annual inactive fees of rs. 117/- stolen from my account as fees without my acknowledgement

I saw a line item in my bank statement saying Bajaj EMI card "inactive" fees of 177 Rs. Money was directly debited from my account. How and What is this charge for? Do you guys expect me to take loan from you all my life? How can anyone charge for a card being inactive? I was not even asked for this payment .. so without me knowing, directly debiting the amount from account is theft...

stop automated calls for loan

Would appreciate If you could please stop calling or remove my # [protected] from your calling list. I use to receive 5 to 6 automated calls on a daily basis for loan from Bajaj Finserv. I don't have any requirement for loan. So please stop keep calling. This is so irritating to receive unneeded calls on a daily basis. This should not be the way to sale the services....

bajaj fin loan request call receiving frequently

I am getting weekly, bi weekly calls from bajaj finance since last three years even more, i am not interested at all, suggested multiple times not to call me further, however next time i get call from another new number with new name. They have to remove my number from their database, infact they shd refrain from forced marketing. This is frustrating, and questions abt bajaj brand value. cancellation of digital cpp tele binding

I have purchased a laptop on emi from bajaj finance, my emi 3959rs +148 health insurance. Total 4106 rs
But now received msg from bajaj finance that ur emi is 4725, after that i checked my loan details the digital cpp telebinding (588 rs per emi) activited without my permission.

It's totally fraud, i'm not capable to pay this cpp charges

deduction of amount without any intimation

I would like to raise a complaint against bajaj finserv for deducting inr 118 against bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_july19 as the description on 31st august.
Firstly they have charged 700 as processing fees and somewhat 300 for card fees and the sales executive had not informed about this inr 118 that will be deducted every month without any intimation. They also deducted inr 25 for taking my cibil score which i had not asked for.

no updates on home loans sanction documents

Worst service. Irresponsible loan manager bangalore. No customer care number service. No updates from customer care emails. This is my worst experience and regret for choosing bajaj.
I have been following up for past three weeks with loan manger on sanction documents and balance amount till now no updates.
Customer care created request sr19283858 and are keeping quiet.
I'm getting messages to keep fund for emi to be paid...

executive mistake which cost me a bounce charges and negative impact on cibil
