may 2019 emi debited twice

I have missed May EMI For my Byke Loan from Bajaj Finance and repeatedly got calls from recovery agents, then I NEFT the EMI Amount to the given Account number by agent and in the same date EMI cheque submitted by company also.

Now I am calling to the agent but he is neither answering nor sending receipt for the NEFT amount.

Kindly resolve this issue ASAP...

manipulation of emi breakup

I have purchused an ac for worth 32000 for which i was supose to pay the emi of 2500 for 8 months and the dp of 2200 as per the breakup given by your finance executive working in snehaanjali and now the emi shown to me is 3858 for 8 months and with the 0 dp
This kind of manipulation and fraud is very disappointed
I have the bills and also there are corrections done by someone on the record
Kindly look in to this matter...

emi card charges amount not refunded

Unfortunately, i wanted to avail no cost emi facility. Hence applied for bajaj emi card. Amount of rs 412 debited without my knowledge. Waited for 2-3 weeks. First of all its hell of confusion & unclear to apply & check for status. Cannot talk to them directly. However since card not received i have been writing mail for refund and that i do not want card due to pathetic service of bajaj finance.

My personal loan account no is 555pht 39096138. I am going to foreclose my loan amount on 5.5.2019. My account statement shown rs 3.02, 667. But your bank people are asking to pay 4.60% more as foreclosing charge. No other bank has demanded like this. Please waive off my 4.60% foreclosing charge... Please send me mail conformation.

getting multiple calls for loans on daily basis

After multiple warning and calls, i am still receiving calls from bajaj finance loan team asking for loan. I have been asking them to remove my number from their db but i do not see that happening. I get 2-3 calls daily and they terminate the call as soon as i ask them to remove my number from their db. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible....

Hi i am Divya Vijay Devadiga. mene apna monthly installment maintain rakha tha. month ka 2ko hotha hai. due to family condition 2 month late hua just 1 day jyada nahi. But bajaj walone mera bounce charge poora 3500 deduct kiya. our uske alawa account me jitna cash tha o bhi deduct kiya. our abhi firse poora pay including bounce charge ke saath pay karne bolrahe hai nahi tho dhamki derahe hai product collect karenge karke.

Got call from [protected] for interest free loan on 22/05/2019 at 11:56 am. The girl on the other side used abusive language (Pagal kahika) and hanged up call. The authority may check call recording.
Now onwards if i get call from bajaj finance surely he or she will listen something unexpectedly.
Forget about product selling and goodwill this is creating negative marketing. I need a strict action against this....

Maine dec-2018me mobile liya tha, tab se lekar ab tak mujhe aap ke employees se bahot jada talkif zelani padi hai, kyu ki un logo ko aaj tak mera problem solve karne aaya hi nahi hai..

1) mera instalment bank se cut nahi hota.. Aap ke system se hi kuch problem hua hai...
2) instalment bharne ke bad bhi (By hand) mujhe pannelty lagi hai aur mera card block ho gaya hai.. So plz help me...

illegally deducted money from my account

My account was charged for 117, not sure for what?

I do not have any use of the card now and not using it, why should i be charged for this? If i need to regularly use the card t buy stuff which i donot need then deactivate the card, i donot need it. Debit back the amount to my account.

repeated calls about loan

You people from Bajaj have no shame. If some one wants a loan they will call your company, instead you call and trouble us 10 times a day. And your customer care executive has the audacity to say your number is on my list hence I’m calling, get it removed from the list if you don’t want to receive calls.
This is the kind of thing where people would not like to use your company services.
By far the most annoying people...

This is so cheap way to cheat the unsuspecting people like us.
