please no calls for loan or overdraft

I am getting 4-5 calls everyday from bajaj finance for personal loan and overdraft. It comes from the personal mobile numbers and by know i have blocked more than 30-40 numbers, but it is not ending only. This is very inconvenient to me as it bothers me during work hours and when i am in meetings, etc. The unknown mobile number compels me to take the call since i do not want to miss a call for work from client or social connection.

bajaj finserv rbl credit card payment

I have done payment of 25000/- through net banking of hdfc on 3rd march 2019 but still it is not reflecting in the rbl account.

I have alogged a complaint on this on your call center number ([protected]) on 17th march& sent several mails to rbl & bajaj along with my hdfc bank statement in which it is clearly reflecting the payment. But there is no response from them.

unwanted calls from bajaj

frequent calls for loan

extra amount deducted not refunded

I had returned the product under return policy. They suppose to refund all amount back. Surprisingly they deducted rs. 118 and not refunded that amount till date. As per them, amount deducted for no balance in account. I had checked, there was no issue and amount was transferred from bank timely. I had sent 25 emails and than left follow ups. There is no system for customer care through email nor call center. Never ever deal with bajaj finance...
