I made the BESCOM Bill payment of Rs 461 through BillDesk on 10th March 2021. The mode of payment is BHIM UPI. The payment was successful and the money was deducted from my account but BillDesk showed failure....
I have paid an amount of rs 8000 using bill desk for Tata credit card payment but the amount is deducted from my bank account and there is no update in bill desk.. Please refund the amount or make the payment to credit card...

I have done online payment for MGVCL through billdesk gateway on Mar 04, 2021, 23:41 pm with Transaction No.VT[protected] for the amount of Rs.5494.40 but money got deducted from my SBI account and I have not received any Bill Slip or message or mail through MGVCL regarding Bill confirmation.
