Now my card is elite but limit and all features are same.

Everybody please don't fall in bajaj finserv elite trap very bad no customer care support and also no email support very pissed off.

They are making false promises when you call [protected] they are not answering and when you call 39574151 they are giving other number very bad service.

First time in my life i have faced this kind of false promises and trap by bajaj company.

No vouchers (Promised 30, 000)
No increase limit (Promised 3 lakh)
Only card is changing nothing else.

What is the use of 5000 rupees bajaj team has cheated?

    This is to inform you that recently i had purchased samsung a20 from my bajaj finserv lending emi card with lone a/c no 410dpfew169766. My emi is rs 1149 only. But i pay rs 1413. Extra 264 is a insurance. I have not taken any mobile insurance but bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile. Because i am not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately. Please i'm deeply trouble about this.

      Mysel[censored]mesh marne. I don't want this ecom cpp telebinding. I already tried many times to reach you or raise a request but not getting any response from your side. I dont know you people why not cancel my policy. I also contact for this to your customer support but they also not picking up my call for cancel the above mentioned loan. I have purchased a mobile, loan id: 402ecfev524722. But ecom cpp telebinding has activated, id :402etbex681101. It has been made without my consent. Please deactivate the ecom cpp telebinding.

        Hi.. My loan's last month was in aug.. Before emi i recvd 3 to 4 calls from july saying that ecs wont be auto debited and i have to do manual payment.. Aftet doing the payment they auto deducted my ecs. Aftr putting refund request i was informed that it gets reflected only aftr 15th every month and refund will be done by 20th aug.
        However wen i checkd my bank account on 2nd sept the refund was not done. Again after putting mails and messages they refunded my ecs in 3 4 days and today again on 6th sept they charged my 1685 ecs again.. I also received a closure letter in aug and again ecs debited.. Now again they will inform that it will take 3 weeks to reflect.. And they dont have courtesy to update the status if we forget about it... I am. Realllly fed up with this.. And might not use this facility again for purchasing electronics again.

          I already pay emi in advance of September 2019. because from your collection department's girl call me 2/3 times and said that " mam your emi date is 2 nd September 2019. their is bank holiday because of ganpati festival. so please pay advance emi. either we charge late payment charges."
          So i was pay emi on 1 st September 2019 by BAJAJ WALLET APP. also i recived sms and mail for that payment is successful. now i received sms and calls by BAJAJ FINSERV for due emi payment. also they charge me late payment charges.
          How can that possible. when i already pay advance emi by online. so hows your company told me to pay again that emi with late payment charges ?
          I totally disappointed with your service. i request you please kindly look out on this issue.

          Today i recived mail by Bajaj Finserv they told me again to pay emi on sept 2019.
          I told them i was already pay BAJAJ EMI before due date. How can they say me again i pay emi on sept 2019 ? If BAJAJ WALLET online payment can be made only for the overdue EMI so how can my payment show successful ? How to their collection girl misguide me for pay emi before due date ? I am very harass with your service.

            Emi fake details/advertising

            I really like all bajaj products and i am using them also but when i applied for bajaj elite card for 4999 rupees which is paid through credit card i got message from bajaj finserv team after 3 days that your digital card is ready for use, when i logged in to see digital card i found i got gold card and limit is same before 1lakh 3 thousand.

            My brother bought this gold card for free from electronic shop in our locality.

            So my question to bajaj finserv team is why are you giving gold card instead of elite card for 4999 rupees and limit is promised 3-4 lakh and got the same limit before? So what is the use of paying 4999 rupees?

            Your sales agent we have recordings also has promised to give elite card with 3-4 lakh limit.

            Please don't make fake promises. You have given me gold card (Which my brother taken for free) for 4999 rupees seriously without increasing any limit.

              I opt flexi loan service from bajajfinserv bearing the account number 593GDFEU368095 . I just paid an amount of 4500 on 2nd September 2019 but they haven't update the same. When I called to the customer care they just disconnect the call without proper resolution. I mailed to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and they asked for bank statement again I provide the same but till they haven't turn up yet. Please do something to recover my amount of 4500.

                    Am trying to make payment for my missed emi. I have checked every app and website where i can pay my missed emi.

                    When i enter my loan account number, it says you have no overdues, when i had one overdue.

                    Also i have been trying to reach out to the consumer number mentioned, but not even once i could reach any executive. It always says the number is changed though the number we dialled is the same.

                    Please resolve my account issue and the consumer number issue.

                      Daily 4 to 5 times in a day i am receiving sales calls to take personal loan. I have tried requesting each representative to remove my number from their marketing list and i have tried checking all the customer service numbers to remove me from their marketing list. It is ridiculous to receive same calls 4 to 5 times day and night at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv. I have already mentioned i am not interested to take any loan but i guess they dont have system to update. Please do not call any further.

                      Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different mobile numbers

                        Every month i will put my emi money in account instead deducting emi amount they will charge money of 295 2 times, again i have to adjust 600 ruppees, they wont take money on 2nd delayed by bajaj end, i dont understand its september the charges are 6th of may and 13th of may but when i check i have payed correctly on may, i will receive my salary of 25k a month in that deduction i can't bare it, please refund my money

                              Recovery agents are harrassing, the are contacting my social friends and harrassing them, please tell them to stop this,
                              With above facts, this is pure harassment and defamation case. I and my family feeling humiliated, mentally tortured. I am surprised and shocked by the way of doing recovery by bajaj finserv ltd. To their customers.
                              My association with bajaj is from 5 years my record was clear for which i was offered this loan, due to some financial problem and business slow down i faced problem, i need 1 months to regularise all payment.
                              I also asked for settlement of account.
                              I request you to look in this matter and get some solution, i will pay but need some time, i am esteem customer of bajaj.

                                I bought a Sony LED 43W800D TV on 15/01/17 vide invoice no. K-04735/16-17 and subsequently got it insured from Bajaj Alliance.

                                My TV had its first display issue in March 2019 when the representatives of Bajaj Finserv ensured us that the display panel has been replaced with a new one.

                                After facing similar display issues recently, I contacted the Bajaj Finserv customer care and they took my TV for checking.
                                1. Firstly, my TV has been in your custody for the past 13 days (since 20.08.2019) although I was promised initially that TV would be returned within 3-4 days and no one is either picking up the phone or replying to my complaints.
                                2. I am in receipt of a text message from Bajaj on 30.08.19 stating that my asset has been delivered successfully, which is totally misleading.
                                3. Following the telephonic conversation with one of your representatives, I was told that my display panel had not been replaced by new one the previous time, but only repaired.

                                I am totally dissapointed with the kind of after-sales services I am receiving by such a reputed company. I am worried that since my TV is under warranty for only a few more months, how can I be sure that a new display panel is replaced this time and not only procrastinated for a few months? Who shall be held responsible in case the same error occurs after immediate lapse of my warranty?

                                  I saw a line item in my bank statement saying Bajaj EMI card "inactive" fees of 177 Rs. Money was directly debited from my account. How and What is this charge for? Do you guys expect me to take loan from you all my life? How can anyone charge for a card being inactive? I was not even asked for this payment .. so without me knowing, directly debiting the amount from account is theft

I use to receive 5 to 6 automated calls on a daily basis for loan from Bajaj Finserv. I don't have any requirement for loan. So please stop keep calling. This is so irritating to receive unneeded calls on a daily basis. This should not be the way to sale the services.

                                    I wonder how the complaints will get addressed. I am still receiving calls manual & automated from Baja Finserv for loan & Card. Request to please look into the matter and remove my contact number from the calling list. This is really so irritating to receive call for same thing on a daily basis even informing them N number of times.

                                    but now received msg from bajaj finance that ur EMI is 2517, after that I checked my loan details the digital CPP telebinding (368 Rs per EMI) activited without my permission.

                                      Please find the attachment and you can understand that i have received a message from "bajaj finserv" team issued for super card however every month of the 1st week i was received a call from end (Pune) but last three day i have facing lots of issue, there are every day 5 to 6 times i received a call from your end ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], +[protected] already thousand times told your executive that "no need to require any credit card" but why i don't know i'm harassing repeatedly???

                                      I know that it was a fake call and the guy who call me???

                                      Now coming to emi card. I'm a loyal and genuine customer in bajaj finserv. I have been using their emi card for over 7–8 years now. Their online portal is always up to date with the payments made and the outstanding loan amount which helps you keep a track of your loans. It also has options to make an online payment (Part payment or full).

                                      The only thing that irritates me is their aggressive sales calls - i receive a minimum 2 calls daily for the flexi loan from different numbers. Despite politely declining the offer, they keep calling me. I have now started to block their number from true caller.

                                      I am going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

                                      I have not received any notice or something else i have mentally disturbed as well plz take action regarding this issued another will i will complain about social network

                                      Now coming to processing fees and insurance charges - irrespective of which bank or financial institution you approach, these charges are levied on all type of loans. Only certain times, like the closing of financial year processing charges, are some times waived off as a promotional gimmick. Otherwise, it normally ranges between 1% to 4% of your entire loan amount.

                                      Furthermore, to ensure you are not cheated by salespeople (They do this to meet their targets), you should ask the following questions before you submit any documentation for loan processing:

                                      What is the processing fee (Not only % but also the actual amount)?
                                      Is the processing fee paid separately or part of the entire loan amount?
                                      What are the insurance charges for the loan?
                                      What is the mode of repayment, clauses, and charges for a foreclosure?
                                      How much will the entire loan amount come to (Loan amount you need + processing charges + insurance + taxes)?
                                      Is there any minimum wait period before you foreclose the loan (Some banks would require you to wait at least for 1 year before you foreclose)?
                                      Lastly, get all the communication in writing from their official email id.
                                      Recently bajaj finance emi is available on online markets such as amazon and flipkart.

                                      A lot of times people are cheated because of lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

                                        I am getting weekly, bi weekly calls from bajaj finance since last three years even more, i am not interested at all, suggested multiple times not to call me further, however next time i get call from another new number with new name. They have to remove my number from their database, infact they shd refrain from forced marketing. This is frustrating, and questions abt bajaj brand value. Today even 30minutes back got the call from bajaj finance mobile no [protected].

                                        The recovery agent Hemant meena slap me in front of vijay sales worker aditya at vijay sales nallaopara. He want to recover of my loan emi of rs 16000.
