UPC code cannot be generated

I'm trying to Port my BSNL number, send port request to 1900 but everytime I receive message from 1901, saying UPC cannot be generated for this number, please retry.

BSNL not letting me port

BSNL is not letting me port my number. It is giving me a message of contractual obligation even though there was no such contract signed. I registered a complaint with the customer care, who was avoiding me everytime, on 18/12/2022. They said it would take 48 hours to get resolved. But it was still not resolved on 30/12/2022. Unused bsnl pole

Dear Authority,

This is to inform you that there is a BSNL telephone pole in front of my house which is of no use as Nobody is using landline now . Because of the pole I am facing problem in parking my vehicle. So I request you to kindly remove or relocate this telephone pole from the front of my house . I will be very thankful to you, please oblige....

Sim Card error while trying to port (UPC code generation error)

After sending an SMS (Port ××××××××××) to 1900 we would receive a message stating that the UPC code got delayed. After waiting a message reappears stating that the UPC code cannot be processes at the moment, please try again later. This keeps happening regardless of how many times we try it....

BSNL pole dismantle

It is easy to tell power lines apart from these types of lines - power lines are always higher up on the pole, they always have insulators, and they do not touch other lines. Cable and telephone lines are located further down the pole and are directly attached to power poles without insulators.

But we have too old and too dangerous telephone poles used for hanging high tension wires on the 80 Feet Road in front of our building...

Not getting UPC code to port out of BSNL

Hi,
I am not receiving my upc code after sending "PORT [protected]" to 1900,
I am receiving messages as:

UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

I have already connected with customer care regarding the issue before, and they asked me to wait for 72 hours. But it was of no use,...
