Dear Sir, There has been no water supply from the past two months to my house whereas all other houses in the lane are getting the water supply regularly. I have been complaining to Mr. Manjunath, the area councillor of Manjunathnagar ward who has been kind enough to send us the water tanker on alternate days (on the days the water is supposed ot be released). I was under the impression that coz of summer, we may have been facing this issue but even the season has changed, there has been no change in the condition. Even to this day, we are not getting any water at all. We in adugodi 3rd main road have kaveri water problem from more than a month. I wonder if there are any people or concerned official who resolve the problem immediately. Today no water even for brushing. Please pump the water immediately. We have complained over phone a lot of times which had been useless till date.

Hi, I noticed water leaking at 2 'D' Cross, OMBR layout, Chikka Banaswadi, Bangalore 43. for the last more then a week now which is not attended yet. The leak is on the road which generally happens during night time and stretching during early morning during the water suppy days, Please look into this matter ASAP.

Dear Sir, 1st Main, Chinnanna Layout, near Ambedkar Medical College near Sovereign Park Apartment area has not been receiving Regular Water Supply and it has been days since we got Water. Though this is the rainy season yet we are not getting Water supply at all. Even if there is any supply there is no pressure at all and we cannot even store Water for Drinking purpose also. Hope the concerned authorities will look into the matter and solve it. Thanks. Ahmed

Sir on hosur main road, Adugodi between Adugodi circle and vijaya bank they are few people taking multiple connection from the main water line ( not the regular one where regular citizens are allowed to take connection, the black heavy pies) on one single water meter.the connection are of 1" which are not allowed for house hold purpose Kindly look into the matter Thanks

Dear Sir, I wanted to bring to your notice that even though the duration of water is been supplied for 3 hours, the pressure reduces after 1 hour of supply and I strongly suspect it may be due to few houses who are drawing water with motor being connected directly to the water meter which is an offence. This has put us in acute scarcity of water. Request you to kindly look into the matter....

we are residing in vittalnagar 7th cross near to isro layout we are not getting proper water supply the timings are irregular and the water force is less this problem is only for our road only the other roads get sufficient water even though we have complained several times the problem is not rectified please see to it is rectified our water office is in kumarswamy layout

Respected Sir, We are in 16th main, 17th cross btm 2nd stage bangalore. As i mentioned in my previous complaint, there is a complete sewage blockage and drainage overflow in this area. Toilets over flows and the house stinks badly which affects the health of people. We couldn't stay inside the house. Staffs from municipal came to clean the sewage..but they did an eye wash work...just for name sake...still the problem is not solved...Kindly make emergency action to clean the sewage blockage in this area.

As can be seen from the photo, Manhole work was undertaken by BWSSB. But the manhole was built with poor quality material. This caused the manhole to break immediately after construction. The manhole seen in the picture is the one built the second time. This is causing frequent blockage o[censored]G main sewer lines. Almost every week a complaint has to be lodged with BWSSB. But with no proper solution to the problem. Once the sewer lines are blocked, the sewage back flows into our houses internal plumbing lines. Forcing the water to find its way out due to pressure and leaking into the neighbours house. This is the fate of the residents located at AECS Layout, Kundalahalli. From door no. 999 to 1003. D Block.

Dear commissioner, This is to inform that their is a excess leakage of water from the valve in 13th cross 29th main (EWS) BTM layout 2nd stage.Because of this people who are residing in this cross getting shortage of water. On 2 nd main road HBR 4 th block there are 2 leakages of water pipe& on of Sanitary line.huge amount. Of water is wasted. & it damages the road also. The sanitary overflow gets mixed with water pipeline . Pl have it attended immediately

We the Residents of 3rd main, 1st cross, Dattatreyanagar, Hoskerehalli, Bangalore would like to bring to Your notice that we are not getting regular supply of Cauvery water every 2 days. 1) Sometimes we get water once in 4 days or 6 days 2) Water is not supplied correctly for fixed duration. Sometimes water is left for only 10-15 mins, 1 hr, 2-3 hrs, and some other times 6-7 hours. 3) Also water is not supplied on fixed/scheduled timings of the day. Its supplied at random timings of the day like: overnight around 2am, 4am, morning 6m, 8am, 10 am. As water is not supplied regularly and also there is no fixed schedule/duration for the water supply it has been a heavy problem for the household in this area. We have to leave our other jobs and keep waiting in front of the water tap waiting for when the water will be supplied. We have called and complained concerned officials in this area, on such instance the water problem will be resolved for the next day and it comes back. On complaining again no proper/permanent action is taken by anyone. Kindly address this problem ASAP. Awaiting positive response from the concerned dept officials. Thanks, Kala

Hello Sir/Madam, I am residing in Bangalore North, Yeshwanthpur, KN EXTn, 8th main which comes under Malleshwaram ward. People residing are facing routine issue with water facility. Only water crisis is faced in 8th to 10th main. This might me because their is no change in pipeline from 40yrs. Recently to changed the pipleline were their was no water crisis. I really don't understand why facility is given already which is good. I need information for whom to contact to get changed the pipleine for the street's mentioned.
