wrong/ force selling of flexi loan

I got a call for Spl Flxi loan. They have done lot of promises regarding reduction of charges on OD activation as well as processing charges. Simple they have raised the loan value. Now I didn't want flexi loan. I wanted to contact them but nobody is responding. Without my confirmation they are sending all loan details and insurance details. My customer ID[protected]. Please stop disbursing this loan. I don't want now.

spam calls

I am getting several calls every day for taking loan. I don't need any loan and i have told them so at least 20 times. Still different representatives keep calling. Now i am tired of these useless calls coming from different numbers.
Moreover i am on dnd. And if i ever need a loan, i will get in touch with you. But please stop these useless irritating calls....

ecs mandate charges unnecessarily

Dear team,

I do not hold any active loan account in bajaj finance as on date. All the previous loan amounts are paid and there are no dues from my end.

On 21st july 2019, there was a deduction of rs. 295 from my savings account stating "failed ecs mandate charges" in sbi bank.

Bank says, its presented by bajaj, and your executive over telephone says they haven't presented the ecs.

my bajaj digital emi card not showing in mobikwik wallet

Hello sir.. I am taking a loan in bajaj finserv... My problem with bajaj finserv he didn't provide the digital emi card... I am installed bajaj provided finserv wallet and logged with my registered mobile number.. He didn't not showing digital emi card logo on top... Help me plz.. I want take another loan... bajaj finserv cpp tele binding cancellation

increase in emi price without knowledge

The bajaj xperia portal and as per the conversation with the executive at croma on the day i took the loan i was told that the loan emi amount for 405cddeu797113 and 405cddeu801890 would be rs. 3999 each and for 4050cdeu802216 would be rs. 4555. I want to register a complaint to bajaj finserv emi card related issue.

I have purchased 4 items/products from amazon using bajaj finserve emi card, after successful transaction has been done, and my emi generated on the whole amount it 4, 441 rs.

I have received all products and returned 1 product to amazon and received the refund successfully.

But, the bajaj team didn't updated...

amount debited from my account unnecessarily

Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 26th july from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_june19. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register...

unsolicited phone calls for personal loans

I am getting a lot of calls from your Bajaj FinServ as a promotional call for personal loan.

I have not signed up for promotional calls and I am not interested for personal loan unless your bank is planning to give me a good amount of money and I don't need to pay you back the money.

Also I have activated Full DND with my operator. Still I am receiving calls from tele markerters who claim that the Personal loan...

bajaj finserv recovery agents harassing me for pending due amount

As i have taken epl loan from bajaj finserv, due some personal reasons i haven't paid emi, so recovery agents are calling continuously in a more than 10 times in a day, yesterday i got a call recieved and asking for 2days time for clearing dues, in call 2 or 3 people were there, they are not listening to me and shouting on me, using very abusive language for spot payment.. They saying its my own company and it's my money, still i have requested...

failed mandate txn bajaj finance

My card no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx6759.

My latest loan account number 404ecf96779143.

I have paid all emis correctly, last emi date was on[protected].

But on 21st jul 2019, i have been charged rs 295 twice as a failed mandate txn, in spite of no failed transactions. Please see the below image for your reference.

I had the amount in the bank already and there is no way for the failed transaction...
