The Bharatpe Customer care executive (named himself Saurabh Pandey, called from no: [protected]) had called multiple time on 19th of Jan to convince to purchase their Swipe machine, i had half way already completed the registration of device, but i had doubt in one of the aspects because of which i had kept it pending, The clarification was that i had Input my Pan no instead of my Fathers Pan no to Link the current account, and i wanted to change it.
So the executive confirmed multiple times that i will be able to change the Pan no at a later date within 5 days from receipt of the Swipe machine, i had confirmed this multiple times, and he had confirmed that we will be able to change Pan also and hence account details will automatically change.
So i Paid 5000.00 on same day online and purchased it later, when i received the swipe machine i was unable to change the Pan details, when confirmed with other customer care all of them said we cannot change it, hence i demanded refund, the request for which got rejected on 29th of Jan, when again discussed with the executive they gave me a break up of Rs.800 which will be deducted if i want to return.
I was totally Misguided to buy this product and hence any deduction is not acceptable, but the customer care is unwilling to accept the same.
