I am complaining about fraud happening to my merchant account

That I am experiencing a fraud payments received on my A/c and now once they are settled they get automatically settled with remark of 0 rs settled and that received money happens to get vanished from my A/c.
I am feeling highly insecure since my amount is deducted without my consent.
And I don't know why but customer support is not able to solve this and without any...

Apologies for using this portal for resolution but I'm sick & tired of following up with your Customer care team. I have been following up for last 15 days for my money but your team doesnt feels like responding to it. Everytime i call them & this is what is has been said " Give us 24 hours we will provide you the resolution", 15 days have already passed hearing this statement again and again but no solution no calls/confirmation...

Holding swipe amount

I have swiped my sbi credit card, dated on 18/04/2021 of Rs 10000.
I am not able to withdraw that amount till date.
I have contacted them several times but of no use, send reminders but in vain.
Transaction id:[protected].

Bharatpe also collecting transaction charges for card swiping (around 1.75 % plus gst ).In their social media advertisement, transaction charge is free of cost.In the app they are showing...

Refund

I ordered the bharath swipe machine on 2nd April 2021 by paying 5000 and I have cancelled the same on 4th April due to some reasons and I have opted for refund of my amount..they told that on 9th April u got the refund but I didn't get any refund therefore I called them and told that I didn't get my refund..therefore they told me to provide the screenshot of the payment and bank statement and I provided that also..daily I am calling 4-5 times...

Not allowing to repay loan and exploiting by adding interest daily

I had took 50k loan from bharat pe and have been paying the daily installment (edi).
Now due to lockdown my business is not running, so I decided to pre close my loan.
I had done this before also, but now when I tried repayment the page simply keeps on loading. Tried contacting the support but one week effort didn't work. They are putting 50rs interest on a daily basis. They have no other resolution also. This is exploiting...

I have made payment using your merchant code but the said shopkeeper refused to handover goods as payment was not reflecting in his bharatpe app.
After contacting your bharat pe customer care they say the said number is not registered with bharatpe so is this some kind of fraud!...

Unable to withdraw

I have initiated a transaction of Rs.40000 amount to bharathpe swipe, amount got debited from card, credited to the bharat pe account, raised chargeback request with bank, but the bank has confirmed that it has been reached to the beneficiary account, also contacted with bharathpe customer support, but they are helping, not even telling about transaction status and telling that we are not able to see that amount.
