Our water bill is so high

Every month we use to get the nearly 900rs per month. But this june month 3403rs, we need proper reason for that....

Overflowing Drainage

Address: 13th Cross, 2nd Block, Akshaya Nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru - 560016 Landmark - Jyothsna Hospital

Due to rains last night as well as whenever it rains, the drainage system takes a beating and the sewage water comes out of a manhole wreaking havoc right in front of a hospital - Jyothsna Hospital, TC Palaya. This is a common factor here and is a big health issue as well. Plz do the needful asap....

Amount deducted but still showing as yet to be paid.

I've paid the water bill online, but I've not received any acknowledgment after the paymet. It's still showing as it is yet to be paid. The amount is deducted from my bank account. My RR number is S-202580....

No water leaving in my road

Lid of drainage is open

Lid of drainage on the road is open and people are dumping garbage into it. This will block our drainage line. This needs immediate attention please....

Bill paid Receipt not generated

I paid May 2022 bill in June 2022 online, bank got debited with the bill amount, but no receipt for payment and BWSSB portal still showing it as unpaid....

Pending water supply and SANITARY CONNECTION

To sanction
1/4" dia temporary domestic WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION and 4" dia SANITARY CONNECTION to Sai Paradise premises no 70, BBMP khata no 2876/ old khata no. 117, Ashraya layout, Doddanekundi Industrial area, Bangalore 560037, prorata charges Rs 689145 was deposited vide D.D. no 706052 dated 19/08/2020 of Allahabad Bank, K R Puram, received on 26/08/2020. More than one year has elapsed but nothing has been done as yet landing residents...

BWSSB unnecessarily harassing residents & demanding money

Address: Given above, Bangalore, Karnataka

Year 2021 : BWSSB workmen told house pipe damaged & Velu took Rs 22, 000 + Bribe to repair the same
May 2022 : Chamber blocked due to irrrsponsible work of BESSB & we had to shell out Rs 4000. Electrical cable was also cut by BESSB
May 2022 : BWSSB opening chamber without our knowledge.

Unable to spend money for BWSSB carelessness & greed. Kindly instruct people to work sincerely.

We will be forced...

Rotary Muthappa Hospital road, KAVERI WATER SUPPLY MAIN PIPE HAS A CONNECTIVITY INSIDE THE MANHOLE CHAMBER & this was brought to the BWSSB notice & we had raised a complaint against ther same issue years ago and the HOD people had visited to our place to cross verify the issue and they promised us that the kaveri pipe will be diverted from the man hole and the issue...

Every week water supply is being reduced

Water leakage damage of main line by electrical workers

There is a electrical work going on near my house for which they have damaged the main line and all dirty water is coming in our houses and they are least bother to repair it and water is wasting...

Water Drainage overflow

Dear Sir/Madam

Pls note we are staying 15th cross at Kuvempu Road, Near Vignan Nagar, New Tippasandhara post, Blr 75. The drainage after 15th cross is always overflowing and due to which the entire road is very dirty and very bad smell in that area. If it rains the entire road is full of drainage water and no way for commuters to move freely.

Request the authorities to take appropriate action to remove the drainage...

Amount charged in bwssb bill as sc on borewell

Am amount of Rs 150 is charged in the bwssb bill every months as sc on borewell. Why is this amount charged as no borewell water us supplied in this cross for the past 16 to 18 months. Who has to supply this borewell water is it cmc or any person authorized by cmc or the corporator of the area monitoring the ward. There is no responsible person to provide this service but the amount is every month and paid for no service of borewell water....

Poor water supply

Genarally the water supply from BWSSB for a week is 3 and half hours. But this week it was only for 45 minutes....
