Courier delivered to wrong person without authenticated signature of the true recipient.

HSBC bank has sent me, Soumen Kumar Chanda, through Blue Dart courier service a new renewal Credit Card.
The Blue Dart people not only delivered the courire to the wrong address but also to a complete different person without the authentication true signature of the recipent, that is my signature.
The waybill no. of the courier is [protected].

Consignment given to some Security Guard, do not know who

I have not received my Consignment #[protected]. The Blue Dart Call Centre is telling me that it is delivered to some unknown person.

I have taken off from work today and waiting at home specifically to receive the consignment as I need it as fast as possible due to some urgency.
I have also been calling the Call Centre every 1 hour to inquire about the package.

Misplacing of courier dispatch by Standard Chartered Bank from Ranjan Ghosh

wrong delivery of my courier

Its such a nasty experience with Bluedart courier, that one my couriers form Bluedart Kolkata to Bluedart Jammu, Gandhi Nagar with docket no. as [protected] containing my marriage CD's and my wife's election card, has been deliverd wrongly a week ago. On 12th may an urgent cheque was despatched by HSBC bank in my name.It was supposed to have reached Kolkata on 13th May -however it was not delivered to me at all - in fact despite my building security guard as well as my son being informed of the

Inefficiency while delivering courier

I had this surprising incident. Blue Dart courier service is not only enefficient but ill mannered as well. Deliver defective electronic goods but will not courier defective product back

I purchased a PDA through the Internet from Deals4All - Compact International, Mumbai. It was delivered through Blue Dart. After 2 months the PDA did not work and because this was within 6 months warranty, the seller wanted me to return this back. mishandling of document

a document had been sent from lucknow to bangalore. The document was delivered on 15th feb to the watchman inspite of the fact that the phone number was mentioned on the envelope. The document i recieved was torn, was in two pieces. The document was very important one as it was my interview letter. I want to complain about how irresponsible such a reputed courier service can be.
