Bank Of India — atm complaint

I go on dated 29/12/2008 at atm ghohgha s. B. I. At ghogha to withdraw rs.10000/- by my atm card [protected] but, i could not received money and only done transaction.in my account no.[protected] had balance rs.15, 854/- but i want money so, i took 5000/- and then amount is pending only rs.854/- but, i did not receive amount besides, transaction is done.
So, i want to say that, my amount is lost without received amount and transaction is show in account so, please sir my amount repay me.
