Delay in delivery/ not deliver

It has been more than 8 days since I ordered the product. I.e. 2 white plain T-shirts and 1 printed T-shirts. And I got the same messages everyday for these 8 days which says " your ordered has been packed" but no progress
And the expected delivery time is 3 to 4 days.
I raised my issue through email and help chat but I didn't get any effective response from the company.

Delay in shipping and no respond from the company

It has been more than 9 days since I ordered my products, i.e. 2 white plain T-shirts and 1 printed T-shirts, and I get the same messages every day which says "your ordered is packed" for these nine days
I raised my complaint through email and help center, but I didn't get any responses from them.

Order not Delivered

I placed an order on 14th July 2023 and the expected delivery date was 22nd July 2023 and the order is still not delivered.
The shiprocket notifications continuously send a message of order packed but no shipping details.
On talking to the CC over chat it was told 1 item is out of stock but it wasn't the case when I placed the order...

Delayed delivery

Placed an order from here, already paid in full. Was told to expect a 7 day delivery time. Checked the tracking ID of the order after 7 days, and the order is yet to be even shipped, and the expected delivery date keeps getting delayed day after day. My order ID is 3109256 would like an answer on when I should be receiving this order, or at least get issued a full refund.
I am leaving city for next one year and I have to just come...

I have ordered products worth 1746 . Delivery was so late it take almost 10 days. After receiving the products I tried but there was fitting issue and Quality was no up to mark so I decided to return. I contact them through chat and told me that they will call me but it's been more then 13 hours no one call me and now they don't even chat also.. please look after the matter...

Very poor customer service.

I ordered 3 products worth 1746/-.. delivery was so late it takes 11 days almost.. after receiving the product there was fitting problem and also I don't like tha quantity.. so I want to return the product.. I contact them following all protocols.. it's been 24 hours and no one called me from the company.. now even no one is there to chat with me .. please help me...

Fraud

On 12 April 2023.
I ordered a combo tshirt (1099/-)
One oversized tshirt (549/-)
And one denim shirt (998/-)

The order was delivered on 17 April 2023
And the products quality were not good.
So I returned all the products within 24hr

(followed all terms and conditions took photos and videos of product while returning to the delivery boy)

Today is 27 April no...

My refund is not being interested

17 April 20203 all the products was delivered.
And product quality was not good at all so I returned the products.

I returned those items in 24hr.
And my refund is not being interested yet.
Every time fake promises was given (2-3 days refund will be interested)br...

Cargo Joggers

I ordered 3 cargo joggers form this website (Order number 2715861) on 19th april 2023 of medium size. However the length of them is a bit small. So I have been trying to exchange them but there is no response and no agent is respoding. There policy clearly states that I can exchangge or return them within 15 days and I am trying to exchange them on same day of delivery(24th April, 2023)....

Refund has not been initiated.

I had to cancel the order just 2 hours after I placed the order due to some reasons. The item has even not left the warehouse still the refund will take 8-9 working days ? Even IRCTC provides refund in 2-3 days. Also their agents are not present all the time neither they can handle costomers. Worst experience at all....

Can't cancel my order.

I have ordered a pair of joggers for beyoung. Order no is 2731344. I tried a lot of ways to cancel the order and get a refund but there is no response from their side. Neither their agents are available to talk and sort things....

Refund

I complain a lot of times but they show them resolved always but my matter is not resolved yet..they are misusing the platform and doing FRAUD against customer
suggest all my known not using this sites

at every platform i suggest people to unfollow beyoung and not order...

I'm complaining about not getting support to refund the product

I contacted support more than 10 times on app and I recieved the call but no one was speaking and when I called back the same number no one is picking it up and disconnecting it. I also have the call recordings and I also tried mailing and tweeting but haven't received any support yet...
