Ajaj finserv debited 118rs on[protected] from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_aug19. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register...

two wheeler insurance

I had renewed my two wheeler insurance on 9 sep 2019. Till date policy certificate has not come. I have mailed to all customer care email id's including customer service head but result is zero. Bajaj finserve website is having payment gateway redirected to team razorpay. As per my experience please be aware with this bajaj site it may be fraud site. While after seeing all complaints it seems to me bajaj finserve is adda of frauds only. Hope...

calls for loan offer and balance transfer

Team, i am dialy receiving multiple calls from different numbers and its multiple time of the day.
Request you to stop this, if i need any loan i will contact you till then please put my no into dnc.
Eight eight zero six six six eight nine eight six is my no.
Hope it will be done and i will be spared of this daily harassment.
The daily calls are very irritating, its for offering loans, balance transfer with reference...

I am purnima ghosh my digital emi card no is [protected]. My a/c is debited by rs.118 on 16th sept 19 is the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_jan19. Please inform details. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint....

loan amount assigned without purchase of product

Rediculous service by BAJAJ FINSERVE. I was trying to purchase a product online and for which i have used my Bajaj Finserve card. Due to some techincal error payment was not successful and the product got cancelled. However Bajaj Finserve charged my arounf 61000/- of loan against the same. I have called up several time and written a mail with cancellation copy of order even. But no one is trying to resolve my issue and saying "YOU CALL UP...

emi whole due cleared got noc but after that too money deducted from bajaj finserv stating 118 rupees is debited because of bajajfin mndtvrfchgs_jan19

I had a laptop EMI loan with Bajaj Finserve, I have cleared all the EMi and paid on time.

Also I have received NOC from Bajaj Finserve that my all dues are clear.

However, suddenly 16th September 2019, 118 rupess got deducted from my account without informing me stating BAJAJFIN_MNDTVRFCHGS_JAN19 charges.

Can you let me know why it was deducted and provide me the refund asap

295 deduction

My SBI saving account has been debited by 295 rupees and it shows it is deducted on part of Bajaj Finserv.
I don't have any Loan currently from Bajaj then why this amount is deducted.
Please refund this amount as soon as possible.
I have taken a loan from Bajaj long time back of approx 13000 rs. With 3 EMI.
My last emi has been only 2 day late and even for that i have paid late charges of approx rupees 500

Wrong Charges of Rs 8, 000 as a Penalty and Bounce Charges for my Loan Account: 4400pl07716368 In year 2017 and 2018, executives came to my home and received EMI amount and said that they will waive off the Bounce charges, but now the Bajaj Finserv is asking for wrong charges of Rs 8500 as a penalty and Bounce charges. Even they gave me personal loan at 17% rate of interest by cheating....

change the name on bajaj card

In my emi finance card my name is wrongly stated as koteswararao is my father name.. My correct name is meena only.in the bank account also my name is meena only. Because of this there is always a difficulty for clearance of payment through online whenever i buy a product.in future also i want to purchase products through bajaj finance card. I request you to kindly correct my name in the card and send me a fresh card. Thank you
