I live in 17th D cross 2nd stage Indiranagar. There have been quite a few cleaning and reconstructions around the sewage lines in the locality and from yesterday The water I am receiving as drinking water from Cauvery water connection smells like sewage water. This is highly unacceptable and unsanitary. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    With due respect, we would like to bring certain complicated issues to your notice. As we are the resident of Austin Town 6th Square, Bangalore -560047. Very fundamentally we are abutting the drinking water issue for last one decade, in which the drinking water always gets contaminated with sanitary line. Every alternative day we receive the corporation water, but the water flow will be more pressure into the “WATER TAP “by only receiving the dirty water from the sanitary line. Kind request to revamp the whole system of Water pipes and sanitary pipes to avoid such issues in future.

        Dear Sir/Madam There is a constant leakage of water from the Kadrenahalli UNDER PASS BRIDGE. There is pipe running at Bridge level near the underpass and it leaking since more than ONE month. I had called the concerned person and it is not attended to date. Please look into this AT THE EALIEST

        Sanitary waste flowing in front of our house

        Hello sir, I reside in 18, 3rd cross, Abbiah Reddy Layout. The sanitary water is flowing continuously in front of my house from past 20 days. The smell is unbearable and unhygienic too. We have repeatedly tried to call and seek necessary action but no one is responding. Please help

          Inspite of Repeated complaints to Local BWSSB office from the Residents of 5th C Cross, Link Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore-8, for Non Supply of Drinking Water in our area, the BWSSB officials are not taking any action. There is water supply to lanes on either side of 5th C Cross, Link Road, Kodihalli. Will the BWSSB authorities do the needfull . One complaint has been logged with P>R>O cauvery bhavan as well on this issue

            We are taken cauvery water connection 3 years before still now we are unable get one drop of water, eventhough so many times i made complaints BWSSB call center and also in offices, Engineers i approched are Yelahanka New Town B.Narayanaswamy - JE Mob No.: [protected] and Yelahanka Old Town B.Narayanaswamy - JE Near Mob No.:[protected], but they are telling reasons like in your area not enough people taken the connection until they all take we can't give, but some of the rich areas like Gandhinagar they are leaving the water, only for our area they are not leaving. Even normal corporation water also they are leaving 10 days once, how we can survive with this. We are unneccarily depending on water tankers every month we are spending 2000 to 2500/-. After paying 23000/- for my water connection still i have to spent so much money on water is this fair? OUR area MLA Mr. Vishwanath also we are approached but problem still exists. Please take this complaint seriously and solve the issue so that everybody in our area will be happy.                 This compliant refers to the area 485 5th main Rajajinagar first A block Bangalore Near Vivekananda College The residents are facing acute drinking water shortege as there is no flow of water in the pipe line sine a month. The line must have clogged and the water trickles at around 12 am and stops at 5 am. We have called your rajajinagar Complaints office umpteen number of times and the standard reply is Water will come line choked we are finding the fault Spares are not available We are checking the fault We have dug open the line at the entrance of fifth main road and left as it is uncovered We are studying the line He has gone for lunch The officer will come soon All these vague answers are the same even i[censored] call 100 times. Please let us know what to do NOW There is plenty of water supply in the 4th main and 6th main and why 5th main is targetted. Do we need to pay for the services IMMIIDIETE ACTION APPRECIATED

                  Rasp and dear sir Thank you for your service.. kindly we want to inform you that in Kammanahalli main road in Ramasamy palaya MUNIAPPA ROAD ( munisheervar temple road) the incharge person who open the value ( water line man) open the water for public use on saturday moring 10 am... from now on tuesday morning 9.30am water is coming only to this road.. we are stay near other road vjayalakshmi school, veerbhatrappa roads.. we donot have water.. only half an hour to one hour for every thursday and sunday.. But in this muniappa road line man getting 100 rupees to 200 rupees from the houses which are in muniappa raod then simply give water for 2 days day and night... kindly do needful help..change the line man.. please help us.                     This is at M.M.Layout, Kavalbyrasandra, R.T.Nagar, Bangalore. We placed a request with the BWSSB that the drainage near our house was blocked. They called us up during weekdays when we were not at home, and they deliberately did not come to clear the drain because if they came, there would be nobody to give them their bribe. We gave them the exact address and even our streets are numbered, but they gave an excuse that we did not specify the address correctly. So then they came on Saturday with their drainage clearing truck, did the job and said "kalsi saar". Which in Kannada means "send us off sir". It's their way of saying "Give us our bribe and we will be on our way". They expect more than Rs.200 for a task that should be done for free. Could you please ensure that these people just come and do their jobs even if it's on a weekday when we're not at home? And also to ensure that they don't ask for a bribe. The corporator is one person who can ensure this.

                    This issue still persists. They will come to resolve the issue only if we are at home, and they still expect the money to be given to them. The first time it was Rs.200. Now they expect Rs.500 or more. One neighbour even ended up paying Rs.1000.
                    The solution to this should be that there can be an online system or a call center created, where citizens can book a request for clearing the drainage and the call center should tell the service men to go to the particular street and clear the drainage. The call center should not reveal to the men, about which citizen booked the request. Even if the citizen is not at home, the service men can come, clear the drainage and go. There is no need for them to have to call up the citizen and ask for details or a bribe.

                          My name is Sajan Abraham and i am a resident of No 1, 8th Main KHB Road, Aditya Nagar, Kaval Byrasandra New Extension, RT Nagar Post Bangalore-560032. On behalf of the residents of 8th Main of the aforesaid address i want to lodge a complaint for the absolutely erratic and irregular water supply that we have been getting since one & half months. ie from 1st week of Aug 2014. We were not having much of a problem till july end. But from Aug begining we are not getting water on alternate days and when we get it once in a while, there will be hardly around 200 to 250 ltres. I along with my other neighbours of my street have lodged several complaints with RT Nagar BWSSB office and i have even registered central complaint. I have been to Cauvery Bhawan and met the concerned TA Mr Rajesh who promised that he will talk to the concerned AE of RT Nagar office. As per his suggestion i also talked to RT Nagar office inspector Mr Achutha Rao who promised that the matter will be set right. But till date no action has been taken. Mr Achutha rao says that water is coming slowly because of low pressure. But we never had this problem till july end and how can this problem crop up now. Interestingly water is being left in adjacent streets in sufficient quantities. Why discriminate only our street. we are now forced to purchase water at exorbitant rates from private water tankers. May i request the concerned authorities to look into our problem and set it right with immediate effect.

                            Dear Sir I am the consumer using the water supply connection, in consumer no. SE382759/k15-16 RR NO. 24534, The water connection was converted to commercial use without my notice during the period I was out of station and not using my water since a year during the period, the bill was charged with usage of 12000 lts when my usage was nil and I had written a complaint regarding the same ON 16/02/2013 and the officials replied on 31/08/2013 saying that the residence was used for commercial use., and hence the bill is as per the usage. My usage during my stay in the house was Rs 200/- and I had submitted the previous bills. I have not converted my residence to office and I am running my profession as auditor in the Garage portion and the profession is not considered as commercial activity and also the portion does not have any sanitary connection. Hence the report has been prepared arbitarily without going into the details of the issue. However the when the AWE one Mr Naveen VISITED my residence for disconnection, I informed about the issue, and he promised that he will look into the matter and asked me to pay Rs 5000/- immediately towards water dues. I told him that the amount would be paid only if the bills are revised and changed to residential usage. But nothing has been done till today. In this regard I request your kindself to look into the matter and resolve the issue by reducing the bill amount and waiving the interest charges convert the same into residential and enable me to clear the dues.                             Hi jayaprakash, this new method to take bribe from residents, the biller without any info or giving notice they just add in bill like bore water, commercial use. So you guys can go to office to ask regarding this, then they will tell you it will charge 1Lac including bribes, even higher officer don't care, they just expect bribe from third party. Common people like use not much choice rather than paying bribe pluse residential conversion bill which is 45k to 90k. This just day robbery in bangalore. (Bala)

                              Even though the cauvery installments were paid completely along with monthly bill, it was getting added again and again. Had already visited BWSSB office thrice with all the documents, letter and complaint written and accepted. Every time it was corrected and promised it will not happen in next month. But in vain no action was taken. If we call, they ask us to come to office. How are we supposed to go each & every month and complain about it?                                 I am a retired IPS officer living here since 40 years. For the last 2 years we are having quite a few issues with water supplies by BWSB. Although we have to get water supplies once every alternate day, but this never happens regularly. We have to call up several times and literally beg with the supervisors here.                                   i've paid BWSSB with two DD dated on february month, and the meter should be installed by 7 days. its been 6 moths and they people in BWSSB, HENNUR are not responding well, they say "we dint find your file, what do u want us do!"                                     Dear Sir/Madam This complaint needs immediate attention as this has been a longstanding problem. It seems that the drainage connection of our road has not been given to the main connection and there have been more and more apartments in the area, which leads to the drain water returning into the houses during heavy rains. This has been brought to the notice of the authorities concerned too, but least is done. Kindly do the needful as we are suffering a lot from this. Please kindly do the needful ASAP.                                       Dear Sir, This Complaint requires at Most attention - There is Big Pot-Hole on 1st Main Road Prashantnagar, (Govindrajnagar Ward) - Opposite to 11th Cross . This big Pot -Hole is a result of BWSSB water pipe issue to neighbouring Houses on the Main Road ( House #19, pee jey enterprises and the next house). The Place was dug using JCB on the first case to fix a broken Pipe and Unfilled Proper with Mud. This fix caused the Telephone line breakage . Later after a couple of days, this fix affected Water Intake to the neighbouring house, so it was Re-dug to fix Water pipe . Again undone Work properly. This has eventually created a big hole now because of the Monsoon. And this will weaken the mug again cause Crack on the Pipe if not fixed. Due to heavy monsoon, this fills up water in the place and splashes on pedestrians walking along the place. Please request to fix this at the earliest.                                         The Water pipes from command Hospital Road to Domlur on old Airport Road has been damaged and water is gushing out in 3 places and it's very sad to say that from 1month the leaks are not plugged. Precious drinking water is getting wasted. Kindly plug the leaks and save water.
