Leakage of drain in Kaveri water supply

Sir, the last two weeks, Doddiah Layout, Ulsoor has been receiving carvery water which is very stinky and mucky, We have been complaining to the BWSSP office opposite Lido mall, and no action has been taken so far. I fell ill due to this dirty water last week. please help us resolve this issue.

Drainage block and over flow

Drainage is blocked from past 1week it is fully choked and getting bad smell near retreat garden appartment everytime we are facing issue with it children's and old age peoples are here please clear immediately....

Sewerage Problem 2 months

Hi BWSSB,

We are facing a sewerage problem for 2 months and the Issue is not fixed from your end.
Your team claims its internal pipe connection issue but after checking with the local plumber and there was no issue found internally and the issue is from the main sewerage pipe. Unnecessary I wasted 4000/- Rs because of wrong information from your team. We are using our neighbor's toilet for 2 months and it is disgusting....

Incorrect billing

Dear sir As we stay in 2 bhk independent home in lingarajpura HM road.. We're we are 7 members in my family I am getting a water supply from bwssb.. Every month there is different consumption now it has reached 109000 literally per month. Earlier we used get the billing consumption of 17000 liter every month.. And the billing amount was ₹500 to ₹600 ... When I started getting bill ₹1200.. With a different volume of consumption I rised...

Irregular Supply of water to Pipeline Malleshwaram, Bangalore North

From Past 1 year we are facing this irregular water supply issue frequently twice a month, without any intimation, any news, any pre data on shortage of water BWSSB is making us to face this problem frequently.
As there are around 100+ families on each street it is very important to supply water on demand as we are paying on time the bills.
It has become a habit for BWSSB, water is a basic need which u are not able to fulfill...

Sewage pipeline blockage

Blocked sewage in the pipeline between two chambers on the road. The reason is that this pipeline is damaged by the roots of a very large rain tree. The BWSSB workers are asking for money to do what is rightfully their duty....

Sewage water flowing into house

Due to Sewage blockage, gutters and other drains are blocked and Rain water is flowing into the house along with the sewage water. even after several complaints nobody has visited the spot and solved the issue. House getting flooded because of blocked sewage

Our house has been having issue with the sewage chamber getting blocked . This has been happening for years and we have raised multiple complaints but have not had any positive response. They came and said they will not be able to do anything until the main pipes are changed but this is what we have been hearing for almost 10 years and now with the heavy rains our house is completely flooded and we have total loss of material in the house....

No water

There is no water supply since 5 days, how do we need to manage daily activities without water, there is no complaints number giving proper resolution..this type of irregularities can be seen frequently

Main road sewage blocked since September 2021

Repeated complaints to Asst engr Sri Kanakaraju, Executive Engineer, Sri Hari Kumar of RT Nagar Bangalore32 has not resolved the issue of blockage of manholes, and seewage water entering our premises.The BWSSB line men come, waste the time, and give lame excuses like, Subline is blocked, main line is blocked extra.The complaints are being given since September 2021.Both the Engineers are least bothered to rectify the issue, faced by people...

Incorrect Billing

Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice incorrect billing being done by a meter reader in Ward 24 HBR Layout Bengaluru - 43. In Oct'21, the meter reader recorded a much lower than actual meter reading showing a consumption of just 3k litres insead of the usual monthly consumption of around 20k ltrs. This resulted in more than double the usual water consumption of around 56K ltrs in the Nov'21 bill. Owing to the higher slabs...

Drainage Pit broken causing water logging and overflow

Hi,

The drainage pit is right in front of the house, the pit is broken and the sides are open which is causing water clogging and drainage overflow. Due to no proper maintenance the drainage clogs and there is a backflow of the drain to the house.

Due to the water clogging and drainage overflow, it has become a space for mosquito breeding and probably Dengue outbreak.
