When ever i contact customer care of coinome they simply reply a same line stating to wait for 5 working days but 5 working days have passed and there no update

Pls look into it and credit the amount into coinome or refund back to bank account ASAP

rs 10000 amount deducted from my bank but not reflect or refunded from coinome

I did a transaction from coinome portal for rs 10000 on jan 13th. The amount got debited from my account, but not added to the coinome account. I have tried dropping multiple remainder to coinome support mail id and tried chatting with coinome chat bot. But no reply / update from the support team. Please investigate and provide an update.

But amount is debited from my account and jio service providers says nothing is received by them from my side
