Regarding settlement of my amount 31,000/-

Address: Visakhapatnam

I have transferred 31, 000/- to Bharat pe merchant on 25 Jan 22 through virtual Till now it was not credited to beneficiary nor it was returned to my bank account. I and merchant keep calling to customer care since from 1 month no use, same answer that they are still in process. After giving all details like proof of bank statement & bank given successful transaction report to the same account....

Loan

Hello sir I got a loan from bhart pe 100000 and paid amount 101000 as the daily emi has been paid on daily basis even during Corona but now 22695 intrest is pending now some third party calling all my contacts and saying I have taken 500000 loan from HDFC AND I HAVE PUT THEM AS GUARANTOR they are harassing and abusing family members and friends by pretending as to be calling from court, police station etc.. so please hlep me...

Payment not reflected in beneficiary account

Dear Support Team

Please, fund attached the screenshot. The beneficiary says that the payment of Rs 5000 made to her account Bharatpe.[protected]@fbpe on 16 dec2021 from SBI account has not received in her upi account, which she says is linked to PNB. The complaint was raised through SBI and I came to know that the payment has been made to federal bank account ( attached). Kindly confirm if the account is linked to PNB or federal....

Swiping machine

Fraud company dont have any customer support last 20 days I will complant against swiping machine no one come here and don't resolve the problem .now am move to paytm swiping machine
I request all merchant don't go to the Bharath swiping Machine
Because once come the problem no one comes don't resolve the problem....

It is a third class app because every time my balance has not direct transfer when I need cash

Yesterday I have 5504 Rupees but now I have displayed only 57 rupees and I need cash now....

Fraud UPI

The UPI BHARATPE.[protected]@indus is a fraud as he takes the money as ( simply by telling it's a advance ) and block the person after that. So he/shr can't contact him

Bharatpe should take some action against these frauds asap and return everyone money back....

After 20 days my rewards not credit

Dear sir
I have done my bill payment jan.31.2022
I have club membership. I paid 1000 rupees for this membership. But no benifit for bhartpe side. And i have call bhartpe costmor care many time but they just told me " wait ho jayega jase jald "So I have solwe this matter as soon as possible....

Card swipe machine

This is from Hotel Abbott
For past few days the card swipe is not charging, Hence the machine's battery has been totaly drained off, because of that we are suffering lot of problems whle payment of restaurant bills. We also complained about the problem but not got a positive response....

About swiping Machine

Calling relatives

Bharat pe is continuously calling our relatives and neighbours as they fetched my father's contact list and this is totally illegal.how can they call other person to pay the amount of our loan.

Torture and harassment

If anything happens, Bharatpe will be responsible for it. i have call recording also chat with abusive behaviour by your agent.Because of all this, I may have become a victim of mental illness.take any action against it I will file a complaint with the police....

Settlement showing successful but not credited to my account

Hey i withdraw my amount of 1750 from my Bharatpe merchant account on 11feb it is settled to my hdfc bank account ending with 1089.
The amount is successfully credited to my from their side .this UTR no[protected]. Please check and credit the amount of 1750 to my hdfc bank account. My mobile number is [protected]. Bharat pe is not answering regarding this issue please 🙏 help i have uploaded my statement to them and raised a complaint...
