with due respect sir.

                                Please explain me why your authority will deduct money from my account of rs 117. Please clarify me with my email id :- [protected]@gmail.com.

                                I am taking a consumer loan past year at least 2 year ago from your bajaj finance but its closed. So there is no reason to deduct any amount for this way so please cooperate with me and send back my money as possible.

                                  I had availed a vehicle loan from bajaj auto finance in 2004 for my 150 cc pulsar bike. All the premiums were paid and the loan was closed in 2007. Now i would like to handover my bike, and for the registration purpose i need to submit n-o-c. I contacted the local office. They gave me the head office (Ernakulam) contact number[protected]. I was continuously trying to contact the number for 5 days, but no one is picking up the call. As i was in urgent need of n-0-c, i request you to do take necessary action.

                                  I would like to inform you that on CMS BAJAJ_AUTO deducted Rs 117 from my ICICI account on 20th Feburary 2018, its looks like a fraud case.

                                  I want to know why the money is deducted from my account and want to refund of the same immediately?

                                      I had purchase 4s autorickshaw from suresh auto deal (Kopri) thane in this month through loan application made to indusind bank.
                                      After which loan was sanctioned and amount of 1, 90, 890 was credited to suresh auto deal ifsc code: tbsb0000003 dated 21-feb-2018, thane bharat sahakari bank ltd.
                                      However, had requested the dealer to debit 4s autorickshaw payment and to give back the balanced amount but still no amount had been remitted as of now.
                                      Requesting you to please support and help me for getting my balanced amount

                                        I have bought pulsar rs 200. Dl 8s bw 9774.
                                        Run 21000km. All services done by bajaj rithala delhi 110085 service center. I am getting pathetic response of your this bike 2 times fuel pump has been changed. Lots of body vibration, engine tapped sound and many more. I have given my bike to rithala on 12/2/18 still there is no response when i will get my bike. I am pissed of from your service and from this bike.
                                        Worst experience i am facing from bajaj

                                        I got a msg from Bajaj that is(Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your communication. Your Reference Number is ISR-302484. Our Dealer BAGGALINK BAJAJ Contact No.:[protected] will coordinate for local assistance) the they have give is non contactable. I am getting no response from Bajaj stil I haven’t received my bike from 12/2/18 to till now very poor service has been given by Bajaj
                                        I have purchased Bajaj pulsar on 23.11.17 and purchased another Bajaj pulsar 150 on dated 03.12.17 from REXCEL BAJAJ KANKARBAGH but till date challan is not provided by your dealer. Services are very poor. Brand reputation is affected from such type of dealer.

                                        It is only 3 months i bought my bike that is pulsar 220F and i got so many problems.
                                        1- Racer Damage
                                        2-Shock Absorber Damage
                                        3-Pulsar Stickering Not Appropriate
                                        4-Light Fuse.
                                        I have got 1 year of warrenty on bike but that is of no use.
                                        Help me out from these problems.
