regarding payment of premium

HI i just made an payment from billdesk of rs 24020 the money has been deducted from my account but there is a message that my transaction has been failed retry or contact the lic my payment id : LSCB[protected] so the money has been deducted from my account as for reference im adding my screenshot so it would be helpful to solve my issue kindly look at my issue...

money deduction for unsuccessful mobile recharge

I made bsnl prepaid recharge rs.459/- through bill desk using sbi account dated on 04.12.2017. The amount of rs.459 is debited from account (Transaction id - pgsm[protected]. But when i check to bsnl portal my bill payment status shows "pending". Please do the needful as soon as possible and make payment successful or refund the same to my account...

ticket booking amount deducted but booking unsuccessful

I on 5th dec 17 i used billdesk service for msrtc booking. An amount of rs 614.42 has been deducted from my hdfc bank a/c bearing reference no[protected], bur ticket booking is unsuccessful. I have not received ticket copy through mail, no booking sms and no booking details in booking history of this msrtc website. Kindly help and reimburse the same amount at the earliest...

The transaction failed but money got debited from the account
After 5 min i again tried but that time also the transaction was unsuccessful and money got debited one more time...

My amount has been deducted from my account but it shows has payment transaction was failed. So how can get my money back? I applied trt language pandit telugu notification for the first-time transaction was failed, but the amount has been deducted. The 2nd-time transaction is successful. I transferred inr 5000 from my canara bank account to l&t mutual fund at 10.27 hrs on 02/12/2017 through online transaction towards purchase of l&tmutual fund units. The transaction could not be completed. The amount has been debited from my account bank vide transaction no lcnb[protected] at 10:27:25 am. L&t mutual fund has not received the amount. You are requested to reconcile....

sbi credit card payment unsuccessful - billdesk payment gateway

I paid my Credit card payment via Paynet which is available on SBI card App. The payment got debited from IOB debit card. But the transaction was not successful. I haven't faced these type of issue before in this app.

Kindly help in this to get my payment back to Credit card or to my debit card account.

My query is, i paid my bsnl telephone bill from bsnl portal through
Billdesk gateway on dated 24.11.2017. Amount of 289/- was deducted from
My bank account, but due to some technical issue it was not credited to bsnl
& after lapse of 4 days transaction failed status has been updated in bsnl portal website

But after lapse of 5 days amount of 289/- has not been credited to my bank...

amount transferred but not received

I transferred inr 200000.00 from my icici bank account to idfc mutual fund at app. 1200 hrs on 28 november, 2017 through online transaction vide bil/[protected] towards purchase of idfc mutual fund units. The transaction could not be completed as banker (Icici bank) website timed out. The amount has been debited from my account. Idfc has not received the amount. You are requested to reconcile.

account debited rs.438.77 but bill not paid

I have try to pay the electricity bill through billdesk on 23.11.2017 for rs.438.77. During payment the net was getting slow. However the amount was debited from my sbi account but the payment receipt was not generated. The same bill was paid again on 27.11.2017.

Kindly verify the transaction and credit to my account at the earliest.

amount deducted but transaction failed to process

Dear sir,

On 27.11.2017 i made online fee payment to gmac on of rs.2124/- through my kotak debit card. My transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries".

My registration was unsuccessful however the amount was deducted. Please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.

stop payment through my credit card .

I have closed my reliance broadband connection even though I am getting notified from billdesk to payout cause of that I had to close my credit card to stop payment.
even though billdesk is trying to charge.
what kind of persons you are nessty people why you dont understand I am not using the service and freeky person anil ambani has closed the company....

When i was redirected to the payment gateway, which was powered by billdesk, i had chosen the netbanking option of bank of india. After entering the details, when i proceeded to make the final payment of rs. 215.90, it showed connection has time out and the server at 202.61.117.72 is taking too long to respond and i try again and again...
