Refund for purchase of 2 shirts

I bought 2 shirts from BeYoung.in on January 1, 2022.
The shirts didn't fit me so i requested a refund.
They asked me to send the shirts to the address they provided by courier as they didn't have pick up service.
I sent the shirts via courier, they accepted the order back, they confirmed that they received it.
Few days later, they called me and asked my preferred method for refund, so i asked them to Google Pay...

White formal shirts

Beyoung is worst company and selling fake garments. I have ordered for 2 white formal shirts worth Rs1999/- each. But what they send me 3rd class quality shirts which doesn't cost Rs.250/- each. Don't be fooled by their advertisement and images they have uploaded on their site.
Cloth : thin and whorst quality
Stritching : 3 rd grade
Looks : looks like cheap road side shirt
No pockets. Old Chinese collar. Don't...

Hi,

I have placed one order 1194094 on 5th Jan 2022 which was expected to be delivered on 10th Jan 2022, but still there is no trace of where my order is.
The crap website does not show any tracking details, it just shows intransit.

Please refund my amount Rs 2898 or deliver it asap else face legal action....

Money Deducted

I have ordered t-shirt on 5/08/2021 at midnight. My money was deducted 449 inr till now i didn't received any confirmation message regarding order.
The order inbox is empty till now.
No order tracking details.
I mean what the ### is going on. You people making fraud with the CUSTOMERs.
Revert me on this ....

Not able to track the order.

I have got my ordered product in 4 days when I booked through cash on delivery for the first time. But second time when I did for online payment, it didn't got delivered even after 10 days . And I am not able to Track the order as well.

Hi I placed an order on 18th April and there is no COD payment mode.. and made a payment of INR 2096 and the order#[protected] and they stated that the order will be delivered within 10-15days and when trying to track the order... no update from the team and they gave a number to contact.. it is not getting connected..

please be cautious poeple and the owner is 24 years...

Payment wrongly debited three times

I was ordering mobile back cases from beyoung website of rs300. I made my payment but it was not done successfully. I tried 2 more times but the result is same everytime. Then i got a message from my bank that rs 300 is debited from my account 3 times i. E. Rs 900 and it was credited by your name. The order is still not placed yet. Please refund my 900 rs as soon as possible....
