[Resolved] Bank Of India — refund of atm withdrawal amount

I was gone for atm withdrawal from federal bank & it's information are : Transaction date : 06/11/2018 Transaction amount : 5020/- Transaction no. As on passbook : Cwdr//58876/cd178601 Account no. : (Protected) The problem is that the amount get deducted from my account, but the transaction was not successful & i haven't get money. Sir, almost 12 days passed since this incident & i haven't got the refund yet. So, i will be very graceful of you if you look into it & refund the amount as soon as possible. Hoping so.
