Bank Of India — regarding payment refund

I applied a online passport application on dated[protected] and its fee was paid by boi net banking id stubp 65632445 the amount of rs 1500 was deducted from my account [protected] mithapur branch jalandhar but it was not credited to sbi account of ministry of external affairs account and status of payment was showed failed. So i paid fee again by id stubp 65650801 which was accepted sbi Till now, i have sent two mails to boi. Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 06, 2018 Updated by s p singh saini Nothing solution has been done till now Aug 08, 2018 Updated by s p singh saini Approximately, one month has gone, I complained to Bank Of India through Email and lodge my complaint to Consumer Complaints on dated[protected], but till now nothing has been done
