Billing issue

Address: #126/b, 3rd cross7thmain,80 feet road, Bangalore-560043 Bangalore

This month we have got a bill for 137000 litres of water consumed, whereas our consumption doesnt cross even 20,[protected] litres. The reason being we have a Bore-well which is also registered and we draw water from the Bore-well every alternate days and once in a week, we use Cauvery water which has been stored in our Sump. We went to register our complaint the person there said the billing is correct and am suppose to pay there is no leakage,...

Sewage Blocked in Main Line

Address: 2nd Cross Lakshmisagar Layout, Mahadevapura Bangalore

In main sewage pipeline drainage is blocked due to that our house chambers also blocked inside, this is second time in last three months. We had told the people who came for clearing to clean the chamber which was covered with mud, but they didn't listen to us. Now again the same problem persists and informed to the person yesterday no action has been taken. It is rainy season water will flow through drainage and drain water will overflow...

Cleaning up of sanitary pipe

Address: #336/1,7th A cross, Nisarga, BSK 3rd stage, Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, Bangalore -560085

From the past three days in our sanitary pipe due to dirt it has been blocked fully so due to that reason bad smell is coming from that sanitary pipe.
That has to be cleaned properly...

Water is coming very slow, there is no timing for water only when over the water man is free that be time only we will get water to fill 600 lts they need 2days, water will come so slow...
