water supply issue

There is no water supply from past 10 years at No. 915, 1st Stage, 2nd Block, 19th Cross, HBR Layout Bangalore 560043. All these days we were adjusting by getting water tankers 5 times in a month. From past 3 months we are struggling hard as even water tanker suppliers do not cooperate with us they give reasons such as they do not supply to this area, the suppliers which are in this area make us wait for 2 to 3 days and they do not turn up...

previous bill payment not considered

I have paid the previous bill on paytm of bwssb for the month june amounting to 1841 on[protected]
But the bill of august is having a bill amount of 3063 including arrears of 1841 with interest 31

water drainage is blocked

incorrect water bill

Last month our water bill is 3731 rupees & i paid the bill on 7th july & for august bill it says that i did not paid my last month bill which is 1571 rupees which is not at all fair.

sewage pipeline block, overflowing

The drainage street line is fully blocked. It keeps overflowing. Many complaints have failed to resolve the issue.

high bill amount due to wrong meter reading captured by bwssb from past 1 year

Water meter shows 3704 however for the past 1 year, the water person has been mentioning the excessive amount. He has captured as "2703000" (Wrong reading) which is ridiculous. Water bill will come around rs.500 however because of this excessive reading, it shows we need to pay rs 9000 we have faced a lot of mental pressure because of this problem. We have not at all consumed so much of water. We never see the person coming to take meter...

water pipe leakage since 6 months or so

Why nobody at water office is interested to save the precious water? Gallons and gallons of water is being wasted due to leakage of pipes. It is 14 days now the complaint being reported here but is not resolved yet.
