I was contacted by a person called Karthik after I filed a complaint against FM mall money scam in your website and he informed me that he was your representative ( contact number [protected]) and I was asked to pay 10% fee and after I paid the amount he stopped answering my calls and I filed a complaint against him in your forum and after seeing the complaint he was angry and he told me nobody else is going to help you and he will ask the bank to send my money to charity
If this person is your representative kindly take necessary action or help me get a refund of the fee I paid

    Dear Authority,

    This is to inform you that there is a BSNL telephone pole in front of my house which is of no use . This is causing a lot of parking problem of my vehicle . So I request you to remove or relocate this telephone pole from the front of my house .Request your kind consideration to shift/remove it at the earliest.         I have already closed my landline no.[protected] as on 8th August, 2018 to the JTO BSNL RAJKOT with request to kindly refund my security deposit and unadjusted amount that i deposited during taking connection.but till now I am waiting for my refund of amt. RS.5, 650/-. Plz do needful. As soon as possible.

            Recharge not reflected in account after payment

            I have made recharge of 107/- for my BSNL prepaid number and the money was debited from my account. But it's not reflected in my bsnl account since i didn't receive any text message....

            My Mobile No is [protected], Rs. 153 Recharge on 09/11/2022 at 6.30 PM and Ref. No. is [protected] . I have not received any credited amount in my mobile but amount is deducted. Customer care could not response. Many time i have tried but failed. I am hope less. I want to back my Rs. 153 or recharge this amount which deduct from bank. i have attached this invoice for deduct or recharge.

              Two recharges done for mobile no. [protected] ( A) on 14 Sep 2022 EOR[protected] at 7:00pm for Rs 347 and second recharge (B) on 14 Sep 2022 Transaction ID Transaction ID EOR[protected] for Rs 247 at 7:10pm for BSNL prepaid no. [protected]. Both the recharge amounts were successful and amount deducted from bank acoount too. Since only the first recharge (A) for Rs 347 was used and the second recharge for Rs 247 was never allowed, request the unutilised and deducted amount of Rs 247 may please be refunded.
              Secondly, please note that the modified SELCARE app, as on date, is without transaction history other than the last one, and has to be reinstalled for every recharge as such. Please allow atleast last (1) 12 months recharge history. (2) Recharges not utilised may please be refunded.

              The features of the initial BSNL app (earlier to 2019) had all the desired and customer friendly features. Looking forward to your kind cooperation and early action.

              The two basic concerns are unresolved
              1. BSNL fails to return or refund suo moto the recharged amount for which the services are not given and sights time lapse as the reason only when the consumer points out the blunder. This is very unique to BSNL since all other Government sites and telecom operators immediately disallow any payment for which services are not provided.
              2. The present SELF CARE app has to be reinstalled /re registered everytime the user logs in. The transaction history is only for the immediate last transcations done, unlike more than last several months transactions in the earlier BSNL app ( prior to 2019) .

              Your prudence and fairness is eagerly awaited in contributing towards a digitally enabled and shinning INDIA.

                I have tried to generate UPC number 3 times, but every time getting below 2 messages

                1) Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                I have also tried to contact in BSNL customer care and asked what is the issue and when it will be resolved? but got reply that they don't know about issue and no timeline to resolve this issue

                    I wanted to port my BSNL sim card to another network and i have sent porty request to 1900 but its doesn't allowing anything and it says Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed. And it says Request for UPC for your mobile no. 89******** could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                            Bsnl service is very bad in my location and my no is port but not give me upc code and reply massage: UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

                              Hi Team,

                              I am bsnl prepaid mobile customer with mobile number [protected].

                              I want to port out my number from bsnl to other network.
                              When I sent port sms to 1900 for upc code generation i receive reply that thereis some contractual obligation with the service provider.

                              For this I have called customer care multiple time from last 3-4 months and every time they day it will be revoked in next 24 hours but it has never happened.

                              Please I request you to remove this obligation so that upc code can be generated.

                              I have called customer care several times from last 3-4 months.

                                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                                  My landline phone number[protected] was dead and not working for past 6 days. A complaint has been raised twice however the complaint has been closed without restoring my landline connection. My landline connection still dead as of now. I have re-raised complaint once again today through IVR. For past 4 months, each and every month my landline was dead for more than 15 to 20 days. Now in this month it's already 6 days gone. I have received bill for Rs.388 for the month of October 2022 however no adjustments made yet for the month of October. This issue is getting prolonged for more than 4 months with main cable issues and this can't be entertained at all. I had conversation with AE today they said the issue will be resolved by today and also my bill will be adjusted however the issue was not yet resolved and also my bill was never adjusted. It's an involuntary churn. We are unhappy with the service with BSNL Chennai Telephones. Rather provide uninterrupted landline services or do adjustments when the problem persists. I have no other choice. Please find the attached screenshot of my complaint and restore my connection ASAP and also adjust my October 2022 ASAP. Without any service this doesn't make any sense paying bills henceforth. It's simple when bills are getting paid correctly on or before due date, the same I expect uninterrupted services from BSNL Landline Chennai Telephones.

                                    My Landline Telephone number[protected]BB Combo) connected to BSNL Exchange at Adyar Chennai is dead and there is no dial tone from the instrument. However, thanks to BSNL, Internet connection on this line, has been restored after four days.
                                    However, I am not able to make or receive calls using this telephone to make or receive calls as there is no dial tone.
                                    I am not able to lodge any complaint on this account and registration of my complaint is rejected at the BSNL selfcare portal. Kindly help to rectify the fault soon. Thanks and Regards,
