mental harassment for loan taken by someone else

This is to submit a complaint against bajaj finance.. For mental harassment and unethical ways of extorting money..
My brother had taken a loan from bajaj finance which i am unaware of.. Dunno when did he take what did he do..
Since we stay seprately..
He has current suffered a massive brain stroke and is paralysed..
The bajaj finance company collections team is harassing me to pay the loan my brother...

torcher with vulgar language and harassment

Cousin of mine who is no more in touch with me took personal loans from bajaj finance 2years ago. And due to some reason he stopped paying loan emi and now since bajaj can't reach that person started calling me stating that he gave my number as reference number... Nor bajaj or its partners called me while approving the loan to check whether the reference number and person are correct... Now daily they are calling and torcher me and threatening...

regarding loan - from big bazaar premise

I have went to bigbazar for groceries purchasing. At there, bajaj finance representative told me that, there is not a single rupee charge for, if i recharge my bigbazar card from bajaj finance loan.

I recharged my account from bajaj finance loan account, after 10 days they say that there is charge of rs. 117. I told him that i don't want to take loan, i want to close this loan, now they are saying that i have to pay the charges...

harassment calls to unauthorized numbers regarding the loan

Me and my relatives are receiving calls from [protected] mentioning that they are from bajaj finance telling that my relative gave our number as surity. But none of the number was given to them. They have called 10 members in my relatives. The problem is how they got our numbers. Is there any data leak or they hacked our numbers? This doesn't look legal....

Bajaj finance people called me many times and told that they will give drs loan for that whatever amount we use for that only internet to be paid, the loan was sanctioned on[protected] for 7.5 lakh but later on activation i have seen it as 7.7lakh but i got the credit of 7, 29, 895 only, i asked customer support, they replied as 20000 was insurance premium and remaining 20000 was for charges as they said it was 2% deduction, if i calculate...

frequent calls offering overdraft loan product

death claim for fixed deposit

My mother smt pushpa atmaram sali had fd's with bajaj finance ltd. She expired on 5th feb 2019. The fd were surrendered by me (Nominee - archana r. Kandekar) for settlement. But all the fd's were considered under pre maturity section and according the settlement was done.
I would like to mention that because of death the fd's were closed. There is no question of prematurity.in this cases why should there be any deductions as is done...

ruined my cibil and asking for more money

Due to their unprofessional behaviour and not updating my loan status i am not able to get ajy loan now becuae they ruined my entire cibil...

Can i know why this transaction has been made without my knowledge and purpose of it?

taking extra interest what is approved.

I took personal loan of 3 lakhs they got mail verification about loan amount interest and emi. After that they didn't disperse amount fir long time. After i ask many times when they check, they sent wrong account number then asked for excuse first time it happened.
Second when my emi came it's more than my emi amount. When i informed many times they said don't mind msg. Ur approved amount only will cut. But extra amount got deducted....

deduction for wrong health insurance
