Water issue

Address: Mangalam park, shreenagar extension, indore

Water is not coming in my tank since so long...its completely empty...unable to survive without water...kindly solve my issue...I don't know how to order water ranker?...

No water is been supplied

Kaveri water is barely been supplied for 30-40 mins once or twice a week even though the government claims to have enough Kaveri water. The water is been supplied to neighbouring area but barely to no water supplies in my area. Do take necessary actions to fix this as people in the area are forced to buy water for tanker suppliers. The person in-charge of supplying water is not doing his work....

Drainage water leakage complaint

Drainage water leakage complaint, We are staying in Siddeshwara layout 1st cross, 1st main, sidedahalli near NMH convention Hall. Our problem is drainage water leakage in font of our house.. It's too much smell and water flow also high in the morning.....

Borewell charges but there is no borewell connection

Hi
Sir I am Ratna resident of ITI layout. Borewell charges applied in water bill as there is no borewell connection in my house.every month rs 1000 is charged extra in the bill.
I have complained about for nearly 3 times in the office.but still the concerned person is not action against my complaint.
I request the concerned authority to deal with this issue and do the needful.

Drainage connected pipe damage

There is connecting drainage pipe which is damaged and sewage water is flowing over the door steps of around 10-15 House's. Unbearable odour and mosquitoes.

Sewage line damaged and need to be replaced

Address: 85, 14th B cross, G.M.Palya

We stay in G.M palya 14th B cross, from last 4 months the sewage line has got damaged and water keeps over flowing on the road and in front of our house. Kindly take immediate action and replace the line with new line. The old line is 20 yrs old and need to be replaced at earliest.

Excess billing in the name of other charges

Sir water bill for the bwssb meter e-200882 was not given to us since APRIL 2021, after repeated requests it was given in OCTOBER 21
we were shocked to see Rs 7186.00 as other charges
every month since APRIL 21,
OURS IS A 10 YEAR OLD BUILDING, WE HAVE INSTALLED RAINWATER HARVESTING SYSTEM ALSO.
we have paid the total bill amount inNOVEMBER 2021. balance due is NILL
RQUEST YOU TO REVERD THE OTHER CHARGES...

sanitary water is coming back in the chambers of the house and flowing on streets

Foul smell and drainage water flowing in Raj kalveve

I am a resident of OMBR layout banaswadi. There is foul smell and drainage water flowing in the Raj Kalve behind our house since one week. It is very difficult to even open a single window due to foul smell. All my family members including children and my parents are sick. There is lot of mosquitos also .
