I had ordered for a product from www.Snapfish.com on 6th October 2010 and they have tie up with Blue dart courier services for delivery of their products. The order was picked up by blue dart on 9th October 2010 and now its 22nd October 2010 and i haven't received the delivery. This for the 2nd time I have ordered for the product from the said company and Blue dart personnel have updated their records with the comment "Consignee Premises closed". I have called up the local blue dart office and requested them for delivery but their response was very poor and rough. I told them that my residential premises are never closed and if no family member is present there are two servants who are always present. I had ordered the product for a special occasion and I have also paid a premium price for the delivery, but till now I haven't been delivered the product. Why have they given a false comment thet my premises were closed. In the last 1 week I have got my credit card, debit card and some other products some of which have been delivered by Blue dart itself and some by other courier services. If the service of the courier company is so poor why should we pay the premium price. My consignment No is [protected] and my contact number is [protected]. Its a request to ask the respective courier company to deliver the product by tomorrow - 23/10/2010 and refund back the money I have paid for the service.

    An envelope was sent through Blue Dart with registration number[protected] on 20 Oct 2010 to be delivered at Delhi on 21 Oct 2010. When the envelope was not delivered on 21 Oct 2010 ,the inquiry was made with Blue Dart in Mumbai and Delhi customer services. They informed that delivery could not be made as the house was found closed. As a matter of fact they did not reach the said house at all . The concerned person was at home whole day ( 24 hours).The reason given by Blue Dart is baseless and totally false.I paid Rs 250/- for a small envelope and write mobile number of the concerned person too which they never bothered to try.

    On inquiry too, their Mumbai and Delhi office person told that they do not have the provision to contact the customer by phone if house is found closed.

    I appeal the concerned authorities to take strict actions against such type of irresponsible people and company who enjoys with consumer's big money without providing valuable service to them.

    It is quite unfortunate that despite of several follow ups and reminders, blue dart has failed to deliver the product (airway bill no :[protected]) on time repeatedly and customer started loosing the faith which puts a question mark on quality of services by provided by blue dart the height of carelessness is they do not even pick the call at customer care no provide by them on the website, let me know what course of action i can take on this matter.

      Hello Sonal,

      This is Saurabh Vedik. I would like to bring in your knowledge that I am still living here at the same address I was supposed to get my packet. Kindly tell me the name of the person who was saying that I was shifted from my mailing address. You people making fool of me. I didn’t get any response from your side neither any call nor your field office came to my place (334 Sector-7, Pushp Vihar New Delhi-110017, Contact no. [protected]). I had words with your call center on 11th of October to send my packet to my residence but I didn’t get my packet till now. I had words with so many people (Sidhartha, bhawana, Rahul) of your call center but you guys only stretching things not giving any solution. Bhawana and Sidhartha told me that she will deliver my packet to my mailing address on Saturday without fail. Please see what your employee’s commitment level is. If you couldn’t send my packet to my mailing address then return it to the bank. I will collect it myself from the bank's branch. I didn't see any responsible person you can do this work done. Just for this reason I didn't go to my office on Thursday. I was waiting whole day as your executive said. I felt that it was just a bunch of crooks.
      Hope you will act upon this problem and send my packet to my maling address on Monday afternoon without fail.

        I Had ordered a desktop from Dell on 21st September & it was dispatched from Chennai on 27th September via Blue Dart Servies Way Bill No:[protected]. Dell claimed that the same shall be delivered on or before 5th October 2010.

        We Contacted Blue Dart on 3rd October and got a reply that it is available in their warehouse & can Shall be delivered at midnight. We accepted but it wasn't delivered.We again Called on 5th Oct & got the reply that Due to CWG, it can be delivered only after 13th. We called on 14th oct, got a reply that the same is dispatched from the warehouse & shall be reaching the Nehru place office by afternoon & correspondingly to us in the evening. We called the Nehru place office & Customer care office several times but all in wain.

        We complained to Dell & got the conformation that it will be delivered by 16th oct. So on 16th Morning Blue Dart again gave the same reply that the parcel is dispatched from there ware house & shall be delivered by evening via nehru place. Finally after no of calls, we got the same status update in the evening that it is still in the warehouse ( No reason provided), kindly contact on Monday.

          the eBay Power Seller game master Faheem placed a request on 7.10.2010 to pick up one mobile handset from my house, 3, Nadikul Road, Nimta, Kolkata-49 to Executive of Blue Dart A R Mohammed of Chennai. Today is 13.10.2010. No one has came from Blue Dart, Kolkata for pick up the item. They are putting finger to each other and give lame excuses for late pick up. Game Master Faheem gave request for pick up to A R Mohammed several time. But all are in vain. The representative of Kolkata, Anjana, rang to me on morning of 13.10.2010 and assured for pick up the item on 13.10.2010.
          at 6.30PM, I have rang A R Mohammed of Blue Dart had not taken any responsibility and by- pass the matter to Kolkata Blue Dart.

            dispatchPLEASE DON'T DISPATCH THROUGH BLUE DART / DHL COURIER.
            THEY ARE CHEATING. ON 8TH OCT, I RECEIVED THE PAN CARD TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT

            I have sent a courier from Dubai thru DHL courier service and needed the document to reach urgently. Now today i.e.18.3.11 it has reached Goa and Blue Dart has called my home. But say they have their delivery boy on leave for a couple of days and they are unable to deliver. Does this mean BLUE DART will not be able to give service to customers if they have one of their staff absent. ??????????????

An important document was despatched by British Council to me but by mistaken Blue dart courier service despatched that document to its Gurdaspur office instead of Batala. Although the address was absolutely correct, i recieved a call from employee of blue dart to recieve that courier from gurgaspur office and threatend me to send back that courier and then it will take the period of one month to deliver at right address.

              Still i didn't receive my parcel which is dispatched on 3rd Aug. One of the poor & worst service
              hi my name is banjit singh when i was called up in siliguri branch (blue dart branch)they picked the call and not answering.the all are busy in gossping each other.still mine package is not deliver.so please take some serious action.
              In response to the Way bill no: [protected] and Reference number:[protected] have deeply hurt to state that your services and the claim you make are useless and have no relevance of what you pose in practical. The Suggested time by you for accepting the crucial shipment from HDFC bank was 12:30 to 2:30. When that time frame suggested by you was violated i tried to get in touch with the Call centers of yours. Pathetically your Mumbai Blue dart office couldn’t give me back the right number for Pune office. i got that from the Just dial. After getting the right centre number from them i got that the shipment is with JM road branch of the Blue dart. After getting in touch the JM road office they said they will get to me back with the number of the Delivery executive.
              After 4 failed attempt i got Mr.Ramakant on phone from the JM road office. He said that the shipment is with Mr. Ramesh and said he will deliver your package. Even after 5 hours the committed time by you when i insisted for the cell number of the Delivery executive he said very rudely that he does not have a cell. He has not got back to office and the Company (Blue Dart) does not provide executives with cell phone. Was more unprofessional was the way the guy as talking and the kind of processes he said is being followed in a reputed company like Blue dart. Am holding an SME account with Blue Dart and think should not continue and suggest the same to others. Also will like to escalate the matter through you and customer forum. Also will send the same feedback to HDFC from where i get regular shipments, as they are our esteemed clients. Let me know how I can get forward to this regard. Also the action taken against all the people involved in the entire trail.
              My web bill no [protected] has been dispatch on[protected] from Channi to Navi Mumbai but still I am not get it.
              Nobody call me to collect the package(credit card) sent from HDFC bank.Now My web bill no [protected] status is Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted
              Contact Customer Service.Nobody came to delivered the service and it has auto generated to Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted.

              Blue Dart — poor delivery services

              I have ordered a product from 99labels.com & they deliver it via Blue dart courier service.
              As i lives at the distance of 25km from chandigarh, i know it earlier that the courier service will not deliver here. so after the mean time i called at office in sector 8 chandigarh & asked about my consignment, they told me that product is recievd over there & i asked them to keep it i'll collect on monday as that day was saturday. but when i visited there on monday they said that your courier is sent back, they even called me once to inform, then i talked at the place from where i ordered that product & they redispatched the product, same happens again. The courier agent dnt make me a single call to inform & when i asked them they said that its sent back again. I'm really got frustrated from their service. It should be improved and legal action should be taken against them.

                I am waiting for my Debit/ ATM card form last 15 days . It was informed to me by bank that i will receive it by 25th Sep 2010 but not received till 1st Oct 2010.

                I contacted Blue Dart so they told me that i have to tell my street number as my address is not complete.

                There is no street number is applicable for my area and to my fullest knowlede my address is perfectly complete and i am receiving all my mails on the mentioned address except docuament s expected to be received from blue dart.

                Talking with no manners is the way at blue dart. I can vouch for the customer care personal shouting at customers .

                My airway bill number is [protected]. I dont know where is it and when i will receive it as no one is getting me the status update.

                  I tried a lot to contact with the particular delivery guy who wish to come at my address for deleiver the courier. I tried to the contact no of the service branch (Yusuf Sarai) which is mentioned in the BlueDart website. But that no never pickup by anyone.

                  On the online tracing it is mentioned that the guy already visited the address but Consignee Not Available At Given Address. Even he never came at the address.

                  After all finally I was trying to track my courier by calling on customer care since last 4 days they daily make commitment but nothing happening. Whenever I called to customer care his first line is Kindly hold for a minute without here anything and without put on hold they just leave the phone, and the customer should be wait. Next they are always talking in very unprofessional mannaer.
                  They have not any curtessy to talk his/her fedup coustomer by his courier delivery.

                  Now just let me know that what should I do?

                  With reference to your booking no. 6627 dtd 24.11.10 collecting covers for our branches from our office Enovtek Technology service india (p) Ltd, Bommanahalli, Bangalore 68 we are making compliant no one turned to collect.the covers. Since 15 days this is 3rd failure of collection from your boys.

                  “Delivery Attempted-Consignee Premises Closed” WHILE I WAS AVAILABLE IN MY HOME FOR THE COMPETE WHOLE DAY AND THE DAY BEFORE THAT.AND MY PHONE IS FULLY CHARGED.
                  TWO OF MY QUESTIONS
                  • WHY THE HELL IS PHONE NO GIVEN IF BLUE-DART GUYS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CALL THE CONSIGNEE, NO PHONE CALL FROM THEIR SIDE FOR DELIVERY ??
                  • WHY NO RECIEPT MESSGAE IS DROPED AT MY HOME IF BLUE-DART GUYS ARRIEVED AT MY DOOR STEPS??

                  IT IS LOUD AND CLEAR THAT THEY ARE LOOGING INCORRECT STATUS INTO THEIR SYSTEM..
                  AND MAKING FOOL OF THE CUSTOMERS.
                  Fake status by bluedart, they had not attempted to my house as amazon and dehlivery and ekart reaches at my home. But bluedart shows that customer is not avilalble. Sach a pathetic service they offer,

                    blue dart promised to delliver within 48 hours from hubli to delhi. but when enquired they refuse to do so and asked for another 24hours, as there is sunday in between but it was not informed to us earlier. and customer care executives are rude and disconnected our call several times.

                      This Arun Dhyani ,I have complaint against BLUE DART EXPRESS LIMITED.
                      I had deliver one courier from BLUE DART EXPRESS LIMITED COMPANY on 26-Aug-2010 from Bangalore to New Delhi, but it is not recived yet in right location
                      (Plot # 19 , Chhawal Ext. Kangan- Heri Road N.D 110071) in New Delhi.
                      I talked with customer care & they told me it will reached today (30-Aug-2010) by 6:PM but it is nor recived yet in right place & courier company customer care behhaviour is so rudley, they didn't talked bheaviourly & when I know about my courier information they hang- up the call. So, kindly advise me what I do for this query...

                        blue dart is the worst courier service i ever had an experience with.
                        i was to receive a parcel on 27th July 2010. the company kept sending me mails that the courier will be received very soon. i kept waiting...when i called my vendor they said the courier was returned to them as there was no one to receive the parcel.. my house is never left locked.
                        the blue dart courier returned my parcel to the vendor without even calling me or coming to my address.
                        when i esquired with the Bhubaneshwar bluedart they said my parcel could not reach since it was raining..
                        i am still waiting for the parcel...whenever i call bluedart official they keep giving me fake excuses.
                        Plz this is for the people reading this..never use blue dart as your courier service provider.

                          With ref to the abovementioned AWB no [protected], it may be noted that the said awb was despatched on 25th Aug'10 for Noida & was supposed to be delivered by 26th Aug, but the same has not been delivered till date.

                          Further it was surprising to notice that absurd comments were put up on the mail tracker/ customer care with remarks such as consignee not available, where as the fact is that the location is a well known store with 24 hrs guard posted over there.

                          I tried to file a complaint with the customer care exe. Ms Jyoti at UP (Ghaziabad) location but she refused to file any complaints with the remarks that no complaints can be filed for such non delivery cases.

                          Till date my awb has not been delivered with no trace of the awb and no satisfactory replies from Blue Dart officials.

                          It seems that Blue dart people have forgetton their service code and their service has become very pathetic.

                          Request you to look into the matter and trace the awb and further put a proper apology for the irresponsive behaviour of your staff.

                          Otherwise i would be forced to take up the matter to consumer court for appropriate action.

                            My Sister had send a Raki from U.S.A through internet deleivery service & So blue dart had send me rakhi document No AWB # [protected] despached on 16.08 10 to me in Jodhpur Rajasthan.

                            I had received the same today on 28.08.10 at 3.28 pm.

                            My home is around 8 Kms from Blue Dart offfice & it took almost 5 to 6 Days to reach me today from you jodhpur office as conformed by Mr Vyas & even today your men was not ready to deliever at my house & wanted me to collect it from office & when i talked to Mr Rajesh Vyas owner / main person in Blue Dart he stated following Reasons

                            1. There was heavy rain from last 10 Days actually which was normal rain.
                            2. My house is very far.
                            3. My men was on leave
                            4. due to rakhi load my delivery got late
                            5. I have shifted my office so i was busy

                            So you are kindly requested to revert me on the same.As your jodhpur office does not even feel sorry for delay.

                            City Bank sent me a parcel to my residential address through BlueDart.But Blue Dart failed to delever one small parcel to my residential address which is just 2 kms away from their office.Even after repeated calls made they are not bothering about this.Whenever I make a call they used to say 'the person is already on the way and will be delevering today at any cost'. This is the reckless service offered by Blue Dart. But the strange thing is that they are not ashamed of telling me repeatedly the same story that ' the person is already on the way and will be delevering today at any cost'.

                              Delayed Delivery is our motto that Service company is Blue Dart and it is in India, And I cant believe the US consulate (VFS) is tie up with Delayed Delivery company to deliver their visas or passports to visa applicants...I cant accept, how its happened, Blue Dart is the one of the negative listed company in India and they never deliver any stuff on time or on location and transport explosive item's their shipments via air. The last incident happened few week back in Cochin,the Indian Customs put their name in negative list because try to transport explosive item from Cochin to Chennai via air,Kerala is the place to get any type of explosive items including RDX(recently lot of Muslim terrorists arrested and investigation under CBI). And please dont expect on time delivery or rush service from BLUE DART. The VFS and US consulate offering rush service with high delivery charge.This company fooling every applicants one who looking their passport from US consulate,Never deliver anything on time and on location. Then what is the meaning of rush courier service. The bellow links says expectations o[censored]S consulate but that never happens in India with Blue Dart... The very bad company,US consulate of Chennai and Applicants sucked.See the link...

If I refer to above code number which was given to us during our shipment of some important text books from Lucknow to Gangtok on August 12, 2010 has not yet (20.8.10) arrived to the destination. My daughter who is in desperate need of these books, is roaming around to receive the consignment and is calling to us everyday. These people when we called said that it is raining over there or sometimes say that the person is not there to receive. What a joke? Charging so much amount for delivery (more than anybody in this country) could not deliver one packet in 9 days. I'm sorry to say but would feel that I am stupid if I used BLUE DART. DHL should not give its name to this company.

                                    This is to inform the Head Office of Blue Dart that the city office in Ludhiana has become very unprofessional. The executives in Ludhiana never pick up the landline. One in hundred time; if they pick up; their tone is utmost rude as though why you called us. It seems as though we have called a government office of old times while calling at Blue Dart Ludhiana office.

                                    The sort of courier service Blue Dart gives is unmatchable but at the same time the staff at office needs to be a bit friendly and professional in terms of handling phone calls and picking them up.

                                      I was supposed to receive my passport on 3rd July which didnt get delivered. Then I was told it will be delivered on Monday morning and the delivery guy reaches my office at 430pm when I am not around and refused to deliver the packet. Then after speaking to me over the phone he promised to deliver it at 9am the next morning. And i reach my office at 9am and the guy is not here.
                                      I call the so called customer "care" executives sitting at the office who tell me that i have told lies and the packet will be delivered not before 3pm.
                                      I cannot be waiting in the office just to receive the packet.

                                      This is disgusting. Your services are extremely painful. There is no customer sensitivity.
                                      Customer care executives are good for nothing. Instead of helping they tell lies and try to confuse the customer with their fake promises.

                                      I am sick of the services Blue Dart provides.

                                        I have sent one courier to Alwar through BlueDart on 29th of June 2010. The Waybill No is [protected].
                                        This courier supposed to deliver to shipping address very next day evening (30th June 2010). But this shipping was redirected and misrouted to different wrong places due to shipper's fault.

                                        I really couldn’t understand the way these guy works. It was clearly mentioned pin code of destination place Alwar (301001) in parcel and the slip which I got from BlueDart, but BlueDart people mistyped the pin code.

                                        Being a premier courier company of south Asia making such kind of silly mistakes and customers are suffering, why???

                                        This courier could have been delivered so quickly, if I could have sent it through local/other courier companies in minimal charges.

                                        My parcel supposed to be delivered on 30th June which was urgent and not yet delivered.
                                        I registered one complaint in BlueDart itself 141019.

                                        Blue dart service sucks. On 19th of nov they came home to deliver a bank document. I was not available, so they dropped a note. Immediately, I called them up and fixed a time next day which was a saturday. They wanted to keep a 2 hrs slot that too on a Saturday evening between 4and 6. I had no option but to agree. So I cancelled all my appointments and waited for them till 7 in the evening and finally called the blue dart number(call centre) where they really can't help you other than writing notes. Supposed to give me a call shortly which finally came after 2 hours. I gave him the new time of delivery, Monday (22nd) morning by 8-30am. He called me back again offering to deliver it on Sunday morning. But no trace on Sunday morning. When I called up on Sunday, they said it's closed on Sunday, how can he confirm to deliver on Sunday. Monday, till almost noon, no trace of parcel. I called up and the lady in the call centre put me on hold for 10 mins and said she will call me shortly. No call and after that I lost my patience and called up again. This time the person helped and made a conference call and finally I talked ton the person in-charge. He gave me reasons like the delivery person went thru accident and all these mess. He will deliver it tomorrow. I wanted my post in 15 mins and that's all I said. I was amazed that it came in 15 mins.
                                        Still they wanted to postpone it to another day. Do we always need to fight and shout to get things done. They are the courier service and charging a premium to deliver it on time. Why should they not keep their time. If there is a shortage of employees, hire more people, or charge like an ordinary courier company.
